maybe for the next few seasons there will be intense competition between top teams like Man City who are currently in a very strong state and on the other hand Man United has plans to return with stronger performance to win the first premier league championship. on the other hand, Newcastle and Liverpool are also in very good form and these two teams are also planning to get rid of the positions of Man United and Man City.
so in the new season there will be very interesting competition in the english league, but i'm not sure man city will end this season or even get stronger.

Truly Chelsea has a better chances or opportunity to concentrate on the league matches only having been out of any European competitions, however there is tendency of losing some of their quality players due to non participation in UCL or Europa cup thus it up to Pochettino to reposition the club in competing at the top level.

Arsenal having competition in Champions league doesn't mean they won't be able to perform better in the English Premier league. Every Club has a target that they would love to win and this is being done according to the strength then, they go for the one that is more easy to win or the important one. I know next season, Premier League will be the most important for Arsenal to win as they could not win it this season , and also day may not put more energy in Champions League knowing fully well that the Champions League is very competitive strong teams, putting more energy In Champions League can be a of  Waste energy for Arsenal.

It is not only the president of Liverpool that is not happy with the outcome of Liverpool for last season. I also I am not happy about the result of Liverpool. The worst thing that would have happened to Liverpool is that they did not win the EPL and they did not end second or third, but at least they were supposed to be in the top four. Before they could realise what was happening, it was already late for Liverpool.
For this new season. I am not sure that Liverpool would not be able to win the English Premier League. The only favourite to win the English Premier League remains Manchester City, every other club is in the second place.

There is half a month left for Pochettino to take over and have a fresh start. He has a really big responsibility to bring back the much stronger times of this team. Because this season was just a big disappointment. They couldn't finish it even in top 10 and there was a huge problem with scoring goals. 38 goals in 38 matches is just horrible statistics for Chelsea.

Pochettino should focus on solving the striker problem first. Havertz has been used as a striker for a long time but he can't give the expected performance to the team.
