The long awaited match is here Liverpool vs Manchester City. City is so much in form this season added to Haaland who is here to start a new record in the premier league but for Liverpool Nunez is yet to fit into the squad well although Liverpool recorded an impressive record against Rangers in the Champions League which might be an excellent hope for a possible comeback in the premier League. I hope to see Man city beg for chance to penetrate and also hope Haaland get hidden by V van dijik and j. Matip

Tottenham just met the expectations today and defeated Everton 2-0 comfortably. In fact the game would have been more interesting if Everton were able to make use of a couple of chances they found in the first half but they weren't able to score. Tottenham were as usual as for becoming effective in scoring goals. Kane scored another one and Hojbjerg scored one of his classic goals.

Conte's Tottenham are very determined this season. I don't know how much they will be able to keep up with Manchester City especially. But for now it seems like they will stay in the competition for many more weeks. As a person who's bored of seeing Manchester City turning the league into a farmer's league, I'd like to see some different teams fighting for the title as well.
With mbappe rumor getting hot that he is attracted by boehly masterplan beside how mbappe feel annoying at psg , chelsea could become the one who stop manchester city farming the league and having the tough rival.

Tottenham so far doing really good sitting at 3rd place with 20 games played already. They could get dropped outside top 5 with chelsea and manchester united had 2 games in hand.

Everton met the expectations too and lost, I didn't see the match but looking at the stats, Everton played terribly, 0 shots in the second half and 0 shots on target in total in both halves, Tottenham had it really easy against them.

Now we can't get our hopes up on Leicester City 3 points in 10 games what should we say? they compete with the promotion team like Nottm Forest
I don't think we will see Leicester City next season but hopefully I'm wrong, Jamie Vardy is no longer a mainstay he will be retiring soon
unless Leicester city can find a replacement in the near future it might be considered.
The decline in performance for Leicester City is far below the scale that was expected for them and so far, Jamie Vardy that has been its saviour seems be weathered with the burden of carry the team at such an age. I can't match them with Nottingham Forest at the moment who has a rather young squad and assembled a better team from the transfer window. They've been great in there performance and if not for there lost penalty by Brennan Johnson, they would have as well shared points with Wolverhampton Wanderers. It was a nice brain truck Jose Sa played on him, clinging to the left wood work before the shootout and he saved the ball good.
It's difficult for Vardy at the moment to change Leicester like the previous seasons.
He is now 35 years old and the decline in form has clearly been felt for Vardy so it is very difficult to bring Leicester back to the way it was before but indeed for them my hope right now is to get out of the relegation zone and stay in the Premier League for next season because that would be a shame. the club that has always been the dark horse must go down to the Championship division.

Tomorrow we will see again how the work of Graham Potter in bringing Chelsea back on track.
Capital good performance in the previous few matches as well as in the Champions League will clearly affect their spirit and mentality.
Now it looks like it will be a little different, especially now that the opponent is Aston Villa who are still struggling at the bottom of the table.
The current Chelsea form and spirit of play right now is something that is on fire and seems unstoppable at the moment , looking at the match they've played and the next 3 matches they got ahead to play, starting from tomorrow's game Aston villa, Brentford and Manchester united, this game are not gonna be a challenge for Chelsea if they continue in this way. Chelsea Aston villa would be a 1-2 score line in favour of Chelsea.

I actually under rated Graham Potter's capabilities immediately he was appointed as head Coach of Chelsea, could be as a result of the wrong sacking of Thomas Tuchel though.
But then he has done very well in the past two meetings against AC Milan, they bossed the game and also has occupied the top and number one in the group l.
Tomorrow, Chelsea should replicate what they did against AC Milan, it's gon be tough as hell, with Steven Gerrard struggling with his side to win a single game in the last four to ten years.

Potter has a good record against Manchester, I don't care what ever they have to say but against Manchester United, just know they will end up winning Erik Ten Hag which he has already done before now.

Manchester City are completely dependent on Erling Haaland for goal productivity this season because when he is not played, Manchester City have failed to win as against Copenhagen. Well, if we look at the last 5 Liverpool vs Manchester City meetings, Liverpool capable dominated their last 5 meetings. The match that will be played at Anfield is believed to be very hot from both teams where Liverpool have good capital after a big win over Rangers and Mohamed Salah has also rediscovered his sharpness in scoring goals in that match. I predict Liverpool will be able to beat City at home.

