Last season’s performance was one Chelsea will want to forget quickly because it was really poor and because of the level of money invested in player purchase, everyone expected to see a huge change but unfortunately that wasn’t the case and they also had to employ 3 managers in attempt to end the poor run. Pochettino will be the 4th coach to manage this season hopefully to be long term next season that is if he can do better than his predecessors.
Chelsea's problems began when they fired one of its most significant coaches, Thomas Tuchel, who was having difficulty managing the club. His replacement was no better, and the blues suffered from a string of defeats this season. They dropped points in practically every regular game, and I don't expect good things to happen anytime soon; rather, they're in the process of rebuilding the club, and many bad things will happen to them during this period. Mauricio Pochettino's presence, I feel, is a strong message to the blues that he will do better, far better than the previous ones.

I also support Manchester City as the strongest team to win the EPL trophy again next season. There is even no doubt for us if we compare the squad depth of Manchester City with other teams. Other teams may continue to increase the strength of their performance in this season's transfer window even that has been done by the top 4 teams last season such as arsenal and Newcastle united.

But new players need time to adapt to new teams so we are more confident that the Manchester City squad is the most complete squad that is strong enough for next season. For arsenal they are trying to generate strength after they failed to get a trophy this season.
No doubt with Manchester City is favorite team winning Primer League next season but they have little problem after leaving by Gundogan, I don't think easy for Pep Guardiola finding right replacement for position leaving by Gundogan and little impact for Manchester City performance next season. Its not only with Ggundogan but also Manchester City has potential leaving by Kyle Walker after rumor will accept interest from Bayern Munich.

Depend on Pep Guardiola rebuilding his squad next season although still dominance 80% from previous teams success bring Manchester City winning treble in this season. Indeed Manchester City still has favorite team Liverpool for winning Primer League in this season because not participants in Champion League make them easy how manage Primer League matches.

Maybe a change of owner, will be Manchester United fans really hope for this season. What's more, the process of signing players was somewhat hampered because Erik Ten Hag did not have large funds to bring in their target players. So we need to see how long this acquisition process takes to complete because if it gets done sooner it might be better for the Manchester United team. The Glazers will definitely not spend any more money to bring in players in this season's transfer window because they have taken the option to sell their share ownership to Sheikh Jassim. If you compare with their competitors at the top of course be it Manchester city or Arsenal even Newcastle united they are more active in the transfer window this season compared to Manchester United. I think Erik Ten Hag will be in big trouble if they fail to get a new injection of energy in this transfer window.

Well that's what I think, how would Glazers spend a lot of money this season while they plan to sell the club obviously they will consider their financial, could this be the reason why Manchester United released more players than bringing? even though last season they were a team that spent a lot of money but not for this season. Based on last season's records Manchester United are less active in scoring goals even the lowest of the 5 top teams this means that Man United needs new players on the front lines/strikers.

Since we have a new poll, I will vote again for Manchester City as usual.
For me they are the best team and they have the best players. I think they need to fix few things to make the team even better like the midfield. Otherwise, the other teams are searching for players to recruit and to improve their teams too. Manchester United might become a threat along with Arsenal which I expect to be as competitive as the previous season. Liverpool will be on the list once they fix their broken system last season..

I think Chelsea should spend more money to hire players to replace the players they lost this season.
Many faums players they had who got high amount of salaries there, joined the Arabian teams and that's mostly because of the more money they could get in the Saudi teams.
Chelsea wanted to rebuild the teams they had to sell some players but finding players in this situation for Chelsea can't be easy because they don't have a stable situation at all.
Chelsea is now trying to raise money as much as possible by selling its players. Chelsea gonna use it to buy the new player from another club. The fact that if many players agreed to join in chelsea like jackson, nkuku or probably moises caicedo soon.
It's just the matter of time until caicedo will be officially bought by chelsea as a new player for next season. Chelsea was not only focusing to recruit experienced player but it's also recruiting young talented player which was under 21.
Chelsea is having a lot of money to be spend very soon. It's caused by the club needs to strngthen its position in EPL again.

@trofo, I will love my name to be on the op as many others, wanna make it categorically clear to everyone that I am an Arsenal fan , the gunners are not the best club, they don't own the best of players, they are fond of disappointing their fans at the very hit of the game, when no one is expecting them to mess any thing up, but still, Arsenal has always been my favorite football club, I don't know why but I just have a natural love for them, many a times I've tried to see if my love for the club was born out of my love for red colors, but I discovered it's not it, and till today, I am still searching for the reason why Arsenal is my favorite team, and I hope they give me a reason in this coming season.

