You are right, Liverpool will win this match reasoning being that if they lose this match there chance of winning the league will be so small because Chelsea is really fighting to make sure they win this league this season now that man city is out of the way.
For me Liverpool are still more inform than Tottenham so wining them in there home is still very much possible, however if Tottenham proves stubborn then it will end in a draw.

They have drawn with Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City. Crystal Palace have also beaten Tottenham and Brighton when both teams were in top form. Against Liverpool, well, they couldn’t do much although Liverpool could be overwhelmed even though the final result was a Crystal Palace loss.
The same will be the case when facing Arsenal later. Arsenal already felt how they were overwhelmed by Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium on Dec 19. Only managed to win 4-3 but Arsenal were behind in the fourth minute during the first 45 minutes in the EFL Cup.
If anything, I think CP will give them a hard time when playing in the PL too.

Yea, you are actually right, being at home doesn't guarantee Tottenham Hotspur to be the favourite here and even the bookmarkers are very much aware of this, so the odds that was given to Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur speaks volumes on how they think this particular game might play out.
Though in my own opinion, I think that this game is actually going to be tight contested affair, so I am quite positive that both teams will score each other, but as of who is going to carry the day, that's what am not certain of, because I am very sure that both teams have the capacity and the attacking prowess to do the damage for their respective teams.

If not the challenge Manchester city players is experiencing currently in the premier league competition, Haaland would have achieve the top goal scorer in this season, because he started scoring goals to help Manchester city to top the premier league table before Liverpool took over from them recently. Hope you know that Haaland was the major reason Manchester city won last season title, because he always make use of his opportunity to scored goals that made them to be above Arsenal and Liverpool last season to embraced the title.
