This was quite a surprising match. Brighton played with a very impressive performance, it seems they really take advantage of playing at home. They defend very well and they also have quite a promising attacking rhythm. I think this match really belongs to Evan Ferguson.

This is the third defeat in a row for Newcastle. Even though they started off well at the start of the season, but they failed to maintain that performance. In the match against Brighton, Newcastle seemed to have difficulty developing their rhythm. They actually also had several chances, but it's a shame they didn't have a good finishing touch. 1 goal scored by Wilson in injury time, could not change the situation.

Concerns began to emerge over Pochettino performance after only being able to win one win in four games. Initially it was hoped that he could improve Chelsea performance, but he failed to meet the expectations of Chelsea management and it was still difficult to win even though several quality players had been brought in. Chelsea played very badly, like a small team that had just been promoted to the EPL, their game had no direction, they still had difficulty building connections between their players.
I think Pochettino future with Chelsea will not last long if Chelsea performance is still bad. When a team has made major changes but is still having difficulty winning, then the coach's performance needs to be questioned, whether he is able to formulate a good strategy or not.

I love the squad De Zerbi R is building in the Premier League, You know they can become the next Borrussia Dortmund in the Premier League. Building from young and selling with the right increased valuation.
Sweet Jesus! Ferguson is a star boy, terrorizing the best defense in the Premier League from last season. Astonishing to see how he utilities both legs very well. He does deserves a bigger club, he's still a young lad ( 18 ) and has enough room to grow into a goal terrorist the Premier League has never witnessed. Hopefully, Fati would benefit from such a good environment of young players before leaving for Barcelona. Mitoma had a chance to make it four but top defensive display from Trippier.

Sons first goal was a beautiful Chip over the Goalkeeper, that was a fantastic finish, too much ball delivery from.the midfielder's, that what happens when you have a top attacking midfielder like James Madison who was also part of the the goal scoring players. A day to remember for Son who has now scored over hundred goals and more just in the Premier League.

The third goal from Erling Haaland was beautiful, you could see how he tracked the ball, the defender was flat footed so he couldn't approach the incoming ball early enough. Ake's goal also shouldn't have been awarded, the VAR and officiators needs to do better in the Premier League. Great weekend, more to be added today as we anticipate Arsenal up against Manchester United and Aston Villa against Liverpool.

It surprises me that how totenham was able placing at the second place. The club seems to outperform what i thought. Ange has been showing how great he was compared with pochettino.
Chelsea as the biggest spender for the summer transfer season, can do nothing against nottingham forest. The sad thing if chelsea's fans were pressuring its club said the club needs to drop thiago silva which didn't even make sense. This guy was helping so much in defending its club.

The attacking line's inability to score goals against Nottingham Forest may be the main problem, but Chelsea fans are attacking the players regardless. Thiago has become a target of the blues fans which doesn't even make sense.
All of attacking players played so badly. They have no ability to get a good positioning. The counter attack was very slow and weak.

Wow there are 3 matches a player scored hattrick, this definitely make football fans satisfied in this weekend.

Brighton's young kid aka Ferguson, Son playing in center forward position and Haaland, after many matches he was not contribute a lot. If Welbeck wasn't injured, we will not see Ferguson will play in center forward position and Richarlison now might be worried if he will back become a substitute player lol.

We had one of the best weekend watching EPL games. Some games came with shocking actions while some were easily won by these elite clubs. Chelsea remained stagnant with absolutely no improvement in league games, always losing to average clubs. This time, the blues finds it really difficult to net goals against their opponents, watching them defeated by the Garibaldis. On the other hand, Manchester City hosting Fulham at Etihad Stadium, the Cottagers put up a wonderful performance in the first half but they made some blunders and decline in performance in the second half and got humiliated by City.

This is unexpected result and Brighton has outstanding performance in that match because surprisingly they can able to playing attacking since the beginning of match and they were successfully to press Newcastle defensive lines and it makes Newcastle was unable to develop their game because during the match Newcastle playing with under pressure and Ferguson has made a hattrick and bringing Brighton to collect 3 points from this match
For other match Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest i am quite dissapoint to see Chelsea performance because they lose from Nottingham Forest and Chelsea was very dominate the match and they had 77% ball possession and they had also gets several attempts to scores but unfortunately the players such as Jackson or Sterling were failed to utilized those opportunities

Manchester City 5-1 match win against Fulham sent the message that there is no other team above Manchester City in this session. Many were surprised by Erling Haaland's dominance in the match. He did not score in the last 3 matches but scored a hattrick in this match. Manchester City have won 4 matches consecutively and now at the top. Although Arsenal was considered as the strongest opponent in the beginning of this session, they are now far behind and now in the 6th position. On the other hand, the nearest competitors are Tottenham Hotspur who have played 4 matches, 1 draw and 3 wins. In the same position is West Ham United who also occupy the third place with 10 points from 1 draw and 3 wins. But currently the biggest spender Chelsea by no means finding their rhythm as they remain in 11th position only with one draw and one win.

Even if Aston villa had no injured player, I still personally think that they are too small a team to beat Liverpool, I know they indeed have a lot of great players with really great talent and so, but still, Liverpool is a better and stronger team, and I don't think Aston villa have any chance of ever beating them, except on occasions that Liverpool for some reason or the other loss their form, or something wrong with the team.

Anyways, a bit late here but congratulations to Manchester city for beating Fullham 5 goals to 1 goal in their yesterday's game, I did know that Manchester city would win the match but I wasn't expecting them to have such an exceptional performance, to turn tune of scoring 4 goals more after Fullham equalized their first goal, an incredible win there .

