Manchester United set a team record today as they won, with Amad Diallo scoring two goals alone. Manchester United occupy the 15th place in the points table after collecting three points today.
And the opposing team is at the very bottom of the points table, so competing with this team today, Manchester United was definitely the most likely team to win. Paok team's players lost at the last minute after working hard for a long time, and in betting, there are many gamblers about this team today.

Amads performance was epic today, in the last four games in which he has appeared, he has scored two goals all of which was against PAOK tonight, he's deserving of been titled the man of the game, he did put in the effort that gave them the victory and he was subbed few minutes to the end of the second half, ll through the sta of the former Coach this season, I didn't get to see ahmad performance athis rate, he shows he's better with the head they have got now literally I saw him been more effective than rashford today hopefully he maintains that form and continues to get Manchester United more goals and wins.

Nottingham Forest has been exceptional this season and finding their way to the third place on the table was not something we saw coming. It just happened and they were able to climb up the standings so easily. The only way they can remain in that position is through consistency in their remaining games, or else, they’ll still fall back from that position. The premier league is very competitive this seaosn and it won’t be a surprise seeing another team taking over that position soon, you’ve to remain strong to retain your position. I don’t know how well they can hold on to that, but one needs to observe their game till mid season before we can make more conclusions about them in the league matches.

Previously Aston Villa also did the same thing but now they have to go down to 6th position and I'm sure Nottingham Forest will experience it too because competition in the Premier League is very tight even elite teams took turns at the top of the standings. It must be admitted that one of the greatness of Nottingham Forest is a defense line, currently they are the 2nd best team in the defense under Liverpool and yeah of course it's not enough to be relied upon when fighting other strong teams.

Nottingham Forest is a dark horse team this season in the EPL, with its unexpected development, this club deserves appreciation for being able to make very rapid development. Nottingham Forest does not have any prominent players, but looking at the team's compactness some clubs must consider Nottingham Forest as a serious threat, at least for this season because there is no guarantee that Nottingham Forest can do the same next season.

Chelsea has poor records from Arsenal even last season Chelsea have to lost from Arsenal with huge scores and i can see it that Chelsea is much better compared to last season but basically their performance still not consistent and for Arsenal they seems can't do anything without Martin Odegaard because since this player absense Arsenal seems unable to in form but there is a good news for Arsenal fans because Odegaard probably will be available for this match and for the match against Inter Milan yesterday he was played at the end of second half and for this weekend Odegaard probably will be played since the beginning of match however about the outcome of this match i think most likely will ended to draw
This is a big match so I don't think the record is too important because Chelsea's condition is very different from last season and this season. Chelsea this season has changed a lot, they also look more solid and more confident than last season. As Arsenal said, even though their key player Odegaard has returned, it does not guarantee that he will perform optimally even though he plays from the start, because believe it or not, players who have just recovered from injury will mostly have difficulty returning to their best performance, they need several matches to return to their best performance.

Moreover, this match is very crucial for both teams to continue competing in the EPL trophy, because both teams currently have the same points, namely 18 points, both are also 7 points behind Liverpool, and Chelsea only wins on goal difference from Arsenal. Both teams certainly want to win this match, because if they lose, they will suffer a big loss and have the potential to fall further behind in the EPL title race. Not only that, their position will also drop because the teams below them are only a few points behind them.

Maybe it's true as you said, most likely this match will end in a draw. But if one of the teams wins, then I predict Chelsea will win this match.

2 big matches at the weekend will be very interesting to watch, Liverpool vs Aston Villa must be curious because the away team this season has changed drastically both in the EPL last season and the UCL which out of 4 matches has only lost 1x + conceded. So The Red must be able to take this match seriously considering Emi Martinez is a goalkeeper who is difficult to break through.

Then there are Chelsea and Arsenal who will confirm who the real London team is in this match. Arteta must be able to overcome the mentality of his players who always lose direction when under pressure, while Chelsea strength will be very difficult to predict Enzo Maresca has 1000 ways to combine the individual skills of his players.

