Any team, let alone Everton's inconsistency, would be nervous facing Tottenham and Manchester City back-to-back. Recent games haven't inspired confidence, and it's hard to predict where the points will come from. Tottenham, who want to finish in the top 4, won't sit back, especially with Everton's recent form
I feel sorry for Everton. This season, the club has struggled with morale. The discussed enthusiasm loss is crucial. Football is both mental and physical. Unless Everton can rekindle his drive, the future appears bleak. For a club with a rich history, relegation is heartbreaking. I hope they can rally and prove their naysayers wrong in these next few matches as a fan
I don’t think they have actually suffered with moral this season, in fact after last season’s relegation battle that Almost caught them Sean Dyche’s mean where super in the beginning of the season not until the FA and its 10 points deduction rule struck, still they kept the hopes alive and have since fight back from the last place in the table with just 4 points left to an 18 points now and just a point behind Luton who occupy the last place before relegation. This kind of fight that Everton have put into place is why I wouldn’t say they have struggled with morale but they have certainly done their best that I hope they avoid this relegation because it will be hurting to take for them. Right now after this spirited fight back against Tottenham who to be Frank have been in stellar form of recent I see them getting outside of relegation zone if at all the new rumored 10 more points deduction doesn’t happens
Richarlison has become an important player for Tottenham because in the last few games he has always scored goals, it seems that he has found confidence at Spurs.
See it was never a debate as to whether the guy had it in him because we all know how Richarlison was at Everton but moving to Tottenham and not getting at it early affected his psychological health and this outrightly affected his game. The best thing he did for himself this season was coming out to tell the world how mental distress he was and how he took counseling, since then the Tottenham coach who has been seriously instrumental in his recovery and how the fans began to reduce the pressure on him helped him to his first goal and as they say once a striker gets off the Mark then that’s continue if he doesn’t changes routine and keeps being consistent and seriously Richarlison has been that player this season. I am happy he has found his feet back, now EPL defenders need to worry about this lad just like those days at Everton. Also great gesture form him not to celebrate the goal against Everton today
