It seems like you are very confident that Arsenal will be able to win the Premier League title this season, but indeed they won against Tottenham, who are quite strong team this season and managed to add points to maintain the top of the standings.
But if there were no mistakes made by Tottenham players and it ended in an own goal then it is very likely that the final result would have been very different and of course Arsenal might not have been able to save the full 3 points.

Like you rightly said, Manchester City will have to face a strong club like Tottenham Hotspur in one of their four remaining games which I think is the strongest of all the remaining league fixtures of  the club. Tottenham Hotspur haven't been consistent this season so I don't expect them to pose much threat to Manchester City when they meet each next month.

Liverpool sadly lost the race a s are now settled at the third position on the table but they have got certainty about getting to play in the champions league next season but they have lost every chance at the premier league This season with give points behind the team at the top which is actually such that they may not be able to probably get to recover any soon before the two weeks remaining do the Season to come to an end.

Both of the teams have been showing their resilience to keep the the title race captivating. Manchester City played the game against Nottingham Forest with low intensity to keep their players fit for their remaining matches because they have more matches to play, but it's enough for them to gain maximum points. It seemed they tried to play it in safe way, but it almost caught them with how Forest could have big chances that they failed to convert them to goals.

The PL is not an ending football adventure, there will still be hope someday for other clubs that haven't lifted the PL trophy for so long to do that someday. I believe that Arsenal will come top of the season someday, either this season or next. Who knows?

Yes, it it is exactly how I thought it would be. Manchester City in the perfect moment is showing their greatness and my point is that they are not going to lose a single game, let alone drop any points and they do let all other teams understand that to raise pressure. Crazy that they are out of the Champions League as I am sure that everyone would have liked to watch them play. Well, best team in my eyes and still can get eliminated.
