Crystal Palace and Wolves had a very good fight last night. I didn't know that there's midweek matches in English Premier league bot until I tuned in for news and saw the match ongoing. The two teams played very well but Crystal Palace won the match by 2 goals to 1. Despite that Wolves lost the match, I must say that their team has improved more than they started this season and there are good number of good players in the team, the likes of Adama, Costa etc
Overall improvement was 100%, especially after halftime. In another match-winning performance, Wilfried Zaha gives Crystal Palace a 2-1 victory over Wolves as the Eagles come from behind once again. During the second half, Wolves made poor substitutions, and the choice of subs was terrible. As a result of Wolves' poor start to the second half, Davis believes they lost to Crystal Palace. Other than that, Wolves had their best look for some time.
It's a shame Wolves couldn't hold on to the win, if they didn't have a plan to score an extra goal in the second half then Wolves should have played more defensively. It doesn't matter if they can play defensively, because if they are able to keep playing disciplined to be able to close the attack on Crystal Palace then of course they will be able to maintain the 1-0 win they had in the first half. Although previously I also believed that Crystal Palace could win, but seeing Wolves can win in the first half it is a very unfortunate result because Wolves this season have not looked in good form.
Manchester United - Tottenham is definitely the most attracting match of the day.
First of all if we are to mention the missing players, Emerson Royal isn't playing due to red card. Richarlison is also absent due to injury but Kulusevski might be able to play this time as his condition is questionable now. Kulusevski's return would add an extra power to Tottenham attacking line for sure. He was one of the crucial contributors before his injury. I can't imagine how great work Kulusevski, Son and Kane would do in this case. As a result I believe that Tottenham are one step ahead as for attacking. Manchester United's priority must be defense despite playing home. This worked against some other big teams in this season before so I guess ten Hag will try the same formula here also.
But as for my prediction on this matchup, I don't expect Tottenham to lose here. Double chance might be a good option and I'm considering both teams to score also. Maybe the scenario could be like this: Manchester United score first then Tottenham answer and it ends in a 1-1 draw.
Yes, although there are several Tottenham players injured but I still believe that Tottenham will still play well. Because basically Tottenham's attack is still in its best form so far but unfortunately, I see these two teams have defenses that sometimes make blunders. So yeah, for the final result I'm personally not sure if it only has like two goals, because with a defense like that at least the home or away team will be able to have at least two goals or more but still with the option of both teams to score.
