Manchester City played the games they wanted today in a magnificent way and victory was inevitable. They inflicted a heavy defeat on fourth-placed Aston Villa by scoring four goals.

The match started with high heat for both teams, with mutual goals being exchanged, but with the goals scored by Foden, Manchester City had a good victory this week. The same day was a smooth day for Arsenal. The race for top positions continues with small points gaps.

Manchester City defeated Aston Villa at home by scoring four goals, securing another three points. This season, Manchester City has finally beat Aston Villa, the last time they played at Aston Villa's home ground, Manchester City lost by one goal. Manchester City now showed them how much stronger they are after scoring four goals in their second meeting. Without Erling Haaland, I did not think Manchester would score as many goals as they did. Foden's scored hat-trick which gave them an important victory. Guardiola's team dominated the game from beginning to end with the intention of defeating Aston Villa.

Manchester City behind Arsenal by one point as well. Manchester City will need to pass Liverpool with four points in order to take the top position in the league if Liverpool win today match against Sheffield United. The chase for the title between Manchester City and Liverpool has continued, but I don't think they will win it at the end of the season because Arsenal and Liverpool has make it difficult for them.

Man City had a significant victory over Aston Villa to continue raising hopes of the championship. On the day Haaland and De Bruyne did not play, Man City still easily crushed Aston Villa with a score of 4-1 thanks to Phil Foden's hat-trick. This is the English player's second hat trick this season. Coach Pep Guardiola surprised everyone by putting Haaland and De Bruyne on the bench.

With the top 3 teams not much better than each other in terms of points, this season's Premier League championship race will be exciting until the final rounds. Although to be honest, I don't want Man City to win the championship. However, with what's going on now, I still think they have a better chance of winning the championship than Arsenal and Liverpool. I know that Man City cannot determine the performance of their opponents. What they can do is win their matches. And, of course, they will do very well to prove they are still the reigning champions.

The match between West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur only achieved a 1:1 draw. I thought that since Tottenham player Brennan Johnson scored a quick goal at the start, Tottenham could score another goal, but it turned out that was the only goal that Tottenham scored in the match and West Ham was able to equalize at the19th minute and that was the last goal in the match until the first and second half were over, no one was able to add to their total goals even though both clubs took many shots but none of them were converted into goals. A draw is a fair result for both clubs and Tottenham were lucky to get at least one point in this match even though they were playing away from home.

Even though Tottenham were away from home, they were able to control the ball more dominantly than West Ham, so West Ham only tried to play a defensive strategy so that Tottenham were unable to score additional goals to win this match. West Ham tried as hard as possible to ward off Tottenham in this match. It was really a game that could not be played predictions. Tottenham is now still in 5th place and Manchester United is getting closer to it which makes Tottenham feel pressured so Tottenham must be more careful so as not to lose any more points if they don't want to be overtaken by Manchester United.

Foden scored a hat trick in this match and became a hero for Man City in this match. And what we can conclude from this match is that Man City is not completely dependent on Haaland and De Bruyne. Because even when Haaland and De Bruyne are not playing, we can see that Man City remains a strong squad and is difficult to beat. Aston Villa really lost badly in that match. And I understand the strategy that Pep uses in rotating players and making their core players not get too tired amidst the busy schedule they have. If we look at Man City as it is now, it seems that optimism towards Man City in the UCL will also increase again.

It's actually true that Manchester city is still a very formidable side wether Erling halaand and kelvin de bruyne plays or not but I really do think that is only applied on the lower opposition, no disrespect to Aston villa, but the are not a top side, in as much as they are fourth in the table, if am not mistaken, and Manchester city have what it takes in their ranks to put away team like Aston villa regardless of the presence of haaland or kelvin de bruyne.
.

Here Manchester City team was quite aggressive in this match, even though these two teams are close on the points table. While not quite the point difference, Mes' difference is substantial as Manchester City scored 4 goals and Aston Villa scored 1 goal in total. Currently, Phil Foden is a great new star, he scored a hat trick with his leg magic, scoring three goals, he has made a huge impression on the audience. The player was so aggressive that he scored three goals in a row and was able to lead the Manchester City team.

But against the bigger boys, they actually need the bigger players like kelvin de bruyne and Erling halaand for the bigger occasions, and of a truth, they will definitely struggle against the bigger teams especially when those players are absent, though it's a very moral busting win, which they will take into their fixtures against real madrid.
It true that Manchester City is still tough team because they have truly perfect playing structure, Manchester City has many stars and they can always be relied on in every match.
Figures most attached to Manchester City are Haaland and De Bruyne because these two players have made huge contribution to Manchester City success last season, after all, Manchester City will always rely on these two players for important matches.
But we also have to admit that without Haaland and De Bruyne, Manchester City will still continue to show stable performance by winning even though only against team whose performance level is below them.
Match against Aston Villa today was truly extraordinary because Manchester City won big 4-1 victory and Phil Foden was the most admired player in this match because he scored 3 goals for Manchester City victory.
He is midfielder who is always in the main squad, just look overall during this season Phil Foden has also created quite lot of goals and assists.

