With the outcome of today's match between Manchester City vs Arsenal which ending 4-1, it's a clear sign Arsenal don't have the mental strength what it takes to keep being on top of the league, which is quite going to be very disappointing that after maintaining such pace for a long while, end up stepping down for Manchester City. But however, Manchester City did actually play a very fantastic game today, by not giving Arsenal any breathing space with it'a first unexpected goal scored 7 minutes into the game by "K. De Bruyne" and another paralyzing goal scored during the extra 1 minute before the ending of the first half by "John Stones"

It is quite disappointing that Arsenal could not maintain their top form which they started with till the very end.
When I was shouting about it people took it for r granted
I was saying that it will be difficult for Arsenal to remain in top-notch form from the beginning of the season till the end. I was asking them to slow down at some point to meet up with the task, but they gave out all their energies in the beginning but towards the end, when the energy is needed more they are all exhausted and including their coach has run out of strategy.

It's just disheartening, but they can do better from next season. However, they need some good signing and better experience to be able to fight for the next season.

Large point difference you say,,, am I getting that right? There is nothing large about having 2 points difference between a team like Manchester City with Manchester City having 2 outstanding games to play. Yeah, 1 point might be enough or even a goal difference to win the league but, with Arsenal having 2 points ahead and Manchester City having 2 games to play, it's all over.

It would be almost not possible for Manchester City not to win there next game or the one after that to be in the top of the league table. They've already taken there chance with the league leaders in a landslide victory, who else could stand in there way.

It could as well be said to have be over with the title.
Today's game between Manchester City and Arsenal was like an EPL final and the outcome has shown who's going to be crowned the EPL champion. Arsenal has lost their chance of winning the league by dropping points in the games they were supposed to pick maximum points. Arsenal should wake up from their slumber and stop hoping or wishing that City would drop points from their 2 outstanding games because it's not going to happen.

Honestly, Arsenal did all they could, but this is the difference between these two clubs. I understand that Arsenal has been leading the league and City failed to take that lead for 30+ weeks so that looked for a moment like they would be better than City, but that was just a temporary issue at City, not the greatness of Arsenal. Now that there is 2 game difference AND just 2 game difference, we all know who will be the champions yet again. City basically blockaded the title, and got it almost every year, very rarely losing it since Pep arrived. I understand that they are a rich club and that helps, but not like other clubs are poor, a good example is Chelsea, they are rich too and yet they suck, not even on the way to recovery, they just suck, so money can't buy wins, you also need talent and skill, which City used that money to buy so it helped but that's wasn't the only reason. I think as long as Pep stays, they are going to keep being this dominant without a doubt. Its only UCL left, if they can get that too, then its all accomplished.
Manchester City was my fear in the game but the match came out with a good favor to them. Though I bet for Manchester City because Arsenal squad was not encouraging. Even ball posssession, Arsenal was not strong as their opposition team. Arsenal was playing survival match. The luck Arsenal got was their goalkeeper
even not they would have gotten more goals from Manchester City.

I think that one thing is very clear for this amazing match between Manchester City and Arsenal. Haaland and De Bruyne were the architects of this huge win by 4-1. Especially Haaland's effort was so special I mean. He came across Ramsdale so many times during the match and Ramsdale made great saves against his shots. But finally Haaland also scored a goal in the last moments of the match. Ramsdale as nearly saving that shot too though.

I think Haaland already gave the message by loosing his hair before the goal.  Grin  He made 2 good assists to De Bruyne at the same time. Haaland was literally unstoppable in the attacking line by the way. Arsenal defenders couldn't do much against his dangerous runs into the penalty area. With this loss I think it is over for Arsenal. They can't win the title anymore in my opinion.

My astonishment at Nottingham Forest's victory over Brighton was great because I didn't think it was possible given Brighton's superior pitch control. From their performance data, it can be seen that Nottingham obtains 25% in ball possession while Brighton gains 75%. However, the surprise thing is that Nottingham Forest defeated Brighton by a score of 3-1.Only full canter attacks were used in today's match from Nottingham Forest as ball pattern.

To be frsnk Chelsea performance is not bad in this game,  they have ball possession than Brentford but I still wonder why it is so difficult for Chelsea to score. They have made several attempts to score but it is not just working for them, Chelsea situation gets worse in every game . It is so bad that since Lampard emerge as a coach he has not been able to win any game, this is five defeat of games for Chelsea since Lampard began. Brentford is leading comfortable without no stress.