You know what's wrong with all he's done already?? It's becoming so confusing how he wants to rebuild the club as said.; Alright, now how come the players he's got newly signed are even much less in potentials to the players he's let loose? ...the likes of mason mount? Kai Havertz? Kovacic? Christ!!
How does he begin With players like Nicolas Jackson, nkuku and paez in a competitive leauge like English premier league next season? I'm not saying these players are not effective, But huh?... Now you talking about having it as his responsibility; will that put him in jail if he cannot reform the team? Lol ... Chelsea needs a solid administration, Honestly.. I still see them becoming the biggest flops in premier league next season as well.

You'll be disappointed because Chelsea is coming out stronger next season. If you're following the transfer market, you would have heard Chelsea is getting the biggest profit so far after they sold multiple players to the Saudi league. Those profits will be used to acquire new talents that'll work well with Pochettino to bring success to the club. Todd Boehly mightn't have done well in the January transfer window and that's because they rushed the signing of those players because he wanted success instantly but things will be done with more thinking this time around and their decision will be on point.

Those players you mentioned are all top players and can't be playing for a middle table club as Chelsea ended last season. That was the worst form of the Chelsea for over 20 years but the club will bounce back. Looking at the decision coming from the club so far, they all look brilliant as old and unwanted players are been sold for revenue to use for improving the team. The board aren't rushing decision anymore as signing of players will be done on time so Pochettino gets enough preseason time with the players and get to know them and their abilities.

I'm sure the acquisition will not happen this month and Manchester United must miss the transfer window moment at least for this season and wait in the middle of the season. Honestly, I am worried that Manchester United's performance in the following season is not optimal, they have not taken any steps so far except to release a few players while their competitors have moved faster. The information I got at this time Erik Ten Hag is still limited to the certainty of the transfer funds he cannot freely bring players because of limited funds.

Yes, the process of selling Manchester United by the Glazer family can hurt the club's transfer campaign and, accordingly, strengthen, because here, in addition to uncertainty in the financial sphere, it is also worth adding that all potential candidates will want to move to the club in such conditions, and others, on the contrary, may abandon plans to stay at the club. By the way, in this regard, the story of the extension of De Gea's contract with MU is indicative, when the goalkeeper has already agreed to a contract reduction and signed it, while Manchester United suddenly changed their mind and wants to cut the player's salary even more. All this indicates some chaos in the management of the club.

I think FA needs to step in to stop this hyping been placed on  English players because it is becoming something else, how can West Ham United be demanding for a £100 for a player like Declan Rice that's crazy and the next thing you see after a club have paid that amount now he won't be as good as he was when playing for west Ham United after paying that huge amount. Best wishes for the them that will end up paying that amount but I think Arsenal and Manchester city should not pay such high amount because Rice is not worth that amount right now regardless of his form last season. £80 is ok I think Manchester city has over priced him already because in my opinion Rice shouldn't be above £60 despite his form. Now since Arsenal is preparing a third bid for him, I think Arteta may likely secure his signature because he's going to have more playing time in Arsenal than Manchester city but Arsenal won't pay the £100 that West Ham United is demanding unless they will have a clause to his contract.
I guess majority of clubs in EPL will not agree with it. Remember that if it must go through voting process and so many small clubs were also aiming money that owned by the big clubs. It will not have enough votes compared with small - medium teams in EPL.
This kind of rules will not work. Arsenal has no choice other than agreed with the fees that already placed by westham. This hype is just getting started and it will be even more crazy since now so many teams were putting more than 100m for their favorite player in the club.
It's gonna be another record to buy and sell the player which is worth even more than 100m. it's just matter of time until this reaches its peak.
I see money like nothing important in EPL. Many clubs have been wasting so much money.

The acquisition process for the Manchester United club is likely to take a long time because until now there is no definite certainty when the acquisition process will be completed.  Indeed, of the several offers that came for the Glazers, only Sheikh Jassim got the green light from the Glazers. I think if manchester united has a new owner in this month of course they can move actively in bringing in lots of players to prepare themselves for next season.

One of the news I saw on social media was that fans were starting to feel uncomfortable with the completion of the acquisition, which was considered to be delayed, and some fans even demonstrated asking the Glazers to leave. Sheikh Jassim also offered an option to pay off Manchester United debt and I think Sheikh Jassim is one of the owners who wants to rebuild Manchester United to be the strongest team in the seasons to come.

