I think Erik ten Hag got the manager of the month was based on the team record and performance last month it obvious Man Utd had some decent premier league result which pushed the team to some few points behind the league leader, however the team performance in their last match against Bournemouth was nothing to write home about and also suffered an embarrassing defeat at Old Trafford, meanwhile I believe without any doubt Emery Aston Villa manager should be awarded this month premier league manager of the month having put up a brilliant performance against the top EPL teams by defeating both Man City and Arsenal respectively.

Since being handled by Unai Emery Aston Villa has turned into a strong team, it has been proven that to this day they are a threat to other competitors and also to strong teams such as Arsenal and Manchester City. I see that Villa's breakthrough this season is almost the same as what Newcastle did last season, they are really able to compete in the top four zone until the season is over. It is very likely that if Emery's troops are able to maintain their consistency then the target of getting to the Champions League next season will be theirs.

Meanwhile, Manchester United is currently facing a bad period, I am increasingly unsure that United will be able to return to its performance because this team has had a lot of problems. Erik Ten Hag is likely to be fired if he loses again in future matches, including the match on Boxing Day.

I'm really a bit disappointed with the results, but perhaps this is the truth that reflects that the club has lost a lot, they cannot maintain the position of a strong team, their playing style is weak, I don't know if that is the attitude of the team. I'm not sure if Ten Hag's is helping to build Manchester United or ruining it, but this poor play is too much from the team. I believe they gave him the Manager of the Month award to make him feel special because the team has lost enough games. despite this Manchester United has lost four home games this season, sometimes they performed well against strong teams. However, after losing to Bournemouth with three goals without any equalized, I don't think Ten Hag's will help Manchester United this season.

@Jossque like I had said yesterday one should not wager on Manchester United because they’re really unpredictable and unless Ten Hag leaves there’s no hope for them. Furthermore I was sympathetic towards Ten Hag due to the injuries but if he plays Maguire, Shaw at CB and leaves Varane on the bench he doesn’t deserve to be the head coach of Manchester United hopefully the board cuts him lose before he further damages our season.

Good leadership is true power, Aston Villa have enter the top four race and they're fighting with everything within their reach to ensure they are not limited as other average clubs but have proven to be best competitive mediocre club. Unai Emery is on different levels, beating two elite clubs in a row this season means something for the club and the coach, atleast he's having one of his best moments in the club. Aston Villa denied Arsenal the opportunity to maintain their top ranking position on the EPL table. Mikel Arteta and his men are now second and Jurgen Klopp side now sits first position.

It was a surprised match for Aston villa to used 7 minutes to scored a single goal that lead them to victory in their home to defeated Arsenal 1-0 for the favour of Aston villa, and it made many people to believed that something strange will happen in this season for some team to break the record. Based on what Aston villa displayed in this match to moved to 3rd position show that they are in a solid ground to battle for the premier league title. If you watch the two matches very well you will know that they won all those matches by luck which anything can still happen that will make Manchester city to return back to the first position in the premier league competition table.

Arsenal was good but aston villa was performing even better, Look at in the replays how many times arsenal was trying so hard to scoring. Arsenal got two goals being disallowed. Beat Arsenal and the champions Manchester City, 15 home wins in a row, 3rd  and 2 points off the top. Villa is riding on the crest of a wave at the moment.

But It wasn't a bad game by Arsenal. I think they were a bit intimidated because the coach wasn’t there. Normally they wouldn't let such an easy goal in.
Overall, It was an amazing game. Arsenal at least deserved a goal.

If for real the winner of the best manager in recent months, Emery is definitely the owner of the trophy, he has made a lot of changes for Aston Villa next season, it is not impossible that Aston Villa will play in the UCL with 3 other EPL teams.

The game against Manchester City dragged my attention and I decided to watch the game against gunner's. Arsenal failed to salvage a point out of the game. A goal was scored though but it was actually q foul on Kai Havertz. Arsenal needs some quality signatures, I looked at them bench and they was a weak team without good substute who could come on to win the game for them.

Arsenal lacks good options, for if they had quality, Kai Havertz would have been substitute from that game, because it got to a point Arsenal needed energy in midfied and there was nobody to assist Declan Rice. It was a gootest to see areas they'll explore in the transfer window. Props to Unai Emery. His defeat against Pep Guardiola has got to be his best.