Chelsea do always win ball possession in many of their matches played sofar but the main issues is that it is always hard for them to score and win game this season. So I am not always surprised if Chelsea have ball possession than the opponent and they won them.chelsea do try but I don't think they have scorer, thay always try to make that  good attempts on goals always but always ended in vain because not capable players to score.and for the issue of coach I think lampard can manage Chelsea team for now with this their current situation, Chelsea need good experience coach before thing can workout fine for team.

Manchester City only need a draw, it is enough to maintain the momentum of the champion because it is true that they have 2 remaining matches to get 3 points but if they really want to be safer then obviously doing their best with 3 points for this match will be very good for Manchester City.
At the moment they have everything in terms of odds and performance they are clear favorites but Arsenal can still make a reversal although it will be difficult.
We already know the result of the match, Man City won with big scores (Man City 4-1 Arsenal). Man City only needs to win 1 unplayed match, then they will lead the EPL standings. In the next match, Man City will play against a smaller team (Fulham), I think they won't have a difficulty getting 3 points. With the current situation at Arsenal, I am optimistic that Man City will be the champion of EPL this season. Arsenal has failed to maintain their position at the top standings, they missed the big chance this season. Although 2nd place is not a bad achievement for Arsenal, it is very unfortunate that they throw the opportunity in less than 10 remaining matches.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
Manchester City as most people had predicted went ahead and comfortably won the game with a scoreline of 4:1. Was there any doubt of who would come out true victor? This victory was really important for Manchester City as they’ve once again reduced the gap between them and Arsenal at the top.
Arsenal has been given the worst, merciless knockout of Thier lives...
Anyone wasn't expecting it to have gotten to this point; atleast if they had managed to curtail this whole problem by winning against any of the 3 teams they played, then it would have been a nicer option to atleast volley the ball around for a big draw against city.... That was the only way they would still be left on the top table of the league.
Right now, things have turned out the wrong way as city takes the lead on the table....with city's current form, I'm seeing a great impossibility of having arsenal back in there.
Edit: they're only left hanging with a little more points which can barely sustain them for the next match day.

so that they still have a large difference in points with Man city even though they have to lose to Man City. but Arsenal have wasted important chances in the last few matches by only producing a draw in the last 3 matches. and now Arsenal are losing points again because they lost to Man city with a score of 4-1.

What was presented by the Manchester City players in this match was quite interesting where they were able to continue the positive trend by successfully beating Arsenal and this victory was very important for Manchester City to reduce the gap from Arsenal. Kevin de Bruyne scored 2 goals in this match, he was really spectacular in this game because he was able to make a big enough contribution.

From this defeat, Arsenal position is even more insecure at the top of the standings because Manchester City have two matches they haven't played yet, so it is very likely that in the upcoming match Manchester City will return to the top of the standings.

I think Arsenal played a game far from their identity today. They did not have possession of the ball throughout the match and could not gain dominance of the game. Arteta wanted to intervene tactically in the second half of the match. But he couldn't change Arsenal's bad looks on the pitch. On the other hand, Manchester City dominated the game with Kevin de Bruyne and Haaland. They got many goal chances. Manchester City have scored only 4 goals today. But they could have scored more goals. Liverpool lost the title in the league's last games last season. Arsenal are experiencing the same fate this season.

Already 2-0 and it looks like the game is done. It looks like this is going to be one of the crappiest tours ever, both in terms of my likes and predictions. Arsenal are losing the title race, Chelsea continue to destroy everyone who bets on them, however, as well as Liverpool. I don't even know what needs to happen to make things not so bad. Arsenal are unlikely to bounce back, but Chelsea and Liverpool still have time.
Arsenal will finally lose hope that they can still win the league, Arsenal just disappointed their fans, after playing fantastic matches from beginning of the season till the ending, now they are left with few matches and distroyed everything they have been building since the beginning of the season. They don't have anything left in this match, don't be suprise Manchester city might still end up scoring more goals in the second half of the match.

Chelsea is just surprising, I don't believe they will get worst like this, Chelsea haven't been able to win any of their last seven matches played in both premier league and champions league, Chelsea performance is getting worst on a daily basis.