Sure enough, Liverpool are showing signs of winning trophies, but their chances are not much higher than Manchester City.
Yeah, Liverpool's performance is currently good, I just hope they will be able to maintain consistency till the end of the season. Manchester City and Arsenal performances have dropped currently, I just hope Liverpool will take advantage of the injury problem that Manchester City and Arsenal are facing.

Many Premier League fans don’t want Manchester City to win the League again this season because Pep Guardiola is trying to make the EPL looks like he is the only manager that can win it which is not true because we have good teams that can do it and maybe this season, we will have another champions.
Liverpool’s performance this season is impressive, we wish Arne Slot and his players can keep the good work they are doing up so that they can win the Premier League title ahead of Manchester City because the Arsenal we were expecting to win the EPL is having some poor perform and inconsistency at the moment. Liverpool is our hope now for defeating City and I will be very proud if Liverpool win or Arsenal but not City again this season.

Liverpool will have to work hard to maintain the number 1 position till the end of the season. Recent circumstances seem to favour Liverpool, as Manchester City and Arsenal are facing injury crisis and dips in form. Manchester City has recently suffered three consecutive losses, while Arsenal has also seen a drop in form.

Liverpool has the advantage of a deep squad and a proven manager in Arne Slot, Liverpool is well-prepared to capitalize on any weaknesses shown by their rivals. If they can avoid major injuries and stay consistent, Liverpool have a realistic chance to claim the title this season.
Yes Liverpool needs to work that hard but before we think about it that much, we should understand that they are at the top with a huge difference already, even if it's not a reason to get relaxed because they're still over 20 games to be played which means they have enough time ahead with which if they aren't serious, other teams will keep them behind and do even better. What I think Liverpool should do now is to take advantage of the fact that their biggest rivals aren't in good form and further broaden the gap between them and other so by the time these teams are back on their feet, a loose or two wouldn't still bring them both to the same level.

A strange comparison. Ferguson built United from scratch, so to speak, while Pep came to a club that was already the Premier League champion. If City are allowed to continue to buy up whoever they want and "flexibly" "observe" the rules of sustainable development and FFP, then Guardiola's departure will go unnoticed. City will continue to dominate the Premier League and win the Champions League once every 10 years.

While agree on you with some, if Guardiola leave Manchester City there will be changes that are going to be noticeable. First Champions League in the history of City, first FIFA world club winner, first Supercup winner, Premier League 4 times in a row and proper structure of the team, the club knows what they are doing and that's why they have not dismiss him since he joined the club 2016, many coach has been sacked and he still remain.

The guy is unique, he was there for Barcelona the records are there and he didn't disappoint even here as well, there is no way Manchester City will be the same even with the money. With the FFP that is still on court, I doubt if they can even do much if Guardiola leaves the club. The day Guardiola leaves that club, half of their fans will change their club immediately.

Everything you listed is a consequence of money, especially such dirty money that first UEFA punished City and now the League itself is trying to put cheaters in their place.
I don't see what uniqueness Guardiola you are talking about. He got a unique team from Rijkaard -> was destroyed by Mourinho. He got a unique Bayern from Heynckes and was kicked out of the club because it became weaker in Europe. He ended up at City, which were already champions of England, and just continued to spend the sheikhs' money. No comparison with Ferguson or Mourinho, who raised teams from the bottom.

It's clear...Pep is a legend and when he decides to leave, City will struggle to find a replacement of his quality. He's like Ferguson at United
Who's talking about legends? There are quite good numbers of legends in every football clubs mostly the elite ones, they played and made history. Manchester City hired Guardiola for managerial role and he did his best job perfectly. He is running the club's tasks and have tried for Manchester City, making him to be the best manager for the club. He persuades for streak winning and achievement, he gave himself and the team few years and he's already dominating all essential positions. He won important trophies for the club, he's no looking back but always focused ahead for growth.

