Exactly, everyone blames Onana for the goal conceded, but in reality he has very little to blame, he had his vision covered by his defender, but in general there was confusion in the area on the part of his defenders and Onana was unable to save the shot, if he had saved that shot it would have been an extraordinary save and we would all have applauded André. It's a shame that for the English press Onana is becoming the scapegoat because of the goals conceded, but for me the blame should be placed on the entire Manchester United defense

The absence of several midfielders such as KDB and Rodri in this Manchester City squad has slightly made them lose their focus.
A few weeks ago when there was no KDB it was actually still under control because there was Rodri who was in midfield as an attack organiser for Manchester City but when Rodri was not in the squad everything became different where in this match Manchester City was like a chicken losing its mother. There was no attack with mature passes. Haaland was also locked out because he didn't get a decent ball supply and Arsenal were better prepared despite the absence of Saka in their squad but they were better so I think in this match Arsenal deserved 3 points.

Surprises always happen and it's quite difficult to see how the EPL will continue because in recent weeks there always seems to be surprises on display.
In this match Arsenal deserved to win but what bugged me was that Manchester City did not seem to play like Manchester City in the previous few matches.
They are really chaotic in terms of their schemes and attacks are not directed, the absence of midfielders as attack organisers makes Manchester City overwhelmed to face Arsenal this week and this is quite unfortunate when Rodri and Arteta are not in the squad Manchester City lose their spirit as the master of the field.

As for me, I know it will never be easy for either team, but I was expecting Liverpool to win the match because I thought Brighton was a little bit down on form because of their last match against Aston Villa, where they lost 6-1. But seriously, I saw today that Brighton is not really down in form but just weak against Aston Villa after making some mistakes. I also predicted that both teams would score, but I really thought that Liverpool would win.
 
For the Wolves match against Aston Villa I did not really attempt to predict the match because I know it will be a tough match, and with that, I believe anything can happen at end, so I did not bother myself and stake in the game because this is the kind of game that leads to goalless some time because it is a two-average team match or even with many goals. 
 
Last season, almost everyone thought that Arsenal would be the Premier League winner due to their great performances from the beginning of the season to some stages, but toward the end of the season, Arsenal started losing form, and easily Manchester City used the opportunity to win the Premier League. As for today's game, I never think that Arsenal will be able to win Manchester City, despite the fact that Manchester City is not in that good shape due to some injury issues with some players, especially De-Bruyne, their great midfielder, but seriously, Arsenal tried their best and won the three points from Manchester City.

I thought Aston Villa would win easily in this match but it seems I was wrong because Wolves were much better prepared to face them after beating Manchester City last week. Even though in the end Wolves failed to win again, a draw was better than nothing at all. Aston Villa, who were so favored in the match, could not do what they should and their chance to overtake Liverpool also failed.

Thanks to Martinelli, that goal was much needed. Finally Arsenal beat Manchester City. The more important thing is, they didn't give many positions to City. That means City is not an unbeateble team. When you play with right tactics and give your all, you can beat them.
Spurs and Gunners have same points now. City is 2 points behind. The league will be very long, the team that maintains continuity comes forward. It's important to have a winning streak and win big games like that. Everything looks alright for Arsenal now.

Apart from Kevin DeBruyne that was injured, Rodri is another Man City influencial player that was out due to Red card against Wolves meanwhile Guordiola allowed Gundogan and Mahrez to be sold thus his action had created a big vacuum in the club thus the club won't be able to defend their title this season with just few matches played they had lost two matches back.to back which is indeed a big blow to the team having considered plenty matches to be played and I am very sure they can't win of their remaining matches

When giving praises, do well to praise who's worthy. Son Heung - Min have been praised why not so same for James Madison? Just like KDB Said, he wants to see him at a top club before he rates him higher.
Son has only been a better nine/ striker and that's because he has a very good attacking midfielder ( James Madison )
Madison has been so busy creating chances, I watched him so closely for the first time as they locked horn with Luton Town on Saturday to go top of the Premier League Table.

No need mocking Harry Kane, he was never the problem with the squad. He did score twenty plus goals for that club almost every season he shouldn't be disrespected. He will have a great season regardless with Bayern Munich.

The fact that Manchester City lost to Arsenal is a clear indication that they will be unable to retain their premier league crown season after season. I sincerely doubt that Manchester City will once again be a premier league powerhouse. Premier League teams are starting to figure out how to neutralize Manchester City's dominating strategies in every game. Currently, Haaland is playing less effectively in games as a result of Kelvin Bruyne's injury absence. Those lovely passes that Manchester City employs to score against their opponent are not being made by anyone on the team.

Actually, the competition is very tight. However, Arenal does have a bigger chance, here they can attack Man City's defense more than Man City. It could be said that Arsenal's midfielders contributed very well by supporting the front players. The only goal by Martinelli in the minutes made it a prestigious victory for Arsenal, because after all, this match was a very prestigious match, beating Man City. No matter what the score, winning is still winning.

On the other hand, some matches in the EPL are not very satisfying. Like Newcastle, I think they will win, because they have just played so impressively in the UCL. However, it only ended in a 2-2 draw. West Ham was able to hold Newcastle who were on fire to a draw, very good.

Is it not fair to say that Manchester City and Arsenal are equal in players that were absent? Kelvin Bruyne wasn't around which happrb to be one of their great Midfielder but Arsenal also has Saka that was absent as well which is Arsenal main project and favorite as winger, what more do we need to measure standard of this match between Arsenal and Manchester City. Each teams on both ends played nicely but Arsenal were able to change the mood of the match in end of second half that led them to Manchester City with a goal to nill.


