Manchester City and Liverpool are strong and they are two winners in Premier League last six seasons.

List of English football champions shows Manchester City won 5 titles and one title belongs to Liverpool last six seasons. They are one of strongest competitors and most experienced ones too for Premier League title race in this season. However I think it is not true to underestimate ambition and strength of Arsenal. They failed in the past season against Manchester City but they are building and improving and I hope that Arsenal can make history and win their first Premier League title after many years.

Hojlund is like Darwin Nunez and he is struggling to adapt to Premier League. He had some good matches for Manchester United but it is not enough for his team to be qualified for round of 16 in Champions League. In Premier League, Hojlund has more troubles to show off his best skills and maybe Manchester United will have to wait for his better contributions in a next season, a second season of the player in Premier League.

This is English football's toughness, with no opponent overpowering one. The top area became crowded a day after Aston Villa missed the chance to take the lead. Arsenal and Liverpool had high-level football performances that made those watching feel "eye-catching." The draw with Liverpool once again exposed to Mikel Arteta the problem Arsenal is facing in the championship race. So if the top 3 clubs all win their matches at the end of this year then there will be no change in the standings and Arsenal will sit comfortably in first place.

Chelsea will never fail with their usual display of winning today and losing tomorrow. It is a pity to see Chelsea owners have spent so much money to build Chelsea to play at the top level of football but they failed to achieve it. Chelsea has been struggling for almost 3 years now in all competitions they have played and if Chelsea continues like this they will find it difficult to attract quality players to sign for Chelsea.

If we only talk about Ten Hag performance last season which was able to bring Manchester United to top 3 finish then it could be said to be successor achievement because last season Manchester United were still playing quite well before Ten Hag became coach.
But now Ten Hag has failed to bring Manchester United to better position or at least like last season, they played in the UCL and were tragically eliminated and failed to get chance for the Europa League too.
This is quite sad failure for big squad like Manchester United.

Talking about Chelsea, they have actually experienced a decline in the last few seasons and it is hoped that the arrival of coach Pochettino will bring change and make Chelsea stronger team.
But what? all failed there is no hope for Chelsea for this season.

I think both of these teams have experienced very significant setbacks, in fact both have completely lost their prestige as big, strong teams.
Chelsea and Manchester United have problems that have not been resolved until now and of course this is quite detrimental because it will soon be mid-season and there are still no signs of change from them.

Liverpool and Manchester City are coming for everything, surpassing Arsenal can be easy something and difficult most times. The problem of Arsenal is weigh far than ending first position this year? They're more interested in accumulating more three points to maintain their spot and also find back their strength to continuing to be ranked first. Mikel Arteta and his players, I don't think any of these players can be able to convert any solid chance to goals at the moment, we know how vulnerable they can become infront of their opponents and they no background to absorp these pressure.

Some people think this problem is because the coach is unable to improve the team's performance however, this accusation can be refuted due to the fact that Ten Hag succeeded in bringing Manchester United to finish in 3rd place last season. The same thing has happened to Chelsea since they have brought in coaches several times but there has been no significant improvement so we assume there is another problem we don't know. From the Manchester United side we heard rumors of injuries while from the Chelsea side collaboration and communication are not yet perfect so it is difficult to find solid cooperation, well this is a challenge for Mauricio Pochettino he should be able to complete it in the near future if not then his career at Chelsea will be over.

Most difficult season for two top Premier League teams Chelsea and Manchester United, still inconsistency performance and loss from unpredictable teams make them have drop from top fourth position standings place. I don't know what weakness from Chelsea spent much money for signing most expensive players last window transfer Moisés Caicedo from Brighton Albion but first season with Chelsea he can't give well contribution without scoring goals and assist from 15 matches in Premier League.

The same with Manchester United get difficult with their striker for scoring goals, Rasmus Højlund under expected by Manchester United fans because he loss touch for playing in Premier League and as striker he can't scoring one goal yet for Manchester United in domestic league. For both teams fans, not expected more for raising top fourth standings position in this season, I doubt Chelsea and Manchester United will finish on top fourth position.

Mu bounced back to reality after their courageous draw with Liverpool. They gifted their loyal fans a meaningful Christmas present, after the crushing 2-0 defeat to West Ham. Many kid fans were in tears in the stands. Mu's play showed many weaks when opting for an attacking style instead of concentrating on all three lines on adopting a defensive stance, as they did against Liverpool. Their vulnerability in midfield was exposed, with both the offense and midfield all played bad, putting the defense in a tough spot whenever the opponent seized the ball and launched a counterattack.
Essential elements for scoring, ball possession, breakthroughs, and finishing, were all lacking, making it easy for West Ham to predict Mu's attacking moves. Meanwhile, Ten Hag still believed that his team controlled the game, limited West Ham's opportunities and supposed their lose just due to a distracting situation That's his perspective, but fans and those who watched this game thought quite the opposite.

