Manchester City will visit Fulham's headquarters this week. Even though they appear as the visiting team, it doesn't matter in my opinion, because the difference in strength between them and Fulham is very large, so it is very likely that they will succeed in bringing home 3 points from this match.

There is no other choice for Manchester City but to win, because they still have very close points with Arsenal and if they fail to win, then Arsenal might be able to take advantage of it very well.

While Arsenal will face Manchester United this week, it might not be an easy match for them. However, Manchester United's recent performance has been very bad, they have just suffered a very embarrassing defeat against Crystal Palace, yes they lost with a landslide score of 4-0 to Crystal Palace. So Manchester United's current condition can be exploited by Arsenal, because they also need 3 points to remain competitive until the last match in the English Premier League this season.
quite different conditions from last season. Now Man City's competition with Arsenal will get tighter. Man City cannot afford to drop points. Apart from the match against Fulham, there are still matches against Tottenham and West Ham. it is also not an opponent that can be considered easy for Man City.
Man City just needs to be consistent to defend the title and Arsenal needs luck from Man City's bad play in the remaining matches. This season reminds us of the 2021-2022 season, currently, Man City also has to determine the title until the end of all matches when competing with Liverpool. Man City is ahead by 1 point.
This year's race for the title is crazy! This makes me think a lot of that crazy time a few years ago. City is back up there, but only just. Its now interesting; they have to win them all from here on out. With Pep in charge, I dont think they'll mess up with the smaller teams. I have no doubt that they want to keep that prize. What about Arsenal? Thats a tough break. At this point, they're pretty much counting on City messing up, which, might not happen. Are you aware of when Liverpool almost won?  Arsenal is kind of in the same situation.  What do you think? Do you think they can really pull off the upset if City gives up.

Ahead of the match against Arsenal, Erik Ten Hag confirmed that Mason Mount would be absent from the field again after suffering a new injury. It is still unclear what injury Mason Mount suffered and what is clear is that he received the injury during a training session with the Red Devils squad.

Mason Mount has been injured countless times this season and it looks like he is having less luck at Manchester United. In fact, against Crystal Palace he also played and had no problems at all. Could it be that there were irregularities during the training sessions given by Erik Ten Hag, so we often see Manchester United players getting injured during training? Well, we don't know clearly about the training methods used and we hope that all the players recover quickly, including Mason Mount.
Totally useless player, he suffered a long time injury, when he's already recovered, he contributes nothing in the pitch. At least Pogba and Lukaku are better than him, even they often suffered many injuries, but they can perform.

Too bad his contract is still long, it will end in 2028, there's still 4 years and he can earn money without doing anything. Manchester United need to lend this guy to other team.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
This season is a total disaster for Sheffield United as they only managed to gain 16 points after 36 games played. With so many players missing for Sheffield United due to injuries in their next upcoming match against Everton, I guess Everton will be able to beat Sheffield United quite easily in front of their home fans even though they had already secured their survival from the relegation battle with 2 more games to spare.
There is no hope for Sheffield because so far only 3 wins and 7 draws 26 defeats this is really a disaster this team cannot be saved anymore considering the season is coming to an end and indeed the three promotion teams last season are now potentially relegated they do not have a good performance in the Premier league their competition continues to lose even more so they cannot survive.

Only Luton has hope in two more matches against West Ham and Fulham while Forest against Chelsea and Burnley, if Forest loses to Chelsea and Luton is able to win in the remaining two matches then the points will be the same just determine the number of goals.

MIKEL ARTETA HAVE BEEN NOMINATED FOR THE PREMIER LEAGUE MANAGER OF THE SEASON

https://www.arsenal.com/news/vote-arteta-win-manager-season-award?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=social

With the impact Mikel Arteta have made for Arsenal this season, he can emerge the EPL manager of the season because he has been resilient despite of some inconsistency that led to the current suspense they have now, Arsenal have been topping the table and thereafter fall out of the table on several occasions now but yet Arsenal didn't go beyond the third position this season and they have been able to win 26 matches out of the 36 matches they have played in the EPL this season and should Manchester city lose points and Arsenal wins their remaining 2 matches they will be crowned champions of England premier league so all this achievement is/may be gotten under the management of Mikel Arteta so he can likely win the premier league manager of the season. What are your thoughts on Mikel Arteta's nomination?

