I think is Liverpool is not a stable team to say if they will get a good result against Manchester City or not, sometimes they won the game against Manchester United and sometimes they lose the game against Bournemouth which weaker than the top teams, but I think Liverpool should be very much careful about Haaland if he is in the good shape otherwise he can surprise Klopp and his players.
Klopp will prepare a special strategy to prevent Haaland from moving freely. Haaland will become a threat to Liverpool's defense. now Man City will be more favored because of Liverpool's inconsistent performance. but it could be that Liverpool appears strong against a team that is also strong. United was also destroyed by Liverpool, but Liverpool will not be able to do that for Man City. Liverpool knows how strong Man City is right now.

First time seeing the odds for Man City vs Liverpool and I'm quite surprised that Liverpool is the heavy underdog @5.2 on moneyline. I mean it's understandable that City will still come out as favorite but I did not expect it to be by that much. There seem to be no major injury on the Reds' side but I guess Haaland's recent five-goal fest at the Champion's League had a significant impact on the odds.
I think it's not about Haaland, but that Liverpool shows a sad unstable game and the likelihood that everything will change in the game with City is small. But on the other hand, Liverpool have historically been able to mobilize in big games and given the games with Real Madrid, it can be assumed that they have already "exhausted" the reserves of unsuccessful games and will be more successful with City. In any case, in my opinion, Liverpool should win more than one game in five, so the odds of 5.50 is an easy choice - such a bet should be profitable in the long run.

It is very difficult to make predictions about Liverpool's performance this season. They scored 9 goals in the first match against Bournemouth. Again they lost 1-0 against Bournemouth. Despite being in such great form, they could not win. On the other hand, this squad was able to score 7 goals against Manchester United. And so we are not sure if the Liverpool team will be able to win against City. But they will fight hard to get 3 points against City. Manchester City's overall performance is stable compared to Liverpool's. And so Manchester City is considered as favorite in this match.

Manchester United must immediately be aggressive to win points in the next game because the difference of 1 point from Tottenham is not a safe position. Therefore I want to see how Erik Ten Hag changes this season, at least they secure 3rd place and focus away from Tottenham. Maybe that's the best path that Manchester United can take, but after reaching 3rd position until next season Manchester United can definitely do more than that.
Mu will be facing newcastle in the upcoming match.

MU's next game gonna happen away. Newcastles seems become the most favorite club to win the duel against MU, the gap between MU and newcastle is not so big. Meanwhile, we can't even say if MU will be losing against newcastle easily. The main mission by MU is securing the UCL spots.
It's caused MU was not to play in UCL this season and that will be so bad if MU will be missing another UCL again next season. Totenham is also starting to have an internal problem while MU sees it as advantage to the club.

Newcastle was not an easy opponent especially when it was playing at home. Ten hag needs to make another strategy to defeat eddie's team. MU's odd looks very good at this moment.

Well, I hope you are lucky to bet on Liverpool's victory in the away match against Manchester City later. Because in reality, Liverpool have been very bad so far this season when Liverpool are playing away, moreover the opponent that Liverpool will face is Manchester City, which of course is difficult for Liverpool to beat the home team.

Indeed, sometimes Liverpool can play well when against top teams but at this moment I'm really not sure. Because of the series of results that are not good for Liverpool when playing away, of course it will allow Manchester City to beat Liverpool maybe without the difficult resistance that Liverpool can do in this match.

On paper Manchester City is on fire including Haaland who is crazy enough to score goals, he is like a scary goal machine, but I would love to see Haaland surprise the meeting against Liverpool later, not sure City will win big either but I'm sure Haaland can score goals more than 1 in goal Liverpool, I bet on manchester city.  Wink

This match is very important for both teams, both City and The Red both need full points.

