I know Hojlund is still a young player, but we cannot compare him with Erling Halaan. Why? Because I'm still seeing Hojlund as a beginner player in Atlanta, where he played as an attacker. Haaland is a good player, and even when Halaand was this guy's age, he played more than what the guy is currently playing. So I don't know, but even if the guy goes to Manchester United now, I don't know who he will replace there because I think they are fully squad there, but maybe the coach knows what he sees from the guy that he needs him, and again, for me, the money they requested for that guy's transfers is too much: 75 million euros for Hojlund, which is pretty crazy. What is he playing that Manchester United will pay that money to get the guy? 


A midfielder is very important. I don't know why Liverpool sold those guys, and for Chelsea, I think they still need to be well prepared because there are still some lapses I'm seeing in the friendly matches, and if they do not make the right move, both Liverpool and Chelsea may experience a tough season. The fact that the main positions are weak means that it will be very easy to tear their house down and score goals. However, I was expecting Liverpool to do well this coming season. I don't know why they sold their two midfielders, and for this reason, I have lost hope for Liverpool, but let us wait and see what they will do before the season begins.

Yes, after all, the player who can rival Haaland in this era may only be Mbappe but unfortunately, Mbappe does not play in the Premier League which certainly makes Haaland seem to have no serious competitors in the Premier League. Ten Hag can't change a whole team in one season, that's a fact. But I believe Ten Hag can adapt his needs hopefully especially due to the budget constraints he received from Manchester United every season. If Ten Hag has had many seasons at Manchester United then I believe he can build a better team.

Manchester City is an all-time favourite, but the problem is that two of Manchester City's most important players have left the club in this transfer window. Riyad Mahrez and İlkay Gündoğan were instrumental in winning the Champions League trophy last season and these two key players have already left the club. One of these two moved to Barcelona and the other to the Saudi League. The transfer window is not over yet and there are rumors that other players could leave Manchester City such as Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva. Two have already left the club and it would not be good news for Manchester City if these two leave the club. Given the strength of their squad, Manchester City will certainly try to keep Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva in the squad.

You are correct, mate. Both Chelsea and Liverpool lack midfielders, with Liverpool lacking a good midfielder in my opinion. Even when Liverpool tries to win their preseason match, I am not satisfied with it because preseason matches are not a serious match. Liverpool performance looks very poor in the 2022/2023 season, which makes them miss the opportunity to perform in the champion league next season, and I believe this. One of the top players on the team and one of Liverpool's two players that leave  to Saudi Arabia is a very excellent midfielder. Without a competent midfielder, I don't think a team would be able to set up goalscoring opportunities.

And with regards to Manchester United, the team is in need of a striker because, even in their preseason game, the only position that is lacking is that of a striker. Manchester United likely needs a striker by the start of the league, but from what I can tell, it will be very challenging for the team to find a good striker because all of the top popular striker players that we are aware of are on the market, many teams are vying for their services, and they are about to sign them, Manchester United must take action quickly before the league begins because they are also participating in the champions league, which is not the same as the other leagues you could think of as minor leagues.

I do not know if they will do well enough this year or not, but I know that they have an owner that has a lot of money and that should be the important part. If they have something like that then the rest should follow overtime.

It may not be this year, it may not be next year, but it will eventually happen because an owner that is willing to spend money for the team is an owner that will make it work. Plus, with FFP they just prolonged the contracts as long as possible to stay in the financial fair play limits, they just made sure that they had players for very long term, and if they want to sell them they can, which will make it seem like they didn't actually spend as much as they spent and these type of smart spending will make them better.

Despite the fact that Chelsea have the money, the results of last season were very bad and therefore Pochettino did not receive proper funding. Instead, a lot of players left the team, so it is difficult to say that Chelsea will be able to show good results in the new season. Although Pochettino is a great coach, he will have to build a new team, it will be a new team and we do not know what they will be capable of. To get approval to buy new players, Pochettino will have to show some results first.

Of course, Haaland cannot be compared to Rasmus Hojlund. Haaland has proven capable of conquering the premier league in his first season, he also contributed greatly to Manchester City success last season. It's too early to compare Rasmus Hojlund with Haaland, he has just stepped foot in the premier league and has yet to prove anything with Manchester United. Ten Hag's interest in Hojlund based on his performance last season, Ten Hag must develop Hojlund's talent to reach Haaland level.

The big money that Manchester United poured out to bring in Hojlund will pay off if he is able to perform like Haaland in his first season defending Manchester City. Now it is still speculation whether Hojlund will shine with Manchester United or even fail to adapt to the premier league style of play which is tougher than Serie A.

We are still less than two weeks to go before we will able to see hojlund's performance with manchester united in the premier league. My guess if hojlund gonna face so many difficulties to play in the premier league.
ETH has big expectation for hojlund. I can't really be sure about him now before seeing his performance directly. Why shall we compare him to the mudryk? we shall compre apple to apple.

It is unfair to compare Mudryk and Hojlund as they played different roles on the field, with Mudryk playing as a winger and Hojlund playing as a striker. We must compare it apple to apple. It sounds non sense if we are comparing him to the mudryk.
We shall be fair in comparing everything. Did you expect hojlund to have the same performance as mudryk in the chelsea?  

I don't want to hate but Hojlund coming to Manchester United is rubbish except there is something Erik Ten Hag see's in him that I'm yet to find out, he is 20 which is considered a youngster but common, and he has played for at least Sturm Graz and Atalanta as an attacker that must had plenty of opportunities and yet, he had 4 goals for each club which is 8 in total, not bad for a beginner but asking price of 75M EUR is crazy thing Erik is doing, another money on the bin they will later find difficult to sell because I believe they have other good players, he may find it difficult to satisfy them with goals.

