Manchester United are in the 7th position thanks to Brighton defeat but next game vs Chelsea isn't reassuring and they can drop in ranking if they lose it.
I also see that their performance this year is very worrying, of course if Chelsea is consistent in the match they will steal points at their opponent's base, this will again create a bad image for Manchester United. If they want to appear in other leagues next year, of course they have to maintain their current position until the end of this league, otherwise their hopes of appearing in other leagues will be dashed.

Newcastle was definitely better than Manchester United and deserved to get three points out of this game. Ten Hag has to be fired by the new owner of Man United.
Man United showed that their players were lazy not ready to work hard when Rashford got the chance. Just look he was only able to shoot on target once until the second half was over. This is clearly a  disappointment that embarrasses Man United.  Erik Ten Hag is completely unsuitable to lead Man United and he must realize that.
Man United is still doing terrible, if they didn't lose they would be tied to fifth position and now they are at seventh position behind Newcastle, winning this game would have been quite important for them but it didn't happned. They really need to figure out how they could get better, Aston Villa is fourth, do we really think that Man United and Aston Villa are both playing fairly and equally?

Aston Villa has so much lesser amount of money to build a squad with, they barely spend the whole season buying players for a single player that United buys, unequal amounts, and yet United is doing worse, that's basically saying United is underachieving their season so far and needs to do a lot better, they may even be out of European competitions all together soon.
Manchester United's narrow defeat at Newcastle on Saturday has further explained how clueless the club's current manager is at the moment and why he lacks the tactical ability to help the club have a good campaign. I'm still surprised to see that he's yet to be sacked as the club's manager despite his poor performance with the quality players at his disposal. United needs a manager with a better tactical and technical experience than what Erik Ten Hag has been giving them since the start of the season. I don't think he has what it takes to improve the performance of the team and that's why u think he should be relieved of his duties at the Old Trafford club.
It was great to see Everton finally win again after the last time they did it was against Crystal Palace two weeks earlier. Last night's win against Nottingham was also special because they needed points to move out of the relegation zone after being deducted 10 points some time ago.

Against Nottigham in an away game is certainly not easy for Everton but this narrow victory will definitely pump up the enthusiasm of the whole team to get a better finishing place for this season. Despite the problems that Everton have faced, I think they still deserve to be in the EPL until next season and now it's just a matter of how they maintain their current performance in the next match.

In recent times Everton had been at the bottom of the standings, but after a 1-0 victory over Notitngham Forest, at least the victory managed to slightly raise Everton's ranking to 18th position. And this is the third consecutive away win for Everton. And for the next match I am a little pessimistic because in the next match they have to face Newcasstle, which for the time being "The Magpies" are ranked 6th in the standings. and in the previous match The Magpies performed quite well against the red devils yesterday. And whether the Toffes, which is Sean Dyche's club, will be able to fight The Magpies, which is Eddie Howe's club. And will Everton be able to move back up the rankings? We'll see. Because I'm quite curious .. hihi
The score didn't matter a lot for everton. As long as it can gather three points from its opponent and it's already enough for everton. In fact, everton needs to get out from the relegation zone as soon as possible.
The only possible thing to beat the weak team like burnley. Everton is going to have hard fixtures in the upcoming weeks. It will against newcastle then chelsea. I will expect everton to get zero points from those matches but, everton can use golden opportunity to face burnley which was also the weakest club in the EPL. Burnley has been successfully destroying sheffield last days and i see that will become an opportunity for everton to get three points from burnley.
Everton needs only to win the game. It doesn't even matter how many scores to be made in any of everton game. Three points are a must for everton or at least not missing points in any matches.
Good to see Everton back to winning ways again and pick up points in the English Premier League after they were stripped off ten points from their accumulated points for breaching financial rules in the league, a decision they've appealed and are still to get the final verdict from the appeal. Everton are currently occupying the 18th position of the league table and two points behind 17th placed Luton but I think they have the needed quality of players to survive in the league at the end of the season

It is not only about the position they have today, I think this could also be the beginning of the end of their goals for this season. The next game is against Chelsea and they are tough to have an opinion on. Perhaps they can beat Manchester United at Old Trafford or they have a weak game again, but if Manchester United loses that game and they miss to qualify for both the next round of the Champions League and the Europa League, I assume that the time has come for ten Hag to leave the club. I think we will find out before Christmas.

