No need to be copper member, he can simply post the link of the image as he can upload it in some free services such as imgur.
He is not actually a newbie as his account is more than 5 years old already, logically he realizes what to do to support his claim.
I would not trust his claim obviously unless he provides solid evidences, to be frank, it sounds like a shilling account only to attract people to play in this site.