Jorgino deserve some hand shake and a hug but don't forget the effort of Rice, he was there at every place providing good support in converting pressure to long passes for the forward men,  his today performance gave him man of the match and I must say that it's a deserving award for him and Arsenal today.

Arteta is a smart manager to say, he watch his men played against Manchester City all the time but after watch Trossard the whole time and he was quick to notice he is the one is not doing much for the club and immediately he substituted him with Martineli, a goal was score in the second half.

Wolves have managed to score in all but the first game in the league. Today, Wolves managed to score against Aston Villa and drew 1-1. Aston Villa were too tired from Europe to focus much on the game. Obviously they could have scored more goals but it didn't happen.
In the last match of the day, we saw 2 championship hopefuls sharing the title. The match was an average match so obviously neither team played very well. City dominated the first half but Arsenal took the upper hand in the second half. Arsenal managed to get the benefit of their pressure with a goal in the last minutes and gave their opponent their 2nd defeat in the league.

In general, the possession of the ball in a taco match does not say much, it was obvious that the match was absolutely equal and only at the end it was possible to determine the winner. Manchester City have suffered their second consecutive defeat and have dropped to third place. Tottenham unexpectedly moved up to first place. It will be funny if they win the league right after Kane leaves.

Definitely an important win for Arsenal, first the cup thing and now the league game, they are really figuring out what City is doing and then abusing the weakness they have. City had only ONE shot on goal all game long, that is really the first time I saw that, I can't remember any time before where they had such a terrible game, whatever Arsenal is doing definitely is working and at this point Tottenham is leading the league and we all know that they won't continue like that, Arsenal now is ahead of City as well and at second position.

Not that it means anything, it is been just 8 games so far and I am sure that it is not going to be all that important, but we need to remember that it s going to be something that takes time to adjust. Arsenal had so many weeks in a row when they were the leader last season and still failed, who knows maybe they will end up with the same thing this season as well, so it is not like they are guaranteed at all after one win.

Arsenal have defeat City for the 2nd time and they did it without their star player Saka, there performance today was superb and I think they deserved to win the game, I love the way Arsenal players were very serious today and they played like they were in a final match, last season Arsenal almost won the league but bottled it, by allowing City to overtake them on the standings, however this season they're very serious and are taking every games by storm, they're among the only 2 teams to be unbeaten this season, and  won't be suprised if either of the 2 Current unbeaten teams win the league.

 The absence of Rodri in the squad has really caused problem for Mancity in 2 games now and I think Pep Guardiola needs to adjust his game play else they might keep dropping points, they tried against Arsenal today but were unlucky to concede at the late minutes of the game, there next match is against Brighton, they're playing at home but needs to be careful.

Liverpool drew away to Brighton and left 2 points on the table. Despite leading at half time they couldn't hold on to their lead and drew. I wouldn't have expected Brighton, who conceded 6 goals against Aston Villa, to be too focused in the Liverpool game but it looks like they recovered from that heavy defeat with ease. Both teams had European commitments during the week and were visibly tired.
In another game with the same scoreline Newcastle drew 2-2 away to West Ham. Newcastle, who managed to beat PSG with an excellent game during the week, failed to win this away game despite taking the lead. Despite losing the first half, Newcastle started the second half fast and scored 2 goals in 5 minutes with Isak, but they couldn't prevent the goal in the last minutes and drew.

I've a feeling about this 2023/2024 EPL campaign, because there's alot of surprises and actions against standard and average team. Tottenham Hotspur and Gunners remained unbeaten this season, records an outstanding performance against their opponents. Spurs new boss, Angelos Postecoglou have done an incredible job for Tottenham Hotspur in his first season in charge. The Spurs remained unbeaten in games and ranked #1 on EPL table after their tremendous winning against Luton Town despite playing 10 men at Kenilworth Road stadium. If Spurs continue to push harder, they will maintain a good spot this season.

Both Arsenal and manchester city played woefully in today's clash, perhaps it's because both teams are suffering from injury set back in their key players. The absence of KDB in Manchester city squad has reveal a lot about Man city and the impact is obvious. Haaland who's known to be goal machine has silently go off and ghost himself in big games. He was completely a minus today for city. I don't know what's wrong with Pep when he decides to subbed off Alvarez who's been making some attempt instead of Haaland.

On Arsenal side, injury has taken down their major wingers and it affected their performance too. Jorginho deserves some applaud for his performance today as he hold the midfield together. Arsenal goal keeper lacks confidence and it'll be very dangerous to give him back pass. He would have caused Arsenal downfall today but lucky enough, they managed to get the late winning goal.

However, the league is still fresh to talk about the table but who knows if this is Spurs season? Lol

Before last year's title, Napoli also took a lead but failed at the end of the season. I hope that Arteta has finally formed a championship team (it looks like it) and this year they will last for the whole season. City (due to the KDB and maybe not only because of it but also for “natural” reasons) is experiencing a decline and this will be an additional help in achieving the goal. The next games will show what we can count on - they are very difficult for City.

8 games in the Premier League and no one lost, this are 1st place in the league. I think that Harry Kane currently congratulate his ex teammates. He is in 3rd place in the German League. Who would have thought that Manchester loses today. The next two top games are on 04.11. against Chelsea and 02.12. against Manchester City. Heung-Min Son is with 31 years one of the most important players at Tottenham, in 8 games he scored 6 goals.