I see on social media that Arsenal fans are unhappy because of the referee in the match and they think they lost the game because of the mistakes by the referee but in fact we can't say all three goals we saw so far in this game were because of the referee, Arsenal had fewer goals opportunities and less control over the game compared to Manchester City in this match.
That's just one of the reasons for the defense I think because looking at the Manchester City goal everything can be said to be pure even though there were indeed some conditions of contention for the goal from John Stones but the VAR made it a goal.
On the other hand, even though in the end the goal from Stones was not validated, this still had no impact because they failed to return in this match.

Man City really slaughtered Arsenal. With a score of 4 - 1 at Man City's cage, this was enough to embarrass Arsenal. What's more, Arsenal really can't do much. This was a decisive defeat, where Arsenal and Man City are currently only 2 points apart. Meanwhile, Man City still has 1 match left. This is bad for Arsenal because their position is very threatened.

De Bruyne, being an amazing player as always, helped the squad with his goals as well as contributions on the field of play. In my opinion, Haaland wasn’t so fantastic in this game but was active enough to slip in a late goal to make it a comfortable 4:1 win.
Perhaps the loosening of his hair band did the trick? Lol
I never understood that this match between Manchester City and Arsenal was so important to Guardiola.
The way he was behaving and was totally restless throughout the match made me know that he so much wanted to this win in order to win the English Premier League.
I have reasons with him because a bird at hand is better than thousands in the bush. This is indirectly suggesting that Guardiola does not believe his squad to be able to win Real Madrid in the upcoming Champions League. Maybe they have to settle for the English Premier League as usual.

The gap now is just 2 points and man city have 2 missed matches, if they win just one of the two matches they will take the first place and this will most likely happen, arsenal started the season very well but the last 4 matches they lost everything

But tonight, the king have been separated from the followers and Asernal booted back to we're it belongs, I never expected Asernal possible winning since the last couple of matches were Asernal failed to make any significant positive impact and have recorded a lot of failure in both loses and draws, so once again congratulations to manchester city for their tonight winning.
This adds to the string of bad results for them.
Next week there are still Chelsea and Newcastle lining up against them. Although it is true for Chelsea that it allows them to get points but the problem is in Newcastle who are rising again now.
With Arsenal's mental condition which is not well, I am a little worried about that even though in terms of position they will remain in 2nd position at the end of the season.

Maybe Arsenal would have been able to win or at least hold off Manchester City at the beginning of the year or towards the end of last year but not at this time. Not now when Manchester City have seen the silver line in the dark clouds. What better way to secure the league trophy by beating your yop challengers. Arsenal did set this game for Manchester City and they are surely taking full advantage of it. A good thing they've at least got a goal out of it but, they've ruined the team and Arteta's ambition to have been the youngest coach that would have lifted the premier league trophy if am not mistaking.
With the players and coaches looking forward to the final whistle, it would be a well deserved win for Manchester City.
Arsenal must realize the difference in their strength with Man city. and that's why Arsenal shouldn't squander a chance to win a game when playing against a weak team. so that they still have a large difference in points with Man city even though they have to lose to Man City. but Arsenal have wasted important chances in the last few matches by only producing a draw in the last 3 matches. and now Arsenal are losing points again because they lost to Man city with a score of 4-1.
Haaland sealed an absolute victory for Manchester City in this match and this is also a farewell to Arsenal in the title race.
The same is in accordance with the predictions of most people it seems. Arsenal didn't survive in the end and this is really very regrettable but in any case even if they are runners up it is still very good for them now.
And to be honest Manchester City really deserved to win the title like last season. The defending champion has indeed won with their consistent strength. Man city doesn't just rely on luck but they win with extraordinary hard work. Well, it's true that Arsenal will certainly be very difficult to fight for the title. because Man city has 2 postponed matches which will make Arsenal have no hope of maintaining the top ranking until the season ends. yeah right at least second place is not too bad for Arsenal. at least they will get a ticket to the Champions League.

First this is a big wining for Manchester city tonight and 4:1 is good enough gap between the defending champion and the stranger who have occupied the first position for almost 30 weeks since the beginning of this season, Asernal we're never prepared to lift this season trophy in any ways and their have occupied that position just by luck and because Manchester city focus have been on the champions leagues it then become easier for Asernal to dominate the premier league all along.