Tottenham deserves every form of applaud because not only did they get a draw but they did put up a really good fight against Manchester city in the eithad stadium which happens to be their string hold of victory but the spurs defiled the records in what seemed like their worse form, this is a good signal with the spurs they they are definitely getting back on their feet and a signal for other teams that they can still challenge Manchester city regardless of their might .
Manchester City are not in form as regarded, they was shocked by the performance pulled by The visitors, they did try their best but couldn't net a goal, instead they settle for a draw tie which is totally what they expected. Perhaps Manchester City will push harder in next match. Tottenham Hotspur coach, Ange Postecoglou deserves his flowers after a draw with Pep Guardiola and his firing squad at Etihad Stadium. We didn't see that coming, the performance of Spurs was top flight level and they're now the pressuring to bounce back to the system.

I sure, it seems no one thinks Manchester City will get a draw in the last three matches in a row in the Premier League. Because after all, Manchester City last three matches were played against Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham because I sure, in previous predictions Manchester City was the favorite to win those matches. Especially regarding Chelsea and Tottenham because ya, at this moment they are experiencing a decline in performance and/or experiencing performance instability. But ya, maybe the result was quite surprising too, because in the end Manchester City failed to get 3 points in 3 consecutive matches.
Those three matches drew by Man City is a perfect indication that the squad is not formidable and strong enough this season, recall they lost to Arsenal and Wolves in a match many soccer analyst and pundits predicted an outright win for Man City yet lost that match, frankly Man City isn't a sure league title contender this season because as an aspiring contender they dhould be very consistent in winning their matches and it's obvious they would find it difficult to defeat some mid table clubs this season due to their inability to beat Liverpool, Chelsea whom they defeated almost four times last season in all competition, Arsenal whom they also defeated three times last season, though the league is still in early stage I hope they up their game so as to be back into reckoning in the league.

For the club to progress, it has to be a collective effort and mainly, the club management should quit taking things lightly, being greedy and not putting the growth of the club forward else if they continue like this, not only will Man UTD lose value, there won't be much zeal to watch them when they have games.
Manchester United don't lack rich ownership, good management and skillful players, however this club didn't succeed from a long time. Their fans are waiting for a trophy since 2017 Europa League title under Mourinho and last EPL title in 2013 under Sir Alex Ferguson's. EFL Cup isn't that important comparing to EPL and European competitions obviously.
I think Ten Hag is a good coach but he failed so far to upgrade his team to be challenging for top clubs. He sometimes fail to collect three points from mid-table teams..

Deducted points seems makes Everton situations was very hard and their manager Sean Dyche has been realized this because now Everton have to hard struggle to avoiding relegation zone but the winning result against Nottingham Forest has showing they can able to bounce back and Everton currently has 7 points and they had 2 difference points with Luton which is the team in the 17th place and actually relegation zone also very interesting to watched especially after Burnley get the winning result from Sheffield United yesterday because whether it Burnley, Luton and Everton currently they have to fight to avoiding that zone but Everton wasn't lucky because this month they had tight schedule that after fight against Newcastle this Friday then after that match Everton have to faced Chelsea

Manchester City are starting to look inconsistent in the Premier League, the results achieved in the last three matches have seen them drop to third place. Losing six points in three matches is not a good achievement for a team like Manchester City, they have also conceded very easily recently. The fragility of the defense is a serious problem for Manchester City, the midfield and attack line can still be relied on, but the weakness of the back line makes it difficult for Manchester City to achieve maximum results. Guardiola must not allow the conditions experienced by Manchester City to continue in the next match, if they do not win over Aston Villa, then they will be even further behind Arsenal who are leading the standings.
Basically Manchester City are more likely to win the game, but you are right that they lose concentration in defense when the game is almost over. Manchester City have conceded 8 goals in 3 tough games against Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham, so it is true that Pep Guardiola must be able to overcome his defensive problems if he still wants to retain the title.

In this match, the referee who led the match was considered to have made a controversial decision. He thwarted Manchester City's best chance in the few minutes before the match ended and of course I think this has added to the list of problems for referees who officiate Premier League matches. He asked Haaland to continue playing when he was fouled, but when Grealish was getting closer to the goal the referee blew the whistle and stopped the match, and really that was a questionable decision.

