Even city was making EPL becomes another farmier league like  bundesliga. This proves that if manchester city much more capable to won the competition without even getting talked by a lot of people.
I do believe that EPL lovers were also watching how consistent city in winning the competition in any year. No improvement for arsenal and it's still the same to bottling the EPL again. This is why people weer always disappointed at the end of season caused by their expectation was way higher than what can be achieved by arsenal.
I don't see it as something wrong but people can try to put lesser expectation for arsenal.  This will not make them all getting so upset with arsenal at the end of season. Manchester city will be winning EPL trophy again.
