There's no need to be that serious, defeat is a natural thing even though this wasn't too unexpected but anything can still happen like in this match.
As for the results they actually received, this wasn't too much of a problem and wasn't something bad either. The current point margin is still 5 points and let's just say they just threw away the remaining matches which failed to be maximized properly.
Their position is still secure until now and I don't think it's necessary to bring it up too much because losing in this case doesn't mean everything is over for them.

Nice prediction mate , I don't think Everton can win in my opinion their best finish is a draw but it turns out I was wrong
Based on the statistics this is not luck because there were so many attempts by Everton until it finally worked
And now Everton are getting ready to climb out of relegation if they can repeat this win.

In the end Arsenal were beaten again by Everton, and it was a blow that landed right in their face after they were hard to beat in this Premier League after the defeat to Manchester United. This is a very good opportunity for Manchester City, which is under them, because if they win, then the difference in points between these two teams will be smaller than before. Even though they still have one game left, Arsenal are of course losing at the moment.

It's tough to bear witness to Liverpool's present predicament. They've had a tough go of it, and everything that could go wrong has. Their chances of turning things around this season are slim. They have some really good players, but they aren't cooperating at the time.

Truthfully, I don't see them making the playoffs this year. Right now, it doesn't seem like things will improve for them. They are far behind the several clubs that are ahead of them in the standings. It's tragic to see, but we should start thinking about next season and how they can come back even stronger.

It seems a little bit as if a couple of things different from the past seasons. When one team seemed to be invincible, it usually was Manchester City or Liverpool. Now it was Arsenal for quite some time, but they are not as strong of a squad as Manchester City is in my opinion. But that is the first surprise: City has a 70% win rate so far this season. Who would have thought that after signing Haaland. Liverpool is totally out of form as well as Chelsea. Manchester made a decent comeback after starting so bad into the season.

It is an exciting season so far not only because of Arsenal and who might win the EPL title, but also because we might see some fundamental changes like Klopp having to leave Liverpool. For now it will all come down to the Champions League games for Liverpool. I mean they are even kicked out of the FA Cup and now it doesn't even seem as if they were able to make the Europa League qualification.

Quite some surprises this season, which I think is nice to see!

Well, this is football for you. I don't know if Arsenal played their game against Everton with the mindset that they were pushovers, or else how would a team at the bottom of the league with a new manager win all 3points from the top stop holder. It shows why Manchester City is held in higher prospects of clenching the top spot.
As for Liverpool, the technical team management should ask themselves serious questions as well as the players. This is far from their usual best and more work as regards overhauling of stagnant players and reorientation of capable hands be done. Klopp should be changed if he is out of ideas in how to manage the team.

It can always happen that you lose an away game against an underdog and especially in the Premier League it is not as obvious all the time as it seems to be on paper. And by the way now that you mentioned Manchester City, do you remember how they played their home game against Everton just one month ago? It was City 1 to Everton 1. So far City lost one game and tied one game, and that one tie came from the game against Everton.

I don't believe that this is the beginning of a serious downtrend for Arsenal and as long as City doesn't start a winning streak of 10 games or more (which they are able to, I know), I expect Arsenal to be competing for the title till the very end. Pre-season I thought that Manchester City will be 10 points ahead by now, but since they drop points over and over again and Arsenal was actually the team with a run of 11 wins and 2 ties, I think there is more to Arsenal's role as a serious contender than just a lucky streak during the first half of the season.

There is something really wrong in Liverpool, 1 points only in their last Premier League matches. Scored 1 goal only but conceded by 9 goals in the last 4 EPL matches. Even more surprising fact is that their 3 defeats were against mediocre teams, and they were conceded by 3 goals each against these mediocre teams. If Klopp cant do something to make them play better, yes it will be hard for them to finish in top 5.

Klopps complains are just too much and tiring to hear
He talks about change but nothing seems to be going down within the club
I expect him to do better than this.

In golden time of Salah, Mane and Firmino, the trio can self create opportunities. Their current trio have yet understood each other well enough and their connections are worse than the previous trio so that they are unable to self create enough chances. It is impacted by poor performance of Liverpool midfielders with limited contribution for their attacking.

The defense system is so poor performing in this season and are responsible for general bad result of Liverpool. However, it is not unfair if saying all bad results are from their defense. Midfield and attacking players are responsible for it too and in this season, they have problems in all areas, no exception for defense, midfield or attacking area.

i've said in previous replies that i'm not arsenal fan and try to bet pick arsenal for me to put in multi bet slip. but in the end it was very bad when Arsenal could be beaten by Everton yesterday.
if you look at yesterday's game, Everton was more aggressive and always had the opportunity to break through Arsenal's defense wall, but in the end was able to score 1 goal against Arsenal.