Man Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne are not in the same position they both complement each other in the team when De Bruyne is injured it is usually Phil Foden who replaces him, indeed Phil Foden and De Bruyne are at the same level so it's not a big problem if one of them gets injured. But in important matches like the Champions League, De Bruyne is always a mainstay because he is more prominent in experience while Phil Foden is a young player who still needs more experience.

For matches in the Premier League, Phil Foden can still be relied on but for the Champions League De Bruyne is irreplaceable, then the question is whether De Bruyne's absence is a problem for Manchester City? No for local leagues but Yes for Europa League/UCL.

I don't even know why pochettino was using different scheme compared with when it was able beating some EPL clubs in the pre season. The changed of strategy has been signigicantly affecting the performance from the club.
Pochettino was always using 4-2-3-1 during the pre season but he was changing it. Chelsea needs try to implement the same strategy that used during the premier league summer series.
Pochettino needs to change it as soon as possible this club will always be trapped in the same thing over and over again.

Even though Unai Emery is a great manager who is capable of producing surprising result against big teams sometimes, but after I saw the list of injuries players for Aston Villa currently, I guess it would be very difficult for Aston Villa to gain any points when they play against Liverpool at the stadium of Anfield. I think there is a high chance for Liverpool to beat Aston Villa in front of their home fans today.

It was a wonderful performance for Brighton winning Newcastle 3-1 comfortablely at home, i think de Zerbi would be proud of his boys, Ferguson especially who scored his first hat-trick in the EPL a very good achievement for his career, the coach made a statement about him saying "he can become a big player but very big player" and I think he's right because Ferguson is rapidly developing ino a very fine player and soon top teams would be in his demand, one thing i love about Brighton is that even as they sold several of their key players this summer they still look very sharp and didn't drop form instead they're really pressing to be among one of the top EPL clubs
 Newcastle on the other hand, started brilliantly with a fine win against Aston Villa and has lost their form ever since yesterday's game would make it three straight Lose for them, they need to recover in their next match against Brentford if not they'll have a very poor season if they keep losing and won't be able to compete for the top 4.

And looking at the match between Brighton and Newcastle United, it can be concluded that in a match we cannot predict victory.
Surely there will be extraordinary surprises that are unexpected and considered impossible until things are very likely to happen.
Well, now Brighton has proven with its victory, that what we see is that Newcastle United will win because previously they performed well and were superior, but on the contrary. 

When the season started and Chelsea played against Liverpool, I was thinking this season would be a different one for Chelsea because there was improvement in their first match, but now, Chelsea is back to the normal Chelsea that we all knew last season. It doesn't even show that they have a new manager and new players, they have started losing matches that they are supposed to win. Maybe Pochettino signed players that don't really have much experience yet, and that’s among what’s really disturbing their performance currently. Chelsea is supposed to win Nottingham, but I was surprised that they lost another 3 points in the match.

The results of the Brighton vs Newcastle match were beyond our predictions. So Brighton's victory has been one of the surprises this week. Newcastle started the season well by winning their opening match against Aston Villa. But then Newcastle had to lose points in the matches against Man City and Liverpool. At least I hope Newcastle get points against Brighton. But it turns out my hopes didn't come true because Newcastle lost with a quite surprising score.

Last season there were many surprises that happened at the start of the season. And it seems like this season the same thing happened. Although I have seen many surprising results like this. But still until now I'm not used to it.

Kevin De Bruyne is not an important problem because for Manchester City, there are still many other great players who make it easy for Manchester City to win, one of which is Erling Haaland. Currently,  no one can stop Erling Haaland from always scoring goals, like in yesterday's match against Fulham, where Manchester City managed to score quite a lot of goals.

Manchester City have reached a very different level. Their most important player Kevin De Bruyne is out due to injury but this team continues to work like a machine. They are again the biggest favorites in the league and in the Champions League. When I look at the games played in the league, I see that it is very unlikely that any team other than Arsenal will challenge them. Arsenal also started the league very badly this season. Liverpool and Manchester United have been almost absent for a couple of seasons. It's too early to talk about it, but Manchester City are the clear favorites again.

In the previous match, Chelsea did not show their best quality where their defense was too bad, even Mudryk et al looked so weak in this match. I think Chelsea still haven't been able to make significant changes to their game, even though the players recruited this season are quite good like Caicedo. Pochettino certainly has a lot of weight on his mind after Chelsea lost today's game because he was brought in to be able to restore Chelsea's glory on the standings but he still hasn't been able to give big hopes in 4 matches.

In fact, Newcastle United also experienced bad things in today's match because they were beaten by Brighton in today's match. I think Eddie Howe should be able to trust Wilson as a starter in the next match because he is more experienced than Isak.

The old days problem is coming back again to chelsea. One billion spent for nothing. Unable to score has always become the main problem for this club. I saw that chelsea made some chances but none of these chances were properly executed by its players.
There would always be no players in the penalty box. Pochettino needs to change its strategy. It's a horrible strategy to use 1 striker in upfront. I would prefer to see chelsea chosen enrique instead of pochettino in the past.
What insights did Pochettino gain from the previous game? Pochettino like learn nothing. He keeps use the horrible strategy that didn't fit tot he club. Poch needs to change its strategy as soon as possible. He will be on serious problem.
Another lose playing at home, which is terrible to watch.
