Chelsea are in the 14th position and is four points clear of the relegation zone. Last season, Chelsea narrowly avoided relegation, but based on recent performance, they seem likely to face that struggle this season. As of now, there are no indications that Chelsea will significantly improve this season. To progress, Chelsea needs to address the internal issues that are hindering their performance. It's suspected that the owner's interference with the coach's decisions might be a factor.
I don't know what internal problems caused Chelsea to be as down as it is now, but the owner's interference with the coach's decisions is very reasonable as long as the team coach is able to answer the many doubts about the team's performance. Todd Boehly has spent hundreds of millions of dollars building the squad, so of course he's going to intervene so that whoever gets paid performs appropriately.
In fact, Pochettino still failed in his last 6 matches, but he still has time to build the team's mentality and confidence which was lost due to poor performance. Chelsea must stand up and prove its quality, but who knows who the opposing defense is most afraid of in its squad at the moment.

Chelsea must sack Pochettino ASAP before they suffer larger loses.
What about compensation, wouldn't that be more detrimental to Chelsea from a financial perspective?
Pochettino should be given more time to prove his worth, but if during the first half of the season he fails, then I agree Chelsea should sack him.

and my big question is whether Pochettino has no other options besides Nicolas Jackson as a center forward. Does he not have the courage to take the decision to rotate some of his players? or, give other players a chance. Of the 6 matches he played, he was only able to score 1 goal. If it's like this, it's only natural that Chelsea will always have difficulty scoring goals, let alone winning match after match.
Yes, that is part of Chelsea's problem at the moment. But who is the right replacement for him in your opinion?
Deivid Washington and Armando Broja are two players who may not be better than Romelu Lukaku who is on loan at Roma, that's because Pochettino really believes that Nicolas Jackson can answer the coach's trust.
Nicolas Jackson is nothing like Harry Kane at Tottenham and Pochettino cannot imagine it will be the same. I tend to hope Sterling can play on the left wing and play Noni Madueke/ Mykhaylo Mudryk on the right wing to help Jackson as a center forward. But Enzo Fernández and Conor Gallagher have to play as central midfielders so that Cole Palmer can play as an attacking midfielder. I hope to get Pochettino to adopt such a lineup in the next match to see if there is a change in the team's overall play.