There's always a work of art when we're talking about these clubs, it's very important these clubs belt up and start arranging for the long run ahead. The EPL becomes tougher when there's heavy presence of elite clubs, we're talking about club's that have become very competitive and straight when it comes to their focuses on winning the league. There are mass numbers of elite clubs that are reinforcing their path through winning major titles this season. You can't compared the good work of Sir Alex Ferguson in Manchester United to the extreme work Pep Guardiola have done for Manchester City. We clearly understand both parties have gone far in length when it comes to dealing of these club's development.

Nottingham Forest seem to be able to stay in the top four for only half a season before they run out of steam.
I know Nottingham Forest being at that their position might not really last long, but I never even expected them to start the season with such a good performance, and they might end up surprising us, their performance might not really drop. Nottingham forest surprised me by winning Liverpool this season, and played draw against Chelsea, am still expecting more surprises from them. Let’s just see how they will keep on playing in their subsequent matches. Nottingham Forest might end up ending the season in a position which we never expected.

Sure enough, Liverpool are showing signs of winning trophies, but their chances are not much higher than Manchester City.

If Pep is going to retire from club coaching, I'm very sure that Manchester City is going to be the last club he is going to coach before he will went down to any national team. I'm not sure if he is ever going to be able to break this records again because he is getting old and it's not guaranteed that he will get this formidable players again and I'm also sure that Manchester City will not get this type of coach again even if they have this team that are ready to play this way.

Quote
When it comes to Liverpool, head coach Arne Slot is the key.
Arne Slot is like that kind of movie character who has the greatest power and a sense of humor.
With 1 injured player, and Klopp's team left behind by him, he managed to deliver a performance so far, it's unimaginable.
And he became the first coach in the Premier League to win 14 of their first 16 games in charge.

We give too much credit to coach on there first appearance, Arne Slot is doing well and staying above everyone on the table is a big win but I want to see him win the Premier League first and after that he should be able to maintain the same energy the following season, that's when I will be able to compare him or rank him better than the legendary Klopp of Liverpool.

I think age in the context of coaching only adds experience of managing a team, it's unlikely to overshadow the clarity of mind so much that he can't come up with some strategies, that's unlikely. What's happening to the team now is just a temporary blip, they have these things happen. As for his future, I think we'll be the last to know, he's trying not to talk about it

Seems no one is talking about how Nottingham Forest has been able to make their way to the third position in the league table after they became so consistent this season as they lost only 1 game, won 5 and drew 4 matches they have played currently in the Premier league. They have really shown great strength so far and I feel they will be in a better position this season because this was same way Aston Villa started last season and they were able to make it to the top four positions so am seeing a similar thing happening to Nottingham Forest because i see energy in the team and for the fact that they won a team like Liverpool even in their home ground Anfield sends a message that this team Nottingham Forest can really face more big teams and possibly get good results against them. Now they are 3rd in the league table ahead of big teams like Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and even Aston Villa which were initially doing well before Nottingham Forest became more consistent. What do you guys think about the sudden energy of Nottingham Forest this season, would it last for long or it's just a temporary show off?

I don't agree with the idea that Liverpool's success should be just to regain the top position in the league rather than aiming to win it.
Why will their aim be just to regain first position? If they are fighting for the first position, then they are also fighting for the league title. Why will they want to be in the first position if they don’t want to win the league? Liverpool have been able to take over the first position from Manchester City, let’s see how long they will be able to maintain the first position. If they will be able to maintain their good performance, then they have higher chances of winning the league.

Both Arsenal and Manchester City's performances have dropped this season. It’s surprising to me how Manchester City have been playing lately, they are losing matches that they are not supposed to lose, injuries is really affecting Manchester City, and Guardiola is finding it so difficult to get a perfect replacement for those players that are injured.