Yup! and if Erling Halland couldn't play again then this could also mean a great loss for them and Liverpool is no pushover they can surely bring a hardtime for teams that might not a perfect striker for them and in Man City's case if Erling Halland can not play, but looking at Manchester City's Injuries Erling Halland is not included, then only got Kalvin Phillips with a Shoulder injury, and Kyle Walker with a groin injury and the list of suspended was Benjamin Mendy and Sergio Gómez,

Did you find out why he didn't play?

Maybe the exact reason he didn't play was because he was being rested for the Liverpool game  Grin
So if you are a Liverpool fan out there, don't even have any hope this early that he won't feature in the match unless if there is some injury news that I didn't come across.

Also can we confirm if all the matches City lost points in, Haaland did play in them?

I think you are right and to be really ready for Liverpool they are sacrificing 1 game just to be sure, it really makes sense because he is not on the list of Injuries so it should be he is resting for the Liverpool game because for Man City they can not afford to put their best Goal maker injured for the Liverpool game,

My picks for today's game, not going to make a bet today, for financial reasons, but here are my picks

Aston Villa FC VS Chelsea FC

Stake odds for this game are 4.50 for Aston while 3.65 for a draw and 1.84 for Chelsea, It seems that Chelsea is the favorite to win here and Chelsea is the safest pick to bet on while Aston Villa is down the drain for me had the risk in betting on, but the odds seem fair so this could be the best bet,

Manchester United FC VS Newcastle United FC

Stake odds for this game are 1.99 for Man United, 3.80 for Draw, and 3.70 for Newcastle, the odds seem fair to me Man United should not underestimate Newcastle they are quite a handful if you let them see what you are been up to, but I think Manchester can handle this so for this match my pick is the Manchester United,

Liverpool FC VS Manchester City FC

Stake odds for this game are 3.70 for Liverpool while 4.10 for a draw, and 1.89 for Man City, It seems that Erling Halland has a high chance of playing against Liverpool, It seems that Erling Halland didn't play for the 2nd match against Copenhagen maybe the purpose was for Erling Halland to take a breather, and rest for the upcoming Liverpool game, so my pick is Man City,

Actually Manchester City are one of the best performing teams in the world this season, 9 games in the English Premier league with zero loses and also performance well in the Champions league. I won't say they cannot be beaten because in the EPL wonders happen and a lot of times we have seen unbeatable teams been humiliated by smaller teams and I hope that wouldn't be the case for City in this form lol. Hopefully Liverpool will put up a good fight against the reigning champions tomorrow and I will be supporting Liverpool all the way.
Manchester City most solid team in this season with unbeaten record until 9 games in English Primer League and have well performance at Champion League with 3 won of 4 games success lead to knock out stage. Impressive record and unbeaten at English Primer League I don't think easy for Manchester City beat Liverpool on next match, I think the kop with poor performance at English primer League try how to win and actually Manchester City have been great rival and need to win. Liverpool need to win if want back to top standing position, left many points behind with Manchester City and Arsenal is not good optional right now actually out from top fourth position standing.

Man City is truly a great club but that does not make them unbeatable, they have great formation with incredible players, and with great teamwork which is most important in any team, talking about Tottenham vs everton today was a great match and Tottenham winning 2:0 is a nice goal lead against everton, having kane in the game is a edge against Tottenham , evrton had 38 ball possession and tottenham 62 this showed that tottenham actually played everton very well and also a record of collecting four yellow card doh expected more from everton.

Newcastle is not an easy opponent for Manchester United considering their excellent development this season, and currently Newcastle are in sixth position and Manchester United in 5th place just 1 point adrift of 14/15 points.
I'm sure it will be an interesting match because both will try to get full points, Manchester will maintain its position in the standings while Newcastle will try to shift it. And both teams have had positive notes of late, and Ten Hag also hopes Rashford will perfect his finish when he gets the chance.
These two teams are ranked not much different from 5 and 6. however, so far Newcastle are better than Man United who have only lost one of their nine matches in the premier league. which means, Newcastle is not an easy opponent to be conquered by the Red Devils even though they play at Old Trafford as the host.
if I look at the various predictions of the line-up, it looks like Ronaldo will be the main starting in the match and so will Rashford.  Man United vs Newcastle match can be a stage for Ronaldo to achieve important achievements.

if he can score two goals, Ronaldo will complete his goal collection in the league stage to 500. but it seems this is something difficult, both for Ronaldo and for the Red Devils to win this match. even so, a good choice if you want to bet on this match is on the home team.
They may have lost just a single game, but won only 3, whereas United won 5, and the difference comes from tied games. Newcastle is definitely at the same level as United, but they are not far better at all, they are the same level if you ask me. Having a bit lower in the rankings is proof that they are not that good, even though they lost only 1 game.