But we also saw that Manchester City can have their problems in a home game against a Tottenham team that was not doing so well recently. That's good news for everyone. I never thought that Tottenham would actually strike back one more time, but that was great effort! It was the first time that I saw how insanely freakish Haaland can be! Cheesy I thought I knew it already, but against Tottenham it was next level, haha! His face and the poor referee!
Haland seem frustrated at some point considering he had missed multiple chances tho have scores a goal from the first half of the game, I even think he envisage an easy game but it turned out the game became tougher than he had expected and it summed up to his frustration hence he gave such reaction with the ref which caused him a yellow card.

I will not express Haaland's mood as frustrations. That is the type of mood that every dedicated player will need to be especially a striker when they did not score. When a striker doesn't get a goal, he needs not relax and not be happy in the game. I call it eagerness and not frustration as per say. If Manchester United attackers have same mindset, they would have been able to be getting goals to their names and hence try to help the club grow in position.

Manchester City remains the best team in England and they will continue that way atleast till the season finishes. But it is nice to note that the performance of Manchester city however reduced a beat this season. Any good team with high pressure could win Manchester city this year. This is the reason why Chelsea who hasn't been in a great form this season was able to draw Manchester City and likewise Totenham who hasn't been in their top form in the last few weeks were able to draw Manchester City.

The Manchester United management no longer has the inclination to winning trophy so also their players. The likes of Rashford has been a bit lazy since this season and the individual laziness attributes to the poor performance.
For me, I'd say Rashford is not lazy. He's just entitled. Last season, he was the star of the club and since he was producing goals, the club became tempted and extended his contract. Then, second season came along and more better players who had great control on the ball came in, and then the world no longer revolved around him then he started losing his zeal to put in efforts.
For the club to progress, it has to be a collective effort and mainly, the club management should quit taking things lightly, being greedy and not putting the growth of the club forward else if they continue like this, not only will Man UTD lose value, there won't be much zeal to watch them when they have games.

Right when we thought Manchester City was going to get 3 points from this match, Tottenham was able to score another at the end of the match. It was great to see such a competitive match. I probably would have liked to see a winner in this match. But the match was really incredible anyway. People said that whenever there is a draw the match is generally not interesting. If anyone tells me that from now on, I'm going to show them this match. And yes I agree that Manchester City was unlucky, there is nothing to do. Personally, I would have liked to see Manchester City win. But the match was really good and I probably wouldn’t change a thing.

If you compare it with last season, it might be a little less good compared to this season. This season, many teams have returned to their respective top performances so that competition in the Premier League is getting tighter, and last season they (Manchester City) had the most genius figure in midfield, namely Kevin De Bruyne, it was proven by how he made so many passes and in finished well by their attackers, so there is a lot of hope that in every match they will win.

So what about this season? It is clear that in the last few matches, they have not achieved maximum standings points, so the victory they usually get has been postponed.
Manchester City performance in this season can't be compared to the last season this is because a lot of things have changed in the rankings for Manchester City both in the premier league and at the championship, unlike in the last two seasons where Manchester city was topping the leagues.

Although we are just resuming back from the international break and in the coming weeks in their matches let's hope that Man City will make new better positive records that will set things straight for them in the coming days of the season and if not then we may have to be prepared for more worst performance from man city and we can take it that,  they have already lost out in their position for the year 2023-2024 premier leagues ranking.

You are completely right, a football fanatic here in my area would always make comments like "No football club is indispensable", Manchester city is a club I believe that most club in the EPL feared, but recently, they seem to lossing their charm,  and I am personally happy for Tottenham, even though they did not win that match, holding Manchester city to a draw was a very good achievement for them because as you have said, they fought really hard in order not to be defeated.

I have said it before here that, I do want Manchester city to win the title again this season, they have won it enough, they should give other clubs a chance to win it too, for this reason, I will always be happy when ever Manchester city loses point.

Having almost as much ball possession as Manchester City in the Etihad stadium says a lot. There are not a lot of teams that can do that and as I said before, I thought that Tottenham has zero chance to resist the pressure and fight back, but they did. Haaland freaked out because the referee took away an advantage in the last minutes that was quite questionable to be honest. Grealish would have been 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper. I think that was a very bad call by the referee, but that is part of soccer.

Manchester city is currently leading by three goals and their performance so far has been good enough, gardiola seem like he expected more from his team but it turns out the spurs are not as weak as they were perceived they looked even stronger regardless they are playing away.