The massive overhaul Chelsea has made in the last 2 seasons is very risky. They have spent a lot of money to recruit new players but their income is not balanced. If you visit the site transfermarkt then you know their finances are out of balance.

Mauricio Pochettino shouldn't be rushing to purge the old Chelsea squad and replace it with a new one, but I think he may have the boss' approval already. Mauricio Pochettino seems to need a lot of time for his new team to really be able to put in good form, so I don't think Chelsea will be as good as expected next season.

The massive overhaul at Chelsea is risky, but it was inevitable; there were so many players that were underperforming and not doing well at all. While earning big wages; the likes of Ziyech, Koulibaly, Loftus Cheek, Harverts has been on the clubside with subpar performance and high wages. It is only right to move them on.

Similarly, Pochettino is doing well with purging the squad; the right time to rebuild chelsea is now

They spend too much money in Chelsea to hire players and since they can't have the performance Chelsea expects to see, they sell these players ad in the next season again Chelsea needs to buy other players for expensive prices.
In this season, they sold many players to the Arabuan team, and how it's time for Pochettino to find players for the next season.

I believe Sheikh Jassim's interest in acquiring ownership of Manchester United is quite serious. According to several reports, Sheikh Jassim has made multiple offers to the current owners, the Glazer family. Based on this, I assume that Sheikh Jassim genuinely desires to purchase shares in Manchester United. If this were to materialize, it would further add to the list of clubs acquired by individuals from Arab countries in the English Premier League.

Regarding the current transfer market, it seems that the process of acquiring ownership of the club is one of the obstacles causing Manchester United to proceed cautiously. It is likely that they will carefully consider the players to be sold and those to be acquired in order to have a strong chance of winning the EPL title next season. It is worth noting that they have not won the EPL championship in over a decade. Hopefully, Erik Ten Hag can bring this ambition to fruition in the upcoming season.

If the acquisition is supposed to happen this year, it would probably come to an end a while before the transfer window closes, but even though we don't have any deep insights into the situation, it seems rather unrealistic because i believe that some more information would have been public by now. The Manchester United fans have been very sensitive to any news regarding the commercial future of the club as we have seen with the Super league. I haven't done any research about it, but would they be fine with the Glazers selling the club to a Sheikh?

This next PL will be very good , apart from the fact that City will not let anything slip away , they are well motivated , Liverpool have a lot to prove and apart from Chelsea here they want to vindicate themselves , Which one will Dominate? perhaps the most accurate.
Each Premier League season, the league keeps getting better. The just-concluded season was competitive but next season will be more competitive because the big teams that were poor this season talking about Chelsea and Liverpool will perform better next season. Even clubs like Tottenham I'm making changes and trying to make sure that next season the at least are you able to win something, so next season the competition will not just be all about Manchester City. Manchester City will have the upper hand being that they are the defending champions and have won it a couple of times over the years but they will be challenged next season by other hungry teams like Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Newcastle and even Tottenham to be premier league winners. August 12th is the date for the next season to begin.
We think that this time City took advantage of the bad run of some teams that are very good, because I think that for this next Season the teams will be at their best , for example from a team that I expect a lot is Chelsea, because for me they have the potential to be the best and more with that tremendous team of players, also another team that catches my attention and I can't see any performance in them, it's not Manchester United, that team promises a lot, but like Chelsea, the solution for these teams will be great again is to find them a good technical director, because it is not possible that with so many good players they have such poor results, it is not possible, just seeing this squad one says that they must go very far , and it is not like that , that's why I think that the solution to these teams is that.

Well, if they buy Manchester United it would be a good acquisition, although they would have to totally modernize their facilities, the team remains strong due to its history, they need a total remodeling, I would not let any player go, because they all have the material to be PL champions and from the UCL, who if I were to do without their services would be Ten Hag who has not achieved anything, nor do I think he will achieve anything, they had everything to win the Europa League, so that they could get a place for the UCL, a place with more sacrifice but worthy of being present, but they couldn't, and that was the fault of the players? Not really, it was Ten Hag's fault.

There are many fans who Praise and adore Ten Hag , I don't know how they do it because he hasn't achieved a worthwhile title, or that he is said to be a great technician, what he does is gain fame , and without achievements , really I see Manchester badly if they don't come out of that Coach.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
It does make sense to do so, so I wouldn't find it too bad. It's just that I think Pochettino is too hasty in making decisions in his plans for next season, for me Kai Havertz is still good and has enough potential, but maybe not so with Pochettino. He probably knew what the consequences would be, obviously it would be his responsibility.
