The game itself is very poor in the aspect of performance from the teams involved and that includes the home and away team. The second half is suppose to be more lively compared to the 1st half, I'm expecting to see more chances to be created and converted by the home side. I agree. This is the best season for Aston Villa. They are playing excellent performance. And the team still has a chance to grab the top spot in the points table. However, Aston Villa's defense is quite weak. If the defense doesn't improve, they won't even be in the top four of the table. So Aston Villa's coach should now strengthen his defense more. I have to agree with you that Manchester city most important player is Rodri, but I will equally place De Bruyne there two, this two combine are what Manchester city have been lacking all season. Pep actually went out to buy players that can at least play that Rodri position but sincerely none of the signings have his capabilities. He can play as a lone defensive midfielder, can play a double pivot too but the other two new midfielders can’t be a lone defensive midfielder, that’s why city suffer more when Rodri isn’t available. As for De Bruyne it is showing too much this season how over important he is to Manchester City and Pep because Gundogan who always fills that empty space for him isn’t there anymore.

Julian Alvarez to me is only behind Halaand in some of the striker qualities like physical battle or aerial battles but the rest he is definitely on par with Halaand. He is even better with the ball at his feet and can create chances too when not scoring. If we are to ask about a complete player then he edges Halaand to me

Here we go again. Manchester city has won the match with 2-0 against Sheffield. In 14 minutes, Rodri has broken out the leading goal for a team; besides that, J. Alvarez has taken the lead into twice in 61 minutes. All the players play very well, and P. Foden has won the man of the match. Manchester city are just dominating the game with possession as we shoot. They made up 82% possession of the game and took 4 shots on target out of 18.

When Haaland was injured, Kevin De Bruyne was also injured and they had problems in the creativity part of the game. Kevin De Bruyne came and fixed it.
