Tottenham - Liverpool game is a really difficult one to predict.
Both teams are having hard days in the Premier League recently. Liverpool are in a more desperate need of a win as they lost to much weaker teams the last time. But their job is even more difficult in this game. Tottenham are one of the strongest teams in home games. This is a special game of course but I don't think they will lose here. Both teams might score and I expect a draw.
I actually expected more from Liverpool in this match but indeed seeing their current condition it is clear this is something that is indeed quite difficult not to mention their condition whose schedule is indeed very heavy and dense.
Tottenham also definitely don't want to lose in this match, especially they also play at home which in fact sometimes they are quite strong.
On the other hand at this time Liverpool I prefer to see them focus on defense only because sometimes they are always so preoccupied in attacking that they forget defense which causes them to concede goals.
Liverpool may not be performing well now. They are ninth in the table. Then I would say Liverpool has the ability to win against any team. Liverpool has a strong squad, and there are plenty of talented players in the squad. Liverpool has lost their last two matches in the Premier League. But in the last match, they won 2-0 against Napoli.
In the face-to-face match against Tattenham, Liverpool is far ahead. Tattenham has not won against Liverpool in the last 10 matches. Tottenham has lost 7 matches and drawn 3 matches. But the important thing is that Liverpool is very weak in away matches this season. Liverpool has only 2 points in 5 away matches.
They have a chance to win against any team but on the other hand they can also lose against any team.
I'm one of their fans but with the current condition I'm quite dissatisfied at the start of the season even if we now see that the half of the season is near but they still haven't been able to put on a good performance.
Hopefully the victory against Napoli in the Champions League will be a very good capital for them to face Tottenham although in this case the advantage of playing at home for Tottenham will certainly be maximized properly.
