When it comes to the transfer window, The Pride of London are highly busy, especially under the new manager, Todd Boehly. Enzo Fernandez is eager to join the team after becoming the most expensive midfielder in football and breaking the record in the English premier league. The Argentine has plenty of time to improve and establish a strong rapport with his new colleagues. Enzo Fernandez will undoubtedly play a significant role in the Blues' season-long plan now that he has been given the jersey number 5.

Actually the main factor is not because of the wrong investment however, due to the crisis of players who suffered injuries to confuse their plans
Chelsea still have time to fix this problem even though it requires more effort especially the injury problem that must be resolved
Injury problems plagued Chelsea even when Potter had just been appointed coach to replace Tuchel. But that is slowly changing a little with the arrival of several new players who still need adaptation.
It's difficult when they are hit by a hurricane of injuries and have lots of new players who need adaptation but are required to play well. But on the other hand that is not an excuse in my opinion because after all they are a big club and they have to be prepared for those conditions.

There shouldn't be any problems, but how can we underestimate Tottenham playing at home?
Even though Tottenham haven't been in a stable state recently, they have a great striker. Harry Kane has scored 16 goals in 21 match so far and I think Manchester City really have some concerns about him. But Haaland might be the difference in that match because until now Haaland has proven himself to be the most productive striker compared to other strikers in the Premier League.
Manchester City is going to find it difficult to defeat Tottenham at home, Tottenham is looking for a way to overtake Manchester united and Newcastle to move into the 3rd position, and failure to win that game, it will definitely draw them backwards in the league table.

So, That match seem more like a draw to me because Tottenham would not want to drop point to City at this critical point in time in the league, when top teams are trying to fix into their supposed position in the league table and in order to qualify for the EUFA champions league or the EUROPA league.

This season, we shall see Chelsea stepping up gradually but when it comes to next season, Chelsea shouldn't be among title contenders.
I am not just sure if Potter is the chosen one for that, who will lead them to the first trophy mainly the premier league.
The game against Fulham won't be tough as it seems Chelsea are doing all it takes to win the game. I expect same of Liverpool against the wolves also.
The majority of Chelsea match this season has either resulted in a draw or a total defeat for Chelsea this has become a normal way for the club, the worst part is that Chelsea spent a good amount of money signing new players and changing coach but yet the clubs performance have not been top notch and the A's is heartbreaking and it makes it look as if, Chelsea just made a wrong investment in getting the squad together.
Fulham will have their way this time, but subsequent winning is what we can't guarantee Fulham.

Now the competition has been running 1/2 season Chelsea's target is only the Champions League no more.

I don't follow the Premier League very much, but I keep up to date with events, in my opinion both Arsenal and Manchester City have a fairly demanding match, perhaps something more Manchester City who will have to contend with Tottenham. I believe that in the end both teams will get the victory, even if Arsenal were to draw it might not be that bad, because they still have one game left to play
Tottenham is not a tough opponent for Manchester City because I think Manchester City can get full points even though playing at home to Tottenham, I believe that will happen because Manchester City wants to catch up with Arsenal so they don't want to lose that moment

but i also think that in manchester city they will win against tottenham, but i also think it will be a tough challenge, in front of them are the fourth in the table, not a newly promoted one. we will see at the end of the match if we are right in aiming for Manchester City to win

Manchester City is an amazing team and they play beautifully and strategically. I don’t see Tottenham being that much of a threat. They are a threat, no doubt as they’re not a push over club. They’ve got capable leadership with amazing players like the likes of Kane, Son….

But all that wouldn’t stop the greatness of Manchester City and they’re would most likely come out victorious in that game. With some sort of resistance of course.

Yes, it's quite possible, they have three wins in a row and in general they feel good, it is especially evident in the goal difference, if you compare them with Chelsea. But the situation at London is difficult, I think they understand that they cannot afford to lose, not only have they spent a lot of money on transfers, but also have two defeats in a row. I think they are not allowed to lose.
Chelsea's first meeting failed because they had to lose 2-1 at home to Fulham due to an error from Joao who received a red card on his debut which forced Chelsea to defend. But with that 1 game, of course Potter now has a plan and they have to get points in this match.
The problem is that Fulham really is a troublesome club to deal with especially with Mitrovic there.

Chelsea next match will determine if they are really serious to be mentioned as a big this season or not regarding to their recent club shopping for good players to make the team more effective, Chelsea has always beaten Fulham but that record was broken weeks back when Fulham got the 3points of the match that ended 2:1 in favour of the home team, they two rivals will be battling next in Chelsea home which the fans and bettors expect Chelsea to be victorious in that games because most of their fit injured players and new signings will be playing the match, so I also agree to that fact that Chelsea might likely win that encounter.
Chelsea vs Fulham will be a tough match for both clubs, and we should not allow Cheslea recent player signing to mislead us, Chelsea has performed woefully this season and Fulham, on the other hand, has been consistent in their performance and if I must choose the team between the two clubs, then my bet will go for Fulham winning no matter what the odds the bookmaker give to them.
*even though there will be a possible first-half draw, second half Fulham is going to make every possible attempt to score some goals.

With they way Manchester city is after the first position, I don't really think Tottenham will be a problem to them, I believe it will be a easy win for Manchester City, I think it will difficult for any club to defeat Manchester city for now, Manchester City will really take all their matches serious, they won't want to lose any point, the more they are fucking up, the more distance Arsenal is giving them which will be kind of difficult for them to meet up with.