It is crystal clear that Arteta has done so well for the Gunners, getting them to this very position and form they are now, many will say he deserves to be the main man to be awarded as the manager of this season but it should be given to the Aston Villa coach Unai Emery because he did what nobody expected and I know many won't say the award should be given to him but lets see it this way, a manager who only spent just 2 seasons with the The Villans and he qualified them for the Conference League even though they were knocked out last night, you'd agree with me that they did their best and in the EPL they are also doing well with them sitting on the 4th position on the table, with how they have been performing I think they might be in the champion league next season while clubs like Manchester UTD and Chelsea won't be in that competition. I think Unai Emery deserves the award more than any other manager that have been nominated including Arteta, after all Arsenal will win the EPL title.

Yes actually I also thought about Unai Emery because that coach has also shown huge determination to take Aston Villa to this level they are in the league table now, if not that they were unlucky against Olympiacos in the Europa conference league they would have been up to something big but even though they didn't reach the finals but Unai Emery did a very good job for Aston Villa so he is another coach i consider for the premier league coach of the season so if he emerges there will be no doubt about it because he has done awesomely well for the club alongside his counterpart Mikel Arteta, both of them are good for the award.

Being nominated doesn't mean he will be winning the premier league manager of the season.

Exactly, this is still in the nomination stage, to win the title as best manager of the season, Arteta must get a sufficient number of votes. Voting will end on May 13, 2024 and those nominated are Arteta (Arsenal), Emery (Aston Villa), Klopp (Liverpool), Guardiola (Man. City) and Iraola (Bournemouth). Of these 5 lists, it looks like Guardiola will be chosen as the winner. However, if it wasn't just the voting that was decisive, then Arteta has deserved to be the best manager of the season. IMO, he was succeeded in changing Arsenal to be better than the previous season.
Pep Guardiola this season has failed to take Man City further in the UCL. So it's likely that its popularity will decline slightly. And perhaps Arteta could get more attention now. But maybe Pep will win it. But if I could choose then I would probably prefer Arteta. because he is a talented young coach who makes Arsenal slowly improve every season. Even Pep also acknowledged Arteta's greatness in the world of coaching. But it seems like Pep Guardiola's name will still be chosen more often.

Losing points in this match makes the competition even tougher and even though Arsenal still have tough opponents this week. The match against Tottenham will be the toughest of the remaining matches to be faced, but I am more confident that Manchester City will be able to face it. Manchester City can also focus more on securing the title because they no longer have to prepare many things.
Of course, things like this always cause anxiety and make the match even more tense for Arsenal, because the next opponent they will face is Manchester United. However, I see that Arsenal's current performance looks very good and they still look consistent in their matches, so I am sure that Arsenal can definitely beat Manchester United. In my opinion, Tottenham's current performance seems to be declining in the several matches they have played, and this will be an advantage for Man City in the future. The most important thing is to be truly consistent in the match and also remain alert to attacks from Tottenham.
Manchester United is not a big problem at the moment for Arsenal if their situation is good enough, in the last few matches Man United have had a poor performance. so most likely Arsenal can beat Man United, I see that in this match Arsenal are the favorite team to get the victory.

Meanwhile Tottenham can be said to be a threat to Man City but I think what happened to Tottenham is the same as what happened to man United if we look at the past few weeks, if the scenario Man City and Arsenal can win their side of the match, Man City will take the trophy again this season.

I think that if pep shall be also nominated again if he will able to bring city to defend its trophy again this season. It must be noted that how manchester city have been trying to defending its trophy so hard. Im not even hoping city to lose in the remaining games. Being nominated doesn't mean he will be winning the premier league manager of the season.
Pep will able to take it again as long as city can still consistently beating its opponent. Im hoping totenham is gonna lose against city soon. Im hoping that pep will able to get  the best manager of the season again. It's kinda weird if arteta will be trophyless but he will become the manager of the season.

