In next season can they improve, or we have to face troubles again it's never been clear because now English Premier League is not easy for the top teams with Arsenal and Newcastle United and Manchester United are strengthening their squads power for competing teams like Manchester City and Liverpool so if they want to do better than surely they need to work on better strategy.

The problem for the top brass at the beginning of the season has not been resolved well which in the end spread everywhere including the coaching staff and players which made them even more destroyed.
It is difficult for Chelsea right now but this will certainly be a good learning because with this they indirectly have to start from scratch and improve all sectors for next season.

What Chelsea needs is a good coach that is experienced. Lampard has bad record in his coaching career and has always been a loser in coaching because he lacks the experience and motivation a coach should have. I wonder what he do tell the players after their lost in every matches. Chelsea needs a good coach next season for them to be back on the top four,if a new coach is not brought to the club,it will more disaster to the club and this can ruin the reputation of the club. Todd should also put into consideration the poor performance of Chelsea and do the needful to make sure that Chelsea is revived.
