Chelsea really have only the Champions League left in their hands. It is even doubtful if they can move on there because it seems quite difficult for them to get past Real Madrid with this effort level.

Last season they had some good victories, I think they beat Manchester City for example, but they were not consistent at all last season. And not to mention the seasons before that, there were even dramatic seasons in between as far as I can remember. Persistence always wins, they always say, that is certainly the case in the case of Arsenal because they really gave Arteta a few years the chance to make a team out of it. There are no easy games in title run-ins, and City have tough games against the likes of Chelsea, Brighton and even an Everton side that are fighting for their lives at the bottom end of the table, these games aren't easy ones. I think both Arsenal and City have almost similar fixtures from now until the end of the season, similar in terms of opposition team strength, thus whoever wins the title deserved it, and not because they had easier games right at the end than their fellow title contenders.