I think at the end of this year Arsenal could end the year in 1st place, but of course we won't know as to champions this season. At Turf Moor Stadium we will see Burnley against Liverpool and as the host of course Burnley will appear confident but of course for Liverpool he will also appear confident and of course Liverpool has great potential to win. So in my opinion, it will be very difficult for Arsenal to be in 1st place at the end of the year unless Liverpool lose to Burnley in the upcoming match and Arsenal are beaten by West Ham. but indeed by the end of the year Arsenal has great potential to be in 1st place because I am also sure that Arsenal will win the match against West Ham.

Manchester United against West Ham with a score of 2-0 certainly gives West Ham the confidence to face Arsenal in the upcoming match. I think Liverpool will have the potential to win against Burnley and I also want to bet on Liverpool winning. However, Burnley's match against Fulham with a score of 0-2 should make Liverpool careful.

I equally agree with you. There's no point in struggling to maintain the first position now if you can't hold it now when it matters at the end of the season cause it would only be a wasted effort and a disappointment to the fans but then again who knows if Arteta has to maintain this pace since it might be difficult to find the top four if they get dropped to say 6th place.
 I won't also tip Arsenal to be amongst the favorites for the title because asides from the season still being in it's infancy, they have been known to fail when tough times come calling. Let's not even focus our attention on West Ham because they too are as unreliable as Arsenal instead of say the club capable of being threatening to the ambitions of either Liverpool or Man City winning the title is Aston Villa for me it like I said earlier, the league is still in it's infant stages so anything can happen to upend the balance.

But what surprised me was when I did some quick maths on the current table standings, Arsenal is now at 40 points and they can take it to 43 points for the first half of the season if they win their last game. Assuming that this is the average per half of the season and we extrapolate that, Arsenal would be at around 86 points. But it seems that the first half of the season was a good one for them and it could have been worse, maybe sometimes could have been a little bit better. My estimate at the moment would be that the title winner will be in the 82-86 points range. Of course 80-81 points could also be possible. Aston Villa as a very strong home team could achieve that if they keep their home record clean. I deem that last draw they had as an an accident. This season will be exciting till the end.

Indeed, in this case Arsenal always have annual problems that Arteta still cannot control because their performance sometimes often fades over time which makes them inconvenient in the competition even though they are very good at the beginning of the season.
Last season's perfrorma decline occurred towards the end of the season and this must be watched out for now especially since some clubs like Liverpool who had problems last season have now returned to their form and want more results in the EPL this season.

If Arsenal are still chasing the EPL trophy that has been missing for 2 decades for them then indeed they should not let their guard down because now it will be even more troublesome with several dark horse clubs like Aston Villa and it is not impossible that Newcastle will also be a troublesome club like last season especially now that the focus is only on the EPL.

It is said that he wants to invest 300 million at first and more money is supposed to be invested throughout the future. I wonder what these news hold for ten Hag. I don't know whether Ratcliffe has ever said anything about him.

Many people were predicting chelsea to be a big team caused by the money that spent by the club was very big people are never expecting that if this club will become another flop. It's unbelievable to see that chelsea's level is only a relegation standard.
In so many cases, the team who spent a lot of money was always able building the big club that can performing so amazingly but it's kinda different with what happened to the chelsea. The club has spent more than a half of billion and they got nothing.
This is fucking crazy and it's embarassign transfers caused by chelsea bought so many scam players with non sense price. Todd never understood the how football works and this is the main problem owned by the club.
Another horrible result for chelsea. The club is not only showing the poor performance but it can be shown that how stupid the current coach is. He chooses to use the bad players to play in the first half instead of good players.
It's no fucking way for chelsea to go to the top 5.

If Arsenal is going to be champions at the end of the season, there's no harm in giving up the lead now. It's nice to end the year in the lead but they don't give you a reward for that. There is no reward for leading the league until the last week. If you are not at the top when the league ends, you look like a rabbit athlete.
If Arsenal don't make the same mistakes this season as they did last season, they will be the number one favorites for the title. Their game against West Ham this week will be very difficult. West Ham have been playing good football recently. If Arsenal win this game, they will finish the year on top regardless of the other teams' games. But if they lose points, it won't be the end of the world. At the end of the 38th week I want to see them at the top. Arteta can bring us the title we have been waiting for for years, I believe it.

Serious it’s just kind of difficult to predict who is going to end the season at first position, we can’t just conclude yet, or make assumptions just because Arsenal is currently at the first position, there are still lots of matches to be played, and the points between all the clubs in top 5 are really close, so any decline in any club’s performance, then there position will be taken by another club easily. Seriously I can’t really conclude on any team that will be winning the league this season yet, but it’s going to be between Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester city. But Manchester city performance has really dropped this season, let’s hope there performance is going to improve soon.