City need points to reduce the difference in points from the top standings, Liverpool need points to continue to approach the top four of the standings. which means, both teams will target victory in this match. although on paper, Manchester City is more favored than Liverpool, which incidentally is currently in an unstable performance. but that does not mean, Klopp will let his team be toppled easily by the home team. at least, Klopp will maximize his team to keep up with The Citizen's play. the possible scenario, Liverpool will only rely on counterattacks.

As an Arsenal fan, I hope Liverpool will put up a fierce fight against City and win the game. that way, Arsenal have the opportunity to widen the points distance from Manchester City.

Week 29. Manchester City will host Liverpool, and in that match Manchester City really needs a win. Indeed, if you look at Liverpool's appearance this season, Manchester city is superior in many ways, but that doesn't mean they will be able to win matches easily, because Liverpool could surprise them, like they did to Manchester United. It's one of the big games in the Premier League, so I'm not going to miss it.
Every team in the English Premier League has the ability to beat the top team in the points table from the very bottom of the points table. Liverpool vs Manchester City match will be a very competitive match. Manchester City may be ahead in this match but there is no option to take Liverpool lightly.  A few days ago we saw Liverpool beat Manchester United 7-0.  The number two team of the English Premier League is Manchester City and the number 6 team is Liverpool, but if you consider the rank of the point table in this match, the team that will do well on the field will win the match. I was looking forward to watching this match.
Even in depth, Manchester City's squad is far superior to Liverpool, but even so, for the size of a big match, all teams have a balanced game, so I think both teams will fight to get full points in this match. But considering the results, I still have a prediction that this match could have ended in a 1-1 or 2-2 draw, considering that the pressures of both teams are equally strong and could become an obstacle to achieving victory for one of these teams.
Liverpool shouldn't be underestimated by Manchester city,if not the game might be a shock to them. We all know that Liverpool is part of the big four and they are performance is unique not until this season that they have been in this unstable form. They still have that strong spirit to win when it comes to playing with big club. We saw how they played Real Madrid in the second leg.

Manchester city is very strong and they are perfectly in form winning their matches and also chasing Arsenal in the table this shows that they will no want to loose any  of their matches for them to achieve their goal should in case Arsenal can't keep up with their performance.
The match is going to be a tough and interesting match because both teams are strong and will not easily accept defeat.

The 29th matchday is indeed quite worth waiting for here, especially with the big match of this match which both Liverpool and Manchester City both need points now. I'm expecting something really big in this match because of course it will be interesting if both teams really play all out.
Actually, on Matchday 29, I also want to see how Manchester United will visit Newcastle.
We all know right now we are heading for the end of this season with just 10 rounds left in this season and things are still about all Premier League table at the top two teams are fighting hard for the title with few teams are also fighting hard for their chances into next season Champions League spot with nothing is clear who is going to end on which spot just three teams are settled for the top ranks, but all others are nothing clear.

But, two important matches will be give better shape to this league table in case of both home teams wins we will have to wait for the better view but in case of visitors win in these both matches then all will be clear with most chances Arsenal will be at the top and then Manchester United will be also at the third spot, but others still need to work hard for their spots at their required spots.

The rate given to Liverpool is very high.  It's surprising that there is such a big difference between last year and this year.  Overall, this was due to Liverpool no longer being seen as a favourite, after an unsuccessful year.  Manchester City is a strong team and I think they can easily beat Liverpool.  A coupon who wants to surprise according to the odds can try to bet in favor of Liverpool for a low fee.
However, Man City still will not consider Liverpool to be easily beaten. Like several matches Liverpool may perform poorly when they face lowly clubs, it's just that when their conditions are forced to face a big club and have the same popularity as Liverpool, ego and prestige to show poor performance are considered a burden. That's why Liverpool in the Champions League can qualify for the top 8. On paper, Manchester City are superior and can secure more points, especially Haaland who is on fire and able to keep up with Van Dijk's tight guard at the back.

Liverpool's performances have been erratic but the team is very strong. A few days ago, this team scored 7 goals against Manchester United. Manchester United's defense was not weak. However, the performance of Liverpool's players was outstanding. And so it would be foolish to think that Manchester City will win this match easily. Even I think Liverpool team will be able to win today's match. My guess is Liverpool will either win or draw the match. I expect to see several goals from both teams in this match.