He better sit and checks the garbage they have been bringing to the club because so far so nothing good to talk about because he was asked in an interview how he fills in the coming friendly matches they have and he replied that Manchester United doesn't take matches as friendly, they are here for real game, and guess what, they conceded goals, I think that was the friendly match they had with Dortmund and Onana been the new goalkeeper didn't impress too even when all the fault were from the defenders.


You are biting your tongue from what you are saying, you can't compare Haaland and Mbape on the major ground just because he had a good season and treble for Manchester City. Do you know what it takes to win a world, he has been there twice in 2018 and 2022 and he won one and pushed Argentina to the wall, it was as if the world cup was between France and Argentina to date because that is the only highlight I'm seeing every day and when Manchester City won the Champions, people didn't cheer up as if they did something. If Mbape finally agrees to come to Premier League, you can do the comparison once again but it's too early to do that now.

Liverpool and Chelsea are both rich clubs. And so they have the ability to form entirely new squads. Coaches Klopp and Poch have probably been given complete freedom to build their squad. Chelsea have played very badly last season. And their performance surprised everyone. The team is not even found in the top 10 of the table. On the other hand, there was some continuity in Liverpool's performance at the end of the season. And so the team was sixth in the table. However, next season both teams will certainly aim to qualify for the Champions League. And Liverpool will definitely be playing for the title. They definitely need a stronger squad if they want to stay competitive with Manchester City, Arsenal and United.

Agree! Hojlund doesn't deserve to be compared to Haaland. There are still many other players who are more likely to be worthy of being compared to Haaland.


Don't put too much hope in amateur players or young players, we have seen many wonderkids in the past who are currently failing, TBH, I hope Hojlund's performance will be like Mudryk's at Chelsea, it is very nice to see Manchester United slump.

I don't know about Arsenal being perfect for next season but fair assessments on the rest. I still think City will remain the most complete team after the transfer window closes but I'm liking how other teams are opting for a younger squad. I expect most games to be played at a higher tempo next season.

No doubt! Haaland can only be compared to Mbappe and no one else. Even then it's hard, because Erling changed leagues and took no time at all to get settled in. Mbappe still has done nothing of the sort, but he had a stellar World Cup performance.

It would be exciting if Hojlund lives up to the expectation and hopefully by next year we will compare him to Haaland. But there is also the possibility that we will compare him to Mudryk. Only time will tell.

You very right with that sayin, Klopp is taking a big risk but some risk are worth taking, they now have vibrant midfielder's for the midfied but only a little few can adapt quickly to liverpools quick transition system of play. But the player's signed can replace the once who already left. Henderson is already old to leave. Mac Allister can fill up well for him also Thiago.
Chelsea lack an attacking midfielder not even a defensive midfielder has been signed they will concede goals this season.
Man United has brought in the player from Denmark but he will have to show himself quickly. They don't need a player to miss chances, a player is needed to score those goals. Arsenal are perfect they will go far this season including Newcastle United.

I understand that it's not always good to follow what you say and often the numbers are manipulated. But if journalists do that, the name that is published will also become more famous, whether it's because of good or bad news. I really admit that Erik ten hag is capable of carrying out the tasks inherited from the previous coach and with the current squad he has been able to prove this since last season. Erik ten hag will continue to work to pursue his target of bringing Manchester United to the pinnacle of glory to win various titles including the EPL.

I don't doubt Rasmus Hojlund, it's just that at a cost of up to 70 million euros it seems too much but as long as he proves his quality later at Manchester United is equivalent to that money then of course it has paid off and is very well deserved. Hojlund and Haaland are compared because both are players from two clubs who have high rivalry with each other and I think that's natural because at any time the team's competition will continue to be aligned to the players' business. However, for more specific similarities, the two players use the same left foot, tall posture and are also Scandinavian.

Maybe both Jergen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino think they have to make a complete overhaul of their respective squads. It's true that this is very risky, but I think this is the right moment to start rejuvenating the squad. Erling Haaland can't be compared to Rasmus Hojlund, even when Haaland is at Hojlund's age he can score a lot of goals and has a good finishing. I believe that ETH is just gambling on Hojlund's transfer, because despite his young age, at least Manchester United will have a replacement for their striker. If later he will be officially introduced as a new Manchester United player, I can't wait to see how he performs in official PL matches.

Klopp has now started to regenerate young players, old players have been sold because it will not be productive anymore even though we know Fabinho is a pretty good defensive midfielder, but for me it's a good move by Klopp.

Currently Klopp is eyeing Southampton midfielder (Roméo Lavia) with an initial offer of £42 million but as Fabrizio Romano said it will be rejected unless Liverpool bid £50 million as the Southampton club wants.

Roméo Lavia is currently 19 years old and still very young, Klopp will definitely nurture talented players.

Man United came to Rasmus Højlund, I think it's a good striker.

Chelsea and Liverpool have lost their best midfielders and we will probably see the impact when the main matches kick off. The team manager and other coaching staff should give a lot of importance to every aspect of the team to complete the team.  

Manchester United are suffering from lack of experienced strikers but they have not been able to sign any experienced strikers till now. Betting on Cristiano Ronaldo was a wrong decision. By bringing Cristiano Ronaldo into the team, they may have thought that they would be able to cover the lack of their main striker but Cristiano Ronaldo did not perform according to their expectations due to which Manchester United was forced to release Cristiano Ronaldo. Even after Cristiano Ronaldo left United, Manchester United could not take any striker of good quality to the team.  

A team that has weaknesses must improve in those areas only then good things can be achieved with that team.