That for sure because in every important match and against strong team these two players are always in the main squad which is included from the start of the match, without these two players Manchester City seems less than perfect when facing strong team.
I sure Pep did all that in today match to keep his two best players fit and not have any problems preparing for the UCL quarter-final match, because Real Madrid is not an easy opponent.

Chelsea and Manchester United will play today. The results of these teams are difficult to predict. In this regard, Chelsea have become more stable recently, but the Red Devils are still "feverish". In fact, both teams are not fighting for anything in the EPL. Chelsea are in the middle of the table. MJ goes next to Tottenham from the top-5, but the gap between them is already quite large - eight points.
In general, I expect attacking football from both teams and I think more than three goals will be scored in this match.
The gap between Man United and Spurs is 9 points now (+1 for Spurs with their last draw result). Although it is a big gap but if Man United want to keep the chance to take the 5th position, they should try to beat Chelsea and earn 3 points so the gap will be smaller (6 points). If it will happen, Man United's chance to qualify for the Europa League will still open because there are still 8 matches to go till the end of the season. However, bookmakers seems to be putting Chelsea as the favorite in this match, odds for Chelsea is about 1.85 while odds for United is about 3.6. Those who like to take a risk, betting on United is a high risk but of course a high return as well.

It was a beautiful performance in the home of Manchester city to defeated Aston villa to achieved three points to caused massive celebration in the camp of Manchester city yesterday. I thought Aston villa will defeat Manchester city in their home, because De Bruyne and Erling Haaland where not found in the field, and the way the first half was going make many people to believed like me that Aston villa will make Manchester city to drop points, but Manchester city manager gave his players some words of tactics in the second half and the match changed totally for the favour of Manchester city to scored four goals to defeated Aston villa 4-1. Arsenal still maintain their victory in their home to defeated their opponent 2-0 to embraced three points and if Liverpool miss their match today, it will give Arsenal and Manchester city to be ahead of Liverpool again.

I think if Unai Emery and his boys had added much pressure on City after Duran equalized, it would have gotten them desperate since a draw wont be appreciated by Pep and not only would it have been the third straight draw for them in a row, it would put a dent in their title race. To be fair, Aston Villa played a fairly decent ball after the goal but seemed to lose it after Foden gave Man City the lead. The thing I've noticed is that at times like this, lesser teams tend to spoil things for the big boys and I guess Liverpool and Arsenal had hoped they could give City a bit of a challenge but Pep so desperately needed to get back into things and it was too sad Aston Villa had to take the fall for it.
In the game I could see that all what they couldn't do when they met Arsenal, they saw enough leeway with Aston Villa. Take for instance, in the Gunner game, the Gunners boxed them to the point they couldn't get enough room to play those quick passes that easily breaks opponents defenses to lead to goals but that wasn't so against Aston Villa.
It was even funny that Pep didn't really see any need to introduce KDB or even Haaland because it looked like the boys on the field were capable of demoralizing Unai Emery's men.
Liverpool will play their game tonight against Sheffield United and I'm already seeing an easy win because I doubt that they will even pose a threat to Liverpool seeing as it is at the Anfield and the visitors were so poor in their last game.

Phil Foden scored a hat trick and his first goal in this match from a free-kick is superb, It's just that City's defense was again penetrated by its opponents but this team could overcome it.
One match was resolved well even though they didn't field several key players, and the next match will be relatively easier for City even though they are the away team because Crystal Palace is only a mediocre team which if they can make a surprise it will be because Manchester City made a mistake or something unexpected happens, Pep is very likely to fielding the same squad for the match later and preparing a more important squad for the match against Real Madrid in the middle of next week.

Yesterday's match saw Manchester City play well, but I'm starting to have my doubts about them this season. They can only beat small teams, and when they play against bigger teams like Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool, they look like they don't know how to play. I think it's time we realised that Manchester City has been overhyped, and based on how I see them this season, it will be difficult for them to win any trophies.
Strong teams in the Big Six always create balanced matches and it is not easy for Mancity to overcome them. They may struggle when meeting small or mid-range teams, but when they meet, they always play explosively. Mancity's squad strength is no longer as strong as before, so it is understandable that they cannot overwhelm these teams. Winning against small teams and always maintaining a stable performance is already their success because the general level of quality of teams in the Premier League is quite good and equal, not easy to get points if they play subjectively. Mancity is still doing well this season, maybe a bit out of breath compared to last season, but as long as Arsenal or Liverpool is subjective, this year's championship may still be with them.

Pep already know they can beat Aston Villa easily, that's why Haaland didn't play.

