Yeah the premier League trophy seem not to have been in favour of Manchester City this season because they have missed all the opportunities they had on becoming the winner of the premier League again and also I cannot Blame Haaland for not being too consistent as he normally does because no matter how good in performance a player could be but when a team is not working properly they may find it hard to perform well and secondly let's not also forget that Haaland has been one of the propelling factor that has been pushing Manchester City strikers to achieve a good results, so for Manchester City I will always acknowledge the effort of Haaland on the team.
But still, because Manchester City is still in competition for the title, then ofcourse Manchester City is still in a position that makes the team a candidate for trophy this season's. Unless, if Manchester City falls behind and has a pointgap that is difficult to catch, then Manchester will no longer be a title candidate. Because basically, winning a trophy is clearly noteasy atall and that applies to every team, moreover the competition in the Premier League is very tight so even though Arsenal is currently at the top of the standings, it is still not a guarantee for Arsenal to win the trophy. With these considerations then yes, I personally still include Manchester City as a candidate for the title even though there is no complete guarantee, but in reality the points they currently have still have a big chance for them to threaten each other's top positions.
