I think we're in for some interesting matches at the bottom of the standings...

Nottingham's next 3 matches are against Chelsea, Arsenal and Crystal Palace. My guess is that Nottingham will lose all three matches. On the other hand, Everton's next match is against City. Even if they lose this match, Everton have chances to pick up points against Wolves and Bournemouth in their next two matches. The Leicester team will play their next three matches against Liverpool, Newcastle and West Ham. Leicester are more likely to lose in all three matches.
And so I guess Everton can stay away from the relegation zone. Between Leicester, Nottingham and Leeds United, it is difficult to predict which team will make it out of the relegation zone.

Brighton's defeat against Everton with a score of 1-5 raises many questions, are Brighton currently in poor performance or are they really unlucky. It was a heavy defeat by conceding 5 goals, especially against Everton, whose position was far below Brighton. Southampton lost hope for the premier league weeks ago because, during all the 35 matches they had, they just got 24 points while in order to get out of the danger zone they need to reach 30 points which is hard for them especially because in the next they have to face Fulham and in the last game they had, Southampton lose the game with 2-1 against Fulham in this season.

Football is one game that every player professionally involved in the sport will definitely have some bad days in the office and that I think is what happened to David De Gea in Manchester United's defeat on Sunday evening at West Ham.
David De Gea over the past 10 season has been Manchester United's most consistent player and probably their best player in the last one decade as well and that is why I think he should be excused from the harsh criticisms he's been getting since Sunday. If Manchester United players played like they should against West Ham, they should have still won the game and no one could've been talking about the mistake.

Even if Southampton were able to win, his chances of survival would still be very low. And Nottingham managed to cope with a very difficult task and moved away a little from the relegation zone. Great game from soton vs nottingham forest. 7 goals being made after it was also making so many shots in one game. I do like this game even though southampton has been trying so hard to win against nottingham.

Nottingham is now securing the safe position above everton. Leicester city, Soton and leeds will be relegated soon.

I honestly didn't expect these games to be so high scoring because after this week it was going to be a matter of gaining or losing important points for each team.
Fulham beat relegation candidates Leicester 5-3 at home and we can say that it was an important point loss for Leicester.Fulham took control of the game in the first half and went 3-0 up and Fulham was the team that started the second half fast.After increasing the difference to 4, Fulham gave up control of the game and allowed the opponent to play the ball and conceded 2 more goals.Leicester didn't play badly but we can't say that they played well enough to win.

I feel like the standings in the table don't reflect how close many of the games have been for Southampton. They did have these games where everything was lost, but they also had several very close games that turned against them due to some unlucky action or circumstance and then they lost it in the last 20 minutes or so. They have always been fighting hard in a respectful way and never played particularly unfair or hard. A team that was fun to watch in the Premier League at times, but now it's over for at least one season.

Nottingham against Southampton was a very exciting match yesterday and both teams put in an extraordinary performance by scoring goals to earn the win. It's just that the host Nottingham came out victorious with a score of 4-3. I agree with you too. Manchester United have problems in both attacking and defense but more problems in defense than in attacking areas. Their midfield area was improve by Casemiro but in next one to two seasons, they will need to find other younger midfielders to support then replace Casemiro.

Their attacking system looks to be not troubling in this season with suddenly good performance from Rashford but we see how they struggled to have goals after Rashford starting to have worse performance. They can not rely on a single attacking player like Rashford and other players like Sancho, Martial, Werghost are not good enough for them.

I doubt if manchester united will able to avoid the same mistake in the previous matches. Manchester united faces crisis in the defensive line. United has no a lot of options now. De gea is only good keeper that owned by real madrid.

I have no problem with attacking lines of manchester united but the defenders look so horrible. The goal keeper was making it even worst by always consistently doing blunder.

I cannot agree that Manchester United has no problems in attack. Because in the last few matches, I have seen Manchester United's weak attack. Manchester United have scored just 3 goals and conceded 7 goals in their last 5 matches. So Manchester United's defensive performance as well as their attacking performance is very weak now. And so if Manchester United want to qualify for the Champions League, and stay in the top four of the points table, they need to improve both defensively and in attack.