This week will be a little troublesome for Arsenal but indeed with the situation that occurred in the last few matches it is likely that Arsenal can win narrowly in the big match later even though they will play at Old Trafford . They must make Manchester United's mental down after being beaten by Crytsal Palace last week an advantage so that Arsenal can get 3 points in the match later .
The upcoming match against Manchester United will be a deciding moment for Arsenal whether or not they will stay in the title race considering that is the big six team they will play against. The fact that Manchester United being in bad form after losing 0-4 to Crystal Palace is an advantage for Arsenal. Arsenal just need to maintain their current performance to secure the important three points.

I think Manchester United have given up their league already due to their chance to play in Europa League is practically over. At best, they will play in Conference League by finishing 8th. However, the sense of rivalry can't be underestimated, Manchester United will be happy to stop their rival from the title race. They also don't want to get beaten by their big rival in Old Trafford, and this can be a motivation for the players to put their big effort to stop Arsenal.
Looking at the current situation I still feel that the momentum is still owned by Arsenal even though in this case they are playing for their away game but on the other hand this also cannot fully be a confidence even though Manchester United are currently in bad shape especially in the previous week they also lost very badly to Crystal Palace but indeed Manchester United is also one of the clubs whose performance is unpredictable for now.

Odds are currently still favorable for Arsenal, besides that win probability also shows that Arsenal are still the favorites to win at this time.

So by looking at the current situation, I actually still feel that it doesn't matter if we bet a small portion of the money we have for Arsenal in the match next week.

Arteta has to be praised but he will receive more of it if he eventually help the club to bring the trophy home this time, what arsenal need is that trophy, nothing else, aston villa being in the champions league is next season will be a welcome development, remember the team like Chelsea and Manchester United were doing great before this time, it is normal for teams to under perform some season too, is just that chelsea as a club is always looking for fast result that has been their problem and that's why they sack their managers without reconsideration, although awards are meant to be given to the deserving persons but thats is not the bone of contention now, personally i want to see the club that will lift my trophy this season.

In the upcoming match between Man United and Arsenal, Ten Hag is counting on his team to respond effectively. A strong response from Man United could shatter Arsenal's dreams, but Arsenal's consistent performance suggests otherwise. I believe Arsenal will emerge victorious at Old Trafford. However, Arsenal's dreams may face a setback, considering City's impressive form.
Tottenham's recent performance is concerning, having lost four consecutive games. Their upcoming match against Man City poses a tough challenge, with City being the favorites. It's unlikely that Man City will lose any of their remaining matches, including the one against Spurs.

Yes, from the beginning to the middle of the season, Liverpool was quite consistent in all the matches they played in the Premier League. However, this consistency slowly faded towards the end of this season. Starting from the defeat against Crystal Palace, until several matches ended in draws, Liverpool's position, which had been firmly at the top of the standings, slipped to 3rd place. I also actually didn't expect this to happen to Liverpool, because when Liverpool were able to play consistently, at that time their condition was bad. . The reason is, many of Liverpool's main players are injured. So in my opinion, if for example Liverpool's main player recovers from his injury, then Liverpool will be stronger.
However, it turned out that the results were not like that, Liverpool actually experienced a decline in performance when the main players had recovered from their injuries.

And regarding Arsenal's fate in the race for top position, it is true that the results of all the matches played by Manchester City in the remaining matches this season will be decisive. If, for example, Manchester can sweep all matches, including postponed matches, then there is no need to doubt that Manchester City will definitely be champions this season. However, if for example Manchester City is able to experience 1 defeat in the remaining matches, and Arsenal is able to wipe out all the remaining matches, then Arsenal will definitely become champions. In essence, the competition between Arsenal and Manchester City will certainly really test the mentality of the players of both teams. Because just one defeat will have a very fatal impact on the struggle of both teams.
The race for the title was pretty more exciting than it is now because then we still had Liverpool in very strong contention for the title. But at a point they lost total control and that trimmed down the race to just Man City and Arsenal. Man City and Arsenal both contested for this title last season and Man City were able to surpass them though it’s going to be more different this season because of how composed this Arsenal side is. You can see how they make sure they keep a clean sheet in every match, remain composed till they bang the goals and get the 3 points.

