I disagree that Liverpool will win the Premier League title in the upcoming season, It's too early to make such predictions, and I'm still perplexed as to why you believe Liverpool deserves the championship despite the fact that they appear not to be taking this season very seriously and have Mohammed Salah as one of their key players right now, I see a lot of teams already haggling for players everyone is looking for the best. I have no idea what Chelsea is doing right now, which is hilarious if I were a fan of Chelsea, I would have switched to a better team a long time ago.

Waw it’s kind of surprising to me that people are already predicting the winner of next premier league, it’s too early for that, we should wait till the season starts first and let’s see how all the teams are going to perform, we can’t use last season to judge how each team are going to perform in the coming season. Don’t be surprised if Arsenal that performed very well this season even as they couldn’t win the league might end up performing poorly next season, or maybe Liverpool was trying to catch up at the end of the season that just ended, then you believe they are going to perform well next season? Let the season start first, then we can all make predictions.

Nobody really knows what else is going on. Did Conte actually get sacked or is there a mutual agreement that he will leave the club? It is not impossible that Conte himself has already been negotiating with other clubs and expressed his intention to leave the club. I remember the harsh words he chose about the club and I actually agree with @KTChampions that Tottenham isn't aiming very high for next season. I think calling their ambitions modest is quite right here. What other coach could they have hired? They aren't even playing in the Conference League and coaches of a higher caliber usually require the club to play internationally.

They had some challenges bit that didn't stop them from scoring goals
Improvement in midfied and defense can give them that Salah should just be fit

Lampard... I think Chelsea should forget about him like a bad dream and never think about him again, because he basically did nothing good for the team, only made it worse in the table. I'm not saying he did it on purpose or anything like that, it's just that after that incident there are doubts about his coaching competence at all

It seems that he was successful with Celtic, but the Premier League of course is a completely different level and everyone expected the appointment of a coach of a different caliber. During the CBS interview after the game, he said winning EPL isn't too hard for him anymore.

I also expect a strong team from United in the coming period. So they might also compete for a long time for the championship. Man City were good, but before the winter break they dropped unnecessarily many points if you look at it objectively. United was already 2nd a few seasons ago. It is also only Erik Ten Hag's 1st year in which he has won a cup, reached the final of the FA cup and also qualified for the CL. I think you did just fine, didn't you? A good coach is all Chelsea needs,someone that can understand the players and use them at the appropriate time in the match. Chelsea has good players but the lack of hood management is what is killing the club. Imagine next season,they don't have a spot in all European competition.

I don't see the players like who will not be bond together when there is need for bonding, to bring out the best from them. Todd should think of signing a new coach,because Lampard is not competent to build these players and bring out the best of them due to lack of experience in the coaching field. Next season should be a better season for Chelsea if only the problem will be fixed.

City, is the opposite of PSG. both of these teams, both have abundant finances. the difference is, City is handled by competent people, be it staff, coaches, technical directors, all of whom understand football. while PSG, are not handled by people who understand football. I mean PSG management. as it were, the coach was always to blame. at this point, I do not mean to discredit one of them. it's just that, there are significant differences from my personal point of view. we can see, how great Manchester City in recent years. all that, not always talking big money.

As far as I can remember, the only player City bought expensively was Jack Grealish, even more expensive than when he brought Haaland to the Etihad Stadium.  IMO, one of the things that has made City as successful as it is today is Pep Guardiola and his officials. he built City much better, and in this season, they were able to lift the champions league trophy including 2 other trophies.  I'm not a City fan, but I respect Guardiola a lot with the ability he has.

This too could possibly happen. In the last few speculations I have seen apart from the money given, West Ham also still want a player and that is Emile Smith-Rowe. Actually this is also possible even though he is a young player but indeed playing minutes are very rarely given to him and I think if Arsenal really want Rice then this request can pave the way for them to bring Rice to Arsenal.

Manchester City have done the treble by completing the season with three titles. It was a really magnificent season for them. While doing this they won the Champions League title for the first time as well. This is the most special season for them and Guardiola of course. Guardiola has been waiting for this day to come as the Champions League title was the only missing piece left of the puzzle.

From now on Manchester City will surely continue to be competitive for every title as usual. But at least Guardiola must have been relieved by this result after a hard-fought win against Inter. Would he leave Manchester City in the near future? It is a really difficult question to answer for now.  

Chelsea currently need a coach who can unite their players to be able to coordinate better on the field. It won't be easy because with several substitutions, it forces the players to change their way of understanding what the coach is planning.
maybe by giving the coaches a bit more time to build the team. I think Chelsea can be a strong team again. if it continues like this, I think the club will only waste money on players but nothing will change in the team.

Manchester City have been exceptionally good in this season haven't been able to target winning all the leagues in this season is a record that the club have created that is going to last for a very long time before any club can beat that record set by Manchester City in this season 2022-2023 this is one of the most remarkable season in football history where a club will win bit the premiere league and also the champion leagues.
Liverpool or Arsenal could not meet up with the frequency of Manchester City to be able to stop them from making this history and I don't think anything can change much in the next season.