They are currently enjoying a good run of form, and they should take advantage of it. From past experience, I know Liverpool tends to struggle with consistency when the pressure is on, and they often disappoint.
That’s just the main problem I'm having with Liverpool, they are full of disappointment, but since they have another coach, let’s hope they will be able to maintain their consistency this season, but I don’t still have confidence in Liverpool yet.

Well, when it comes to winning the premier league title, this seasons seems to belong to Liverpool, and as we all can see on the table, they already have Manchester city and Nottingham forest to contend with, but still, I would not remove Chelsea from the potential contenders since football is always full of surprises, what non of us are expecting might or may happen that will take Chelsea up in the league table, Arsenal like or as we all can see seems to have lost their place and opportunity, right now, we have clubs like Chelsea and nothingham forest appearing in the top five, if Chelsea can maintain their current position in the league table for a good period of time, it's very possible that they may likely advance further up to take the number 3 or 2 position.

Sure enough, Liverpool are showing signs of winning trophies, but their chances are not much higher than Manchester City. Chelsea and Arsenal have the potential to liven up the competition, both will face each other in the closing match of week 11, a match that will give an idea of how much potential they have to compete at the top of the standings this season. The points difference between each team in the European zone is still very thin, the situation is still quite easy to reverse, Liverpool is not completely safe even though they are at the top of the standings.

West Ham's Kudus fined and banned for additional two matches for misconduct

West Ham United winger Mohammed Kudus's ban has been extended to five matches and he has been fined 60,000 pounds ($77,286) for violent conduct in last month's Premier League defeat at Tottenham Hotspur, the FA said on Wednesday.
Kudus was already serving an automatic three-match ban after receiving a red card against Spurs, which ruled him out of the Hammers' 2-1 home win over Manchester United and their 3-0 loss at Nottingham Forest, as well as Saturday's home match against Everton.

He was found guilty of violent conduct by an independent Regulatory Commission and will now also miss their league matches against Newcastle United on Nov. 25 and Arsenal on Nov. 30.
Kudus sparked a heated altercation between players in the 82nd minute of West Ham's 4-1 defeat at Tottenham on Oct. 19 when he fouled Spurs defender Micky van de Ven. Kudus first pushed Van de Ven in the face before doing the same to Pape Matar Sarr.

Referee Andy Madley upgraded Kudus's initial yellow card to a red after VAR check, citing violent conduct, which triggered an automatic three-match suspension.
In its written reasons, the independent regulatory commission said the 24-year-old Ghana international had apologised to the panel and said he was "deeply embarrassed" by his actions.

Source link: https://www.reuters.com/sports/soccer/west-hams-kudus-fined-banned-additional-two-matches-misconduct-2024-11-06/
I support the red card decision that led to the initial three-match ban for West Ham's Mohammed Kudus. As a professional footballer, it’s crucial to keep emotions in check during a game, and letting emotions take over can lead to serious consequences, including disciplinary actions. However, the additional two-match ban imposed by the FA seems questionable, as they did not provide a clear explanation for this decision. The FA simply stated that Kudus was “found guilty,” without detailing the offense. Football is built on fairness and transparency, so it’s essential for the FA to clarify the reason behind Kudus's additional suspension. The FA should provide a full statement explaining why the additional two matches were added to Kudus's suspension. This would help ensure fairness and accountability, setting a precedent for transparent decisions in similar cases.

I agree Chelsea have improved this season under new coach Enzo Maresca. Chelsea is starting to show good competition in the top 4 of the standings with 18 points in 10 matches, but they are also not yet consistent. So far Chelsea have had 3 draws and 2 defeats in the first 10 weeks of the Premier League, of course a better improvement would be expected.

I can't ignore Chelsea this season in the fight for a place in the Champions League zone, that's because I think the coach can really be expected to help the team win it at the end of the season. It is hoped that the players' performance will gradually improve and become more consistent, but I do not expect Chelsea to be a title challenger.