Yes, it's true that is a suitable name for Aston Villa this season Aston Villa really has to be wary of by big clubs EPL, is not only a pressure for big clubs but for all clubs in the EPL. Aston Villa's success in beating Arsenal and Manchester City was an extraordinary result, it is true that home advantage was the main factor in achieving victory.

Once again, Ten Hag made a mistake in his strategy to maintain Manchester United's defense so as not to lose, Manchester United has experienced 6 defeats at home in any competition and this is a bad result and the last one was a defeat with a score of 0:3 when they faced With Bournemouth, what is actually on Man Utd management's mind that they continue to retain the coach even though it is clear that Ten Hag cannot improve the team's overall performance? Man Utd management should immediately take firm action before the club experiences an even more drastic decline.

The giant slayers. It was the right name for aston villa this season. The club keeps beating the big clubs in EPL. I think that aston villa has very big chance to stay at the top 4 till the end of season and qualify for the UCL.
There are so many underrated players in aston villa. No doubt that if the club keeps perform very well till this time. Aston villa was always surprising us. No doubt that if emery should become the best coach.

I don't know why ten hag should become manager of the month. This is so pathetic to see that. Ten hag was just coaching manchester united while emery was building the club from the bottom.

Like Aston villa performance in the premier league is wow this season like just take a look at how they sat comfortably in the third position as they are 5 points above Manchester city so even if City wins, Aston Villa will still retain the third position in the league table. No one saw them coming at all, they've won bigger clubs and am afraid with the energy and speed Aston villa have shown so far they might really be up to something dramatic.

I applaud their wonderful performance so far and I must say this is what football is really all about not every season the clubs that dominates the league keep dominating but it's really good to see smaller teams rise up with determination like this so I commend Aston villa for their resilience.

I don't really know where I will classified Manchester United with their current performance, what have come over them by allowing themselves to be defeated by Bournemouth in the Old Trafford, Bournemouth as just break the record of unbeaten, should Erik ten Hag be given more time? I was in support of him to be given more time, I think they should change him and let see what the outcome will be. They should stop off and on play, Erik ten Hag should choose one track either win or lose so we can have rest of mind.

Manchester United lost 3-0 at home to Bournemouth.Manchester, who played a dominant football compared to their opponent in terms of dominance in the match, were not good today.They have the potential to win one match and lose the next week.That's why I think everyone should think twice about taking bets.Bournemouth, on the other hand, is trying to continue their rise in form in recent weeks.With this win, they extended their unbeaten streak to 5 matches.With 13 points in 5 weeks, we can say that they started to move away from the relegation pot.
It was important for Burnley to get a draw against Brighton, a team that is doing well in the league, to get points from this away game.Brighton is a team that has the potential to cause difficulties for many big teams and it does.Brighton was the side that played better than its opponent in this match, but they could not be effective on the goal paths.Brighton managed to shoot 29 shots and managed to find 1 goal.We can say that Burnley has started to recover, albeit slowly.They need to start collecting points if they do not want to be relegated.

Manchester United is a strong team but they are losing by a wide margin this season with a unique team. Despite attacking a lot they did not see any goals because their attack was weak to say the least. Bournemouth have been performing very well this season, as Manchester United have not been performing well. Manchester United conceded 1 goal in just five minutes at the start of the match, and Bournemouth led by one goal at half-time. And Bournemouth lead by two more goals after halftime. In total both teams' attacks were aimed at the goal post, Manchester United 20-10 Bournemouth. But even though Manchester United shot at the goalpost, the speed of the ball was low due to which the ball could not reach the Bournemouth goalpost after breaking through the goalkeeper. Due to which Manchester United was finally forced to lose.

I think it is because Ten Hag did a bad strategy for the defense. He set Luke Shaw as a Central defender to accompany Maguire which I think is the biggest mistake made by Ten Hag. As we can watch on the match, Luke shaw was like a player who is in a big confusion on how to play because he was not in his best position and it is like the weakness side of United on the match where Bournemouth players could create dangerous goal attempts. Of course it is not only about Luke Shaw, the other players also played bad. I can say that they played a game without concept, without strategy, less communication between players, and less teamwork. I think it is the right time for United to consider in signing a new coach.
