Manchester City is the favorite because they are currently at the top of the standings and that is natural in my opinion.
However, of course nothing is easy because the point gap between the three teams at the top is quite small so there will be changes if one of the three teams is not able to achieve maximum results.

Arsenal need to win their next match to make their fans happy, because they have  missed some title this season and the only title they are targeting now is premier league title and their performance is not good for people to confirm that they can win the title, but there still opportunity for them to return back to the first position if they can continue winning their remaining matches. I know, anything can happen in a football match but the displayed Arsenal and Liverpool display in their last match, show that they are lacking some skills in this period, which their managers need to work hard to eliminate that errors before it will be too late for both of them. If Manchester city can over take the two teams in this period, I don't think anything will make them to allow Arsenal and Liverpool to take the position from them, because this is how they won last season title by allowed other teams to lead the table close to the end of the tournament before they over took all the teams till the end of the tournament to  embraced premier league title last season which it can still happen again in this season.

I'd say we'll probably have to wait until the last game to see who will be the Premier League champions this season. Because a few weeks ago the top spot in the table was occupied by Liverpool. The next few weeks saw Arsenal at the top of the table. Manchester City now occupy the top spot in the table, 2 points ahead of Arsenal and Liverpool.

I think it has something to do with the fierce competition in the league title race, even Liverpool failed to progress in Europa League. Maybe they feel mentally fatigue, because the title race makes them having to push their limits.

Arsenal's next match will be against Wolves and I think it will be easy for Arsenal to win in this match. At least Arsenal still has a chance to win and maybe also has the potential to take first place again. In a football match, anything can happen, what they need to do is remain optimistic and enthusiastic to win in every match they face.

Surely Manchester City will be more crazy and focus on maintaining its position as the top of the standings which currently has a difference of two points from its two competitors Arsenal and Liverpool, I want to laugh a little to see the English league team which currently has no hope in the big leagues, and it is enough to prove that the Europa league or championship competition is very fierce this time for the top three English premier league teams, they are really embarrassed by Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