There is no doubt that Palmer was kicked out of Manchester City because he could not compete with Foden. What a stunning performance from him. Villa used the same strategy as arsenal did but city played a bit better in this game caused by it was always doing long shoot to threatening the goal keeper.
Foden is inconsistent while Palmer is more consistent even though he can't bring a same quality like Foden did. Manchester City have too many players, so if there's a team willing to spend premium and the player not want to accept to be benched, Manchester City will loss nothing because they have many high quality subs.

City were class today, it was an excellent display and they deserved to score all those goals and get the win, i said it before the game that City suffered in the hands of Aston Villa in the first leg, they were completely outplayed and lost, they came into this second leg with a mission and accomplished it. City outplayed and outclassed Unai Emery's men today and they were indeed worthy winners.

City know that the title is no longer in their hands, and all they have to do is keep on winning their games and see what happens, next up for them is Crystal Palace, and it is definitely going to be another three points, before they travel to Spain to face Real Madrid in the CL. It is such a busy schedule for the treble winners, but that is because they are competitive and alive in three competitions.
You correctly noted that in this game Manchester City showed what real soccer class is. not many teams can beat Aston Villa so easily. You can remember a series of almost 10 games in a row, where Aston Villa won, but here City absolutely outplayed Unai Emery's wards and we saw on the hollow seemed to be teams from different leagues. Yes, this evening Villa didn't have Watkins in the lineup and it's really a big loss, and City had Foden shining, but still it was obvious that in terms of the level of chemistry of players, their motivation City is noticeably better.
Apparently it was in this match that Aston Villa lost even theoretical chances for the championship in the EPL.

Manchester City had nice results yesterday, as they expected, but at first no one expected them to have 4-1 goals in the game, seeing how Aston Villa were playing back to back, but they ended up winning, which normally everyone knows that they will try not to lose in order to save their chances of having the Premier League trophy.

But even though they continue to try their possible best, it will still be hard for Manchester City to be the winners of the trophy this season because they have two challenging teams, which are Arsenal and Liverpool. Manchester City find it difficult to win these two teams, and the most surprising one is that of Arsenal because they keep surprising people with their recent performances. Although they can prepare to go with one of the two trophies or even go with the two, which are the Premier League trophy and the Champions League trophy, Arsenal has a chance to get one or both trophies this season.
The Cityzens should be thankful for this win and aim to maintain this level of play for the rest of the season! I'm impressed with Man City's performance, especially at home where they dominate. The Etihad Stadium is a tough place for opponents to play. It's important for them to replicate this against bigger teams like Arsenal and Liverpool. However, Man City struggled to beat Liverpool and Arsenal, which is a concern. Champions need to have a winning attitude no matter what type of opponent they are.
After earning three points against Aston Villa, Man City now have 67 points, level with Liverpool who have a game in hand. Arsenal is leading the table by just one point. What's crucial is that Liverpool is also winning today's match and takes the lead likely. As the season progresses, things are heating up. Let's stay calm and wait for the final whistle.

Manchester City is aware that they need to win the game because of what happened to them against Arsenal the previous week. I believe that the reason they play well and take the game seriously is because they are playing in their home field, where it is very difficult to defeat Manchester City. Aston Villa's victory over Manchester City in their first meeting was a disgraceful display of play in Aston Villa field, as Manchester City also wanted to prove Aston Villa how good they are at Ethihad Stadium.

Arsenal lived up to expectation and won with a convincing 2:0 scoreline against Luton Town. The match was really vital to Arsenal as they needed a win for them to flip at the top of the table. They also needed to win to extend their lead against Manchester City, pending their result against Aston Villa whom they play later tonight. Liverpool will be playing tomorrow and with this Arsenal win, Liverpool will have to work harder tomorrow, knowing fully well that any mistake will be costly to them. I'm also expecting Manchester City to win their game tonight so they will close the gap between them and Liverpool.
The three top teams, which comprises Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City know what is ahead of them in their upcoming matches, and that they should win all, failure to do so will deny them the chance to lift the Premier League title of the 2023/2024 season. That's the reason why Arsenal and Manchester City try their best to win their today match against their opponents. Arsenal 2-0 Luton, Manchester City 4-1 Aston Villa. Tomorrow, Liverpool will play against Sheffield United. Liverpool will win at home without a doubt. Their top position continues
There will be no changes in the current standing. Arsenal and Liverpool will start their hard fixtures in the upcoming weeks. Aston Villa could become the last hard fixture. We will be seeing so many entertaining matches, probably starting next week. City and Arsenal got three points, while Liverpool is going to face Sheffield, which is the worst club in the Premier League. I strongly believe in betting on Liverpool in this match. The current standing will remain the same. There will be no change to happen. Im gonna wait till liverpool and arsenal will have harder fixtures in the upcoming weeks.

I knew Manchester City would beat Aston Villa easily yesterday in the Premier League to keep the title hope alive. Manchester City has entered the second position in the Premier League table, but if Liverpool wins today against Sheffield United, Manchester City will go back to their third place in the Premier League table. Manchester City need to be very careful when playing against Crystal Palace because they know how to beat Manchester City in the Premier League.
