Who is dabs that he can grant someone permission to do an ico without an escrow. Is dabs going to be held personally responsible for the money that is invested. I sure hope so because if he said that it will fall on his had if its proven to be a scam. And tbh there are so many better icos with escrow out currently that this one will probably fall by the wayside.
Pre-ICO doesn't need Escrow, it is for building up the needed Beta, and I want to explain what a Beta is for us, the definition of Beta is not what most coins here show as a "BETA" a Beta is used mostly in videogames industry and little less software industry to show a finished product, that only needs debugging, I've saw some good Betas here but some others are more a prototype than a real BETA, that's what the money is for, then once the main ICO takes place, we will have 3 Escrows as early posted. We will not hire a escrow now to hold funds until a copy cat blockchain coin is released (with new color innovation) to end dumped on first day of exchange as usual here, we are for the long term.
