I also think a draw is pretty possible in the match between Chelsea and Fulham. Chelsea has been in poor form lately and I don’t see them winning the game against Fulham.
While I think Manchester City has a good chance of winning the game against Tottenham, it would be a very tough one as Manchester City would go all out to win the game and try and close the gap between themselves and the league leaders, Arsenal.
I would say a win for Manchester City and perhaps a draw for the Chelsea vs Fulham game.

I don't think so. It doesn't matter how good your new coach and he will need time to adapt with the team. Everton's next opponent was a team that leads the competition. I see zero chance for everton to win against arsenal.

Of course Tottenham did not want to lose like the first game. Tottenham lost 2-4, but at that time they had to play at the Etihad. Everton changing coaches still doesn't give them a chance because it will take some time for the coach to start working and getting results. Look at Newcastle and Manchester United, you there not joke with them because the way they performed was not expected at all. Frank Lampard should think of something else doing, ( No shades ) the coaching profession is not just for him, bad one with Chelsea now another horrible one with Everton.
