Manchester City's first match after the international break, against Liverpool, is as important to them as the league is to them right now. Knowing that they have Arsenal ahead of them in points to contend for the league title will obviously boost their confidence to win the game. Liverpool have been poor this season, and losing to Manchester City will not come as a surprise, so I don't expect the game to be as great to watch tomorrow.
International break and FIFA days are bad for big clubs that have many players were called for national duties and some of them have to play in those matches. Even they didn't play, traveling time and training with their national teams make their body exhausted and sometimes can cause injuries too.
Liverpool generally have poor performance in this season but matches with Manchester City are always important for Liverpool. It's big match for their club pride and they never want to lose it against Manchester City. Especially in the last few seasons, Jurgen Klopp successfully built up a strong and competitive Liverpool to challenge Manchester City and other big clubs for Premier League title.
This coming match is exciting as Liverpool started to see their chance of participating in top four is nearly and they will fight with their best to beat Manchester City. The only aim is taking three points after the final whistle.
