Bitcoin will fall below 200$ within a month from today (75%) or two months from today (25%)
No it won't, it will hit a bottom of $270-$360, then stabilize for a while, then start a slow rise to prepare for the next bubble. It's looking approximately like the April bubble, so it will probably crash to 30% of the peak, possibly a bit higher this time (say 40%).

...and the hype from the U.S. Senate hearings? Does that not also give legitimacy to the current price?

The FBI already said that is not going to touch those coins, I suppose a proper trial is needed first right?

This.

I am 100% positive the FBI will do nothing with DPR's coins until he is given the due process of a criminal trial by jury and convicted as guilty.

Even if/when they do liquidate the coins, they will NOT be selling them on an exchange - governments don't work like that.  They will liquidate them by selling them off in lots in a public auction like they do with any seized goods like cars, houses, or jewelry.

Agree with AdamstgBit, look at the last correction in the $300s. It's on a positive stability oscillation.
Price should settle in around low $700 then continue another slow rise.
Good news for all the new buyers who are setting up accounts as we speak as a result of Monday's hearings and press.
We won't repeat the first two spikes. This should be more like the last spike and dip.

1. We are not getting to $200 ever again.
2. The only way we possibly COULD get to $200 in the next month is IF the FBI dumped DPR's stash on the exchanges all at once.
3. The FBI won't be touching the coins until DPR is found guilty because otherwise they have to return the coins to him.
4. Attempted murder cases typically run over a year and drug trafficking cases aren't much quicker.
5. So this won't be happening, so there is ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE of $200 unless bitcoin fails completely due to broken encryption or something.

Bitcoin will fall below 200$ within a month from today (75%) or two months from today (25%), the feds will sell DRPs confiscated coins within that period (30%).

You do know that the DPR stash is about 2 days turnover in China?  Bitcoin is not an American project that the Feds can control.

if the feds end up selling DPR's coins, people would realize it and not panic. besides, the govt selling all those coins i don't think would make that kind of impact. barring any major catastrophe, i don't see bitcoin going below $200 any time soon. the market, through every bubble, gets more and more structurally firm.