The points which Arsenal is using to lead Manchester city currently is still reasonable and any slight mistake from Arsenal they will overtake them, so Manchester city will be kind of serious with all their matches and they will be hoping Arsenal will fuckup.
There shouldn't be any problems, but how can we underestimate Tottenham playing at home?

It's easier said than done mate, no club with such historical signing neither would the players want to lose their first game in the team as it is their debut match which will mean to say Fulham would be having the ball coming from different angle and nothing is going to stop CFC from stealing the whole three points. Don't waste your bulks mate, cause the outcome of this match is also a determinant and test of Potter's future and capacity to manage a great club like Chelsea.

Currently they have anticipated a shortage of players. For Gabriel, who was a bit doubtful when he had to suffer an injury, now he has been fully entrusted to Nketiah and yesterday for Partey, who was injured, now Jorginho has been brought in from Chelsea to fill that position. I think now Arsenal are still very ready and Arteta is really thinking about all the possibilities that will happen and of course that is very good.
This week they have a pretty easy game against Everton and I think it will be a win for them with the current squad.

Nketiah has filled up the boots left by Jesus really well that I see Jesus not coming back into team easily. But the case of Partey is different, Arsenal success lies on a strong and energetic defensive midfield who can bully opponents well. Jorginho doesn’t seem to have that ability to fill in the gap in Partey absence. Jorginho is way too slow and isn’t that physical able to go on some tackles. His side ways and backward passes might slow down Arsenal counter which is their most effective pattern of play this season.
Nketiah might have filled in the boots of G. Jesus but, his not even 90% of G. Jesus just yet. The difference is still very huge between these two players. Nketiah isn't a play maker like G. Jesus, he doesn't really create any chances except to be positioned properly to take it wjen created. G. Jesus on the other hand is both play maker and goal scorer. When his pn the pitch, his sure to take 2-3 defenders to his side and create space for the attacks.
I think he would find it very easy to get his spot back once he returns from injury.

As fir Jorginho joining the Arsenal side, am still wondering what Arteta and the board saw but, perhaps Arteta have got a better way to use him.
Your summary on the distinction between Nketiah and Gabriel is true. Arsenal has reduced goal average so far since Gabriel's injury. Although, Nketiah has filled in well by being in the right positions often and the team has kept the composure, but the stiffness in the squad is glaring without a playmaker.
Arsenal's problem always starts this way. Unlike the time when Wenger was the manager; the playmakers start getting knocked by injuries and the team tries to balance by being more defensive and undaring upfront. Jorginho is a playmaker too.

Also without Partey, Xhaka’s freedom in the pitch might be limited because he definitely needs to cover the defense more. Partey’s absence will be felt by Arsenal and there performance might even get affected

Even though their playing styles tend to be different, in terms of experience, it is clear that Jorginho knows what to do, especially since he has been in the EPL for a long time, at least he already understands what the EPL team plays like.
I think this can actually be the difference because even at Chelsea at the moment he seems to be thrown away but still he is one who has tasted big competition and of course he is still very useful for Arsenal at this time.

It is the truth that Tottenham have been quite good against Manchester City in home matches in the recent years. They won the last four head-to-head home matches I mean - 3 in the Premier League, 1 in the Champions League.

However this can be misleading also of course. It doesn't mean that they will continue to win here. It just means that Manchester City had better be extra careful in this match. Especially after getting behind by 2-0 first in their latest match against each other Manchester City will need to stay more solid in defense. They shouldn't need to make an extra effort to make a comeback again. If they get ahead first then this would weaken Tottenham defense a lot. They would start taking bigger risks which would be highly in favour of Manchester City attackers.

Don't forget this new signings for Chelsea will be at their very best in their debut game. Fulham might not see the easy win they got in their first game. And don't forget this game will be played at Stamford bridge where Chelsea will do their best to both dominate and win the match at all costs. Because Potter knows his integrity is at stake
Let's see if the new signing by Chelsea will put their best foot forward in the match between them and Fulham, because this season has not been favourable for Chelsea and since their crisis began about a year ago, Chelsea has not been able to recover fully to be able to break the good records their created a few seasons ago.
*But at the moment, Chelsea is not in their best form and there is a need for tracking points where the old and new players can be on the same page to be able to coordinate possible future winning that will break the club away from the many defeats they're suffered in the last few games in this season.

So far this season when Tottenham have played at home, in fact Tottenham have not got a draw at home at all. If Manchester City cannot beat Tottenham in this match and the final result is a draw, then it will be Tottenham's first draw for the home game this season.
But apart from that, I personally am pretty sure that Manchester City will be able to beat Tottenham for the second time this season in the Premier League match.
Of course they have never drawn at home, but Tottenham have lost almost half of their home match this season "4 of 10 home match".
Tottenham's defense has been terrible this season where they have conceded 31 goals in 21 matches. I really hope that Manchester City can take advantage of that weakness to win the match because if City lose then Arsenal will definitely be stronger leading the standings.

I'm looking forward to this fight and can't wait to see what the outcome will be. It should be good to expect 3 points at away match even if Tottenham have the advantage playing at home.

Chelsea is favourite to win in this game regardless of the new signing even though Fulham is in front of them in the ranking. Additionally Fulham lost their previous 2 games. Now with the new signing, Chelsea should improve a little in the first week or two until they get used to the team strategies.

EFL Cup semifinal game between ManU and Nottingham is underway. The result is still 0-0 and ManU is controlling the match.