The difference odds was very interesting that the bookie provide low odds for Manchester City @1.61 and indeed many considerations why the bookie has decided to put Liverpool as the underdog but this is hard match for Liverpool and many people will doubt they will be able to beat Manchester City at their home even so with the bookie that's why they were putting Manchester City as the favourite and indeed first met this season Liverpool has successfully to overcomes Manchester City with slim score 1-0

But i think it's quite hard to repeated that result again and probably Liverpool will lose in this match but just like i said before that some of Liverpool players will be recover after international break so this might be will makes Liverpool has slightly strong than now

I guess that bookies was seeing the result against bournemouth as the main consideration to determine the odds. Liverpool's odds is very high and i can agree with your statement above but i think that we are not able using the last match against bournemouth as consideration to judge liverpool was playing so badly. Liverpool may comeback anytime. it's not also closing the possibilities for liverpool to come back when it will be facing manchester city in the continuation of EPL soon. Manchester city was aiming to win against liverpool.

Even though when liverpool will able to finish in the top 4 and it doesn't mean if liverpool's position caused by there was chelsea as a team that may also be possible to win UCL. I remember if all of the UCL trophies that already won by chelsea happened when the performance from the club was not doing so well in EPL. I think that chelsea's case must be got an exception. it's caused by chelsea was able making a surprise for us in the past.

2020/2021 was almost the same story.

Well this match will indeed be the most interesting match to watch. because two big clubs will face each other and of course the two teams really need a win in this match. although Man City will indeed be more favored because their consistency does look much better than Liverpool. but it is true that Liverpool cannot be underestimated. because Surprises can indeed happen in that fight. but personally I would prefer to keep betting on the team that will be seeded, namely Man City.
Manchester City have much possibility of winning Liverpool because Manchester performance as a team still remain the same even if they have lost some games due to their target win the Champions league.

Liverpool hasn't been stable in their performance this season which they have only done well in few games in the season but people still believe in Liverpool that it is possible for them to bring out that good performance they showed up in some of their previous games, doings this will make the game interesting. Getting the three points is so important to the both team.

One might say Klopp could be wild and aggressive in his tactics when playing bigger teams but this very fixture is looking too uncertain for Liverpool, I mean with Haaland's hat trick in the FA cup Quarter finals and five goals in the Champions League round of 16 i see no reason They won't defeat Liverpool at Etihad Stadium.

Talking about Haaland and his scoring spree both in the FA cup and Champions league, don't you think when he comes face to face with Virgil van dijk it will be a different story? Instead of Man City getting all 3pts it would be Liverpool dominating the game and Van Dijke shutting Haaland up, just like it happened between Lukaku and him [Van Dijk] last season.
I see a very competitive game between both teams with Klopp doing more damage to Pep and his men, is like showing Man City that they [Liverpool] are still in form and can't lose this game to them [City]. Pep would be under pressure because he doesn't want to lose this game and drop point for Arsenal to extend their lead at the top of the league table, he won't show sigh of pressure since he's known for playing mind games, it would be difficult for Pep to win this one, IMO Liverpool to win or a draw in this fixture.

The odds can be deceiving but if you take a look at the recent games of the two teams, Manchester City is obviously the favorite. Having scored 13 goals in the last 2 games, they’re definitely a force to reckon with. Liverpools performance has not been so good. After humbling Manchester United with 7 goals, they seem not to be able to win any game after that. I had thought they would ride on and continue to win games after that but unfortunately, they couldn’t.

So I guess it’s obvious that the recent amazing performance Manchester City has recently displayed would make them the obvious favorite. But 5.2 is really surprising considering Liverpool is no small team.
The game being played on the home ground of Manchester City would perhaps have some impact on the outcome of the game. My money is on Manchester City like a lot of other people I guess.
