I think ETC is not the most secure currency, so I wouldn't recommend to use it.

OK, so judging by reading the original post by the dev this is just another ETH ERC20/23 token that has an ICO + bounties for help.... not to mention that the token has absolutely no means of promise other than giving a quick blurb about mathematics
