 I wish they could be punished more so they could take their jobs seriously and stop being biased when officiating, the introduction of the VAR was to help the referee with their decision making but some of them even after checking the VAR to see the right thing would still go ahead to make the wrong call.

Currently, PGMOL has also actually admitted that Diaz's goal should have been allowed but this kind of thing has happened even though it is now admitted that it was an error from the referee, it still does not restore anything. I think the important point was that Aston Villa scored an early goal, and later Brighton tried to get back and spent a lot of time attacking, often forgetting about defense, and look how many goals were scored in this match on counterattacks, besides that there was an own goal and a rebound off a Brighton defender.