I think this kind of form Arsenal is on currently gives Man City so much pressure not to lose or draw any game because of how much damage it could cause. I read somewhere of Arsenal already setting out a date for open top parade when they win. Well they should hetter calm down.

They have so much hopes meanwhile they have forgotten they have a tough match this weekend against a big rival and that could shatter their plans. Well at this point you just can support a team to an extent because both teams are under pressure and any team can lose or draw. Well I’ll support Man City to create the record of a 4 time consecutive win of the EPL.

I don't think Manchester City will lose to Fulham, Tottenham and West Ham. Three wins and a league title is what Guardiola sees and I doubt he'll fumble and opportunity like that.
Manchester City are stronger than all these three opponents for remaining matches and they can beat all remaining opponents. Tottenham used to be considered as a most challenging opponent for Manchester City in very last matches of season but with recent poor performances and bad results from Tottenham, they no longer are able to get a fourth position. This makes Tottenham become less ambitious for remaining matches and they will less seriously play against Manchester  City.

Arsenal and Arteta now only can complete their last two matches with maximum 6 points and wait for results from Manchester City. They already have an amazing season even they won't win Premier League title.

He'll still win the FA Cup final against Manchester United.
Manchester United look to be unwell recently and they will not be able to hold Manchester City within 90 minutes.

The league is now Manchester City's to lose. It was Arsenal's, but they might have lost it when they lost to Aston Villa. Arsenal have been very good this season, they have done all a team that wants to win the league should do, but it's quite unfortunate that they slipped up when they were needed the most. This kind of reminds me of the season when Liverpool finished the season with 99 points or there about but they still didn't win the league because Manchester City had 1 point more than them.
Competing with Manchester City is like competing with Bayern Munich. Leverkusen literally had to go unbeaten before they could take the league from Bayern Munich.

I don't think Manchester City will lose to Fulham, Tottenham and West Ham. Three wins and a league title is what Guardiola sees and I doubt he'll fumble and opportunity like that.
He'll still win the FA Cup final against Manchester United.
More problems for the premier league because with Klopp gone, Pep has an almost free shot at the league. Arterta might try but he won't be able to because I have a feeling that Manchester City will be very busy in this market this transfer window and they'll try to strengthen their team even more.

MIKEL ARTETA HAVE BEEN NOMINATED FOR THE PREMIER LEAGUE MANAGER OF THE SEASON

With the impact Mikel Arteta have made for Arsenal this season, he can emerge the EPL manager of the season

they have been able to win 26 matches out of the 36 matches they have played in the EPL this season
This season Arteta managed Arsenal better than the last season because they are still competing with Manchester City for Premier League title when the league has only two match days. It's big difference as in the last season, Arsenal gave up too early and their mentality was broken very quickly after losing a direct match with Manchester City.

This season, Arsenal played so good in Champions League too and it is a quality mark for their developmental improvements last three seasons. Arsenal now are very competitive from Premier League to Champions League and it's not coincidence or random of chance.

Not only Sheffield United, but Luton and Burley experienced the same fate. These three teams came to the EPL together and will also return to League 2 together again. Meanwhile, next season we will again see Leicester City and Leed playing in the EPL plus another club, Ipswich Town, as a newcomer who has so far been ranked 2nd in the Championship. Luton has 2 matches, namely against West Ham and Fulham, Burnley will face Totenham and Nottm Forest and finally Sheffiled United will face Everton and Tottenham. So these three teams don't have a big chance of saving themselves from relegation. It can't be helped that the strong will survive and the weak will be eliminated. Roll Eyes

Mikel Arteta's performance as a young coach for the Gunners deserves a thumbs up and even though he missed several opportunities to win the title, at least until now he still has the hope of bringing the EPL trophy to the Emirates Stadium. It will be a brilliant season if he succeeds in bringing Arsenal to win the EPL after decades of fasting for a title.

On the other hand, I am quite doubtful that Manchester City will lose points in the remaining matches, but anything can still happen, including the opportunity for Manchester City to disappear if the results are not what they want. If Arsenal wins two matches, it is inevitable that they will win the title this season and Manchester City will have to lose two titles in major competitions this season.