Son is really a good player and today he has really been brilliant, I was thinking he will have a weak morale after the own goal, but then he was rather determined to make up for the own goal. For a team playing away Tottenham has played well enough but it most likely going to turn out in the favour of Manchester city, so far with this performance from the spurs I can say with confidence they are improving as against their recent draw backs.

The match ended in a draw, and I was very impressed with Tottenham's performance. In my previous post, I stated that it would be difficult for Manchester City to defeat Tottenham because they had already lost a match, and they would like to defeat Manchester or draw the game, and they did so. I believe Tottenham has returned to form in order to compete in the league with Arsenal again, because they played very well, they didn't give up even in the last minute and scored with a very good header. Manchester City need to wake up because they are losing form in the Premier League. I'm not sure what is wrong with Manchester City, whether it is because they have key players in the team or because de Bruyne is injured, which is causing the players to perform poorly.

Arsenal will be happy with the draw because they will have a large gap in the table against Manchester City, Guardiola needs to do something if he wants to win the Premier League this season, and their next game is against Aston Villa, who are performing well and will try to defeat Manchester City in order to top the table, and truest Aston Villa can do it because Manchester City will not win the Premier League this season.

Yes, Arsenal is definitely going to be the happiest team in the English Premier League right now. They are on the first position of the table and they have a decent point difference between them and Manchester City. But the thing is Arsenal will have to be consistent in their own performance if they want to win the league title. After all, they are in the English Premier League and the competition is huge. They cannot afford to make any mistakes like they have made in the last two seasons. I actually think even they did not expect the match between Manchester City and Tottenham to be a draw. But they will be very happy to see the results right now.

Like play Arsenal and Liverpool are toping the premier league table, and it is very clear now that the two teams forming the strongest in this season has been reduced to 3rd and 4th position which will be very difficult for them to come close to first and second position till the end of this season. I know that many people will not believe that Arsenal will handle this position till the end of the tournament, but let watch what will happen in their remaining games but I have that believe that Arsenal will win this year trophy to make their coach break some record in the premier league competition.

Manchester city and Tottenham really showcased some attitude that made many people to believe that this season will not go well for them for the draw game yesterday because, Chelsea beat Tottenham 4:1, they draw 4:4 with Manchester city and, those 2 teams are standing as a strong team that is giving other teams to secured sure goals Chelsea secure from them in their last games.

Actually, it's too early to say that because the league still has 24 matches left meaning there are still many points that can be collected and Arsenal are not yet safe at the top of the standings because Manchester City is only 3 points behind. Apart from that, we know that Arsenal has unique characteristics I mean, sometimes they're inconsistent towards the end of the season, do you remember how Arsenal was last season? Arsenal should have won the title but they lost 2 times in a row in the 36th and 37th matches if they win the last 3 matches, they should be ahead by 1 point well, this is what we fear will happen again this season therefore we cannot say that Arsenal will win this season. Honestly I want to see Arsenal or Liverpool win the title this season in my opinion they are more appropriate but Manchester City is a team that always fights so they won't let it go easy, we'll see how this competition ends.

This is just horrible for Manchester City in my opinion. Because their defense isn't this weak normally. But they just can't have exactly the same kind of domination they imagine in big games. Next time they have an away game against Aston Villa. This is also technically a tough game on paper. Because Emery's Aston Villa are doing really impressive work this season. Let's see whether this bad streak will end for Manchester City.

Yeah in general Manchester City's performance has indeed declined but we know that their opponents are strong teams in the league so we can consider it normal and their battle has not ended as you said their next opponent is Aston Villa obviously it's not easy especially they will play away, we don't know how Manchester City's steps are in the race because they have been 3 points behind Arsenal. Meanwhile Arsenal are still safe in the next 2 weeks because their opponents are easier but on December 24 they will face Liverpool well here Manchester City will take advantage because one of their competitors will lose points, but if Arsenal wins then that means Arsenal's position will be better in the standings. What is clear is that until now we have not been able to predict who won the title we have 3 teams that have the same opportunity, although Arsenal is closer but it's not safe enough.
Everton's meet Newcastle worries me. Their triumph against Nottingham was refreshing, but Newcastle seems intimidating. Newcastle has played well recently, notably against Manchester United. As an Everton fan, I'm worried. However, hope remains. Everton may draw by taking a more defensive attitude and focusing on counterattacks. We've seen the team rally in terrible times. Strategy rules now. Sean Dyche must play his cards perfectly or the Toffees may pull off another surprise.
