I suggest they review Newcastle's transfer policy. Spending big bucks doesn't matter, it's the right transfers that count. The biggest example of this can be seen in Napoli, which won the last championship of Serie A. A few years ago, there was no team that knew much about Kvaratskhelia or players such as Kim Min Jae, Eljif Elmas, Osimhen in the European market, but Napoli became an invincible team with these players. Chelsea's transfers this summer will be critical for the club.
I can easily say that Chelsea is the team with the worst transfer policy in this regard. The Newcastle example, on the other hand, I see as a good work done by Prince Selman to bring the team to better places after the acquisition. I doubt Man United would really care much about losing that home advantage. Both teams are already in a safe spot so there's probably not enough motivation for them except to finish the league with a win. MU already secured automatic qualification for Champions League while Fullham still in top flight for next season and that's the most important thing.

Their spending was poor last season. Chelsea are hasty in selecting players. Potter does not have the ability either to play star players. Moving to Lampard I think is the same, even though Lampard is only using existing players.
I believe Pochettino is one of the good manager options in the transfer market for Chelsea now. Because he is already very familiar with the Premier League due to managing Southampton and Tottenham for more than 6 years in total. He doesn't have many achievements in his career though. He has achieved 3 titles so far and all of them were with PSG. But maybe it is time to put an end to this by the beginning of his team at Chelsea. If they build a solid lineup for next season with some new additions they can be competitive for top places easily with the right management.

But I'd prefer to see the Chelsea manager focus more on signing another star player for Chelsea in the upcoming transfer market. because in the transfer market last season Chelsea actually always failed to get the players they were after. for this time I hope Chelsea have the courage to make a high offer. I hope J.Felix continues to be at Chelsea. but the price is quite expensive. because J. Felix's status is still a player that Chelsea borrowed from Atletico Madrid. and of course Chelsea must be willing to pay dearly for this young player with potential.

Todd was changing all of them with a stupid team from brighton. Potter was not only coming alone to the chelsea. He has brought many of the stupid people on brighton to the chelsea.

Mauricio Pochettino might not have won many trophies as a football manager but his it is very obvious that his man-management style of coaching would help curtail the the poor results that's befallen Chelsea.

Chelsea gave a bad performance during the match against Manchester United and it was quite an embarrassing defeat. With the standings in 12th place, this is an unsafe position. Chelsea lost 3 matches. This defeat made Chelsea even worse off in the standings because they failed to win in the last three matches. Currently, with one game remaining in the season which will be against Newcastle , but despite the win there is no hope of song for chlesea.
Even Lampard as a coach said that Chelsea had many weaknesses so they lost several matches.

Three titles in his career are also noteworthy. And I've always assumed that Chelsea's dismal season was due to a lack of a good manager, although they already have the best squad required to be a competitive team in the Premier League. With the coming of a new manager, I am hopeful that things will improve for the team.
I don't mean to belittle Pochettino in this matter because he is also one of the very good coaches but his title was obtained in Ligue 1 for PSG which actually according to me is something certain because the difference in level is regardless of who the coach is.
But the hope is that with him at Chelsea, his performance will improve a little and not be as bad as this season.
