For me Liverpool is surely better team which can keep themselves at the top with their aggressive approach which is helping them in throughout season and their recent two wins against Bournemouth and Chelsea without their star player Mohamed Salah ends all rumours about their ability to scoring goals.
Liverpool's absolute victory this week against Cheslea will certainly make them more comfortable and have more fighting spirit especially next week for the big match they will play at Anfield.
But Arsenal must also be ready with their scheme. Arsenal are aware that they still have to continue to bring points in the matches they play if they still want to be seen as one of the title challenger clubs for the EPL.
Both clubs are at the same level but Liverpool's probability is still slightly higher despite the absence of Salah in their squad so if Arsenal struggle in the end they must try their best to at least get 1 point in next week's match.