Newcastle is the type of team that will fight for some points, it could be 1 or 3 but they will try to get it, and they built a good team so they should be fine. I believe it's going to be a close game for sure, or at least close enough for us to watch and have some fun. I personally believe that the best we can do is a bet for them to draw.

Leicester must start to win some games but instead they couldn't beat Crystal Palace at home today. I'm afraid it might be relegation football this season and then hope they stay in it. Tottenham won quite easily at home from Everton and tomorrow Liverpool will play at home against Manchester City. The bookmakers are not quite in agreement about who is the favorite for the game, but it is close. City are playing much better at the moment. I am also curious how Virgil van Dijk will set up his defense against the phenomenon Haaland. Can they stop him this time or is he going to do another hat trick?

Leicester City right from the beginning f the season have not gained their ground in the premier league and their performance has been steadily decreasing outcomes after each game this call for concern for Leicester City fans and club management and if care is not taken, and the right thing is done on time Leicester City may end up on the relegation zone in the next couple of weeks to come as the point presently is ow below average so I can see their performance is extremely poor this season.
I think Leicester City will be more serious in dealing with problems at the club. But until now, they can only draw against Crystal Palace. It's really a pretty bad performance, especially when they're playing at their home ground.

Leicester City is currently in the second-last position in the standings. But this is still not enough if they want to get out of the relegation zone. It's very unfortunate.
This is really very unfortunate. even their management doesn't seem to care anymore about the fate of the club, as if there has been no serious action to deal with it.

In the end Leicester only got a goalless draw, even though Leicester took the lead in shots on goal but unfortunately no one scored. Because from many previous predictions Leicester does have the ability to score goals even though they are at the bottom of the table, but again and again it is not easy to predict the right result because those who are basically quite productive in scoring goals can end the match without a goal as well. It is still difficult for Leicester to get out of the relegation zone, they must have a plan to buy some players in the upcoming transfer market.

source

Leicester City management should have a clear plan for the January transfer window. King Power International Group should invest in more players because Leicester City needs more good players. They must have a list of targeted players and start making necessary arrangements and lobbying their agents to get these players. This team just needs little reinforcement and they would at least avoid relegation this season.

But their performance improved in today's match but they created fewer chances and failed to take the few ones they had. Crystal Palace was totally flat today. Coach Patrick Vieira even acknowledged at the post-match interview that they had a very woeful performance.
Absolutely, it looks like Liecester have no plan for the season, selling out their key players for profit without suitable replacements to fill in the positions. It's a shame to see the past EPL champions failing to get two win in 8 games, securing just 4 points from 24 valuable points, This is very poor and it is high time the club owners sit up and invest money in the club to prevent been relegated.

Leicester City are having their worst season since returning to the Premier League; they have been performing well in previous seasons, qualifying for the Champions League and coming close to winning it once, but I don't know what is going on with the team

I'll tell what is happening with the team. The other top EPL teams has been building their own squad every season while Leicester has been selling some of their top players of the seasons to the other club. Well making money is one of the main objective in having a club but honestly they cant keep up with the rest if they keep on doing it

They are having a rough season but its not the end for them though. Last season, Newcastle was having it rough before December then somehow bounced back

@ arallmuus you have said it all. Leicester city are simply out for the money the make from selling off players. This season is telling so rough on them and so far they have won only one game drawn two and lost seven games after playing a total of ten games. For me Bredan Rodger should be sacked maybe that could be a good lift for the club

At least for now the Chelsea fans are not too worried about Tuchel's departure because at the moment their form is slowly picking up and of course this is something very good for them.
At the moment Chelsea are still unbeaten after having Potter there and of course with their 3 wins to date they are back on a good run in the Premier League table.
Even Tuchel wasn't that bad when he started off his campaign at Chelsea, but the ungrateful board wasn't patient with him afterwards, even after giving them UCL trophy. Still too early to conclude that Potter will do better, let's give it about 6 months or end of this season.,

The coach being fired is not the solution, because in my opinion the wrong management sold their important players. I think it's a little strange the management got it wrong but blamed the coach. whoever the coach is, if you don't bring in good players, it's hard to compete in the EPL.
Leicester City underwent a total change in this season, The change I mean is their performance was really bad at the start of the season, I didn't expect them to be bottom of the table but the truth is Leicester city is still struggling to out of the relegation zone until the 10th game this season. if we look at the changes that occurred in the transfer window last season there were no significant changes made by the management of Leicester City because the Leicester City squad was still dominated by players who played in the previous season. Vardy seems to have lost 100% of his scoring prowess because he hasn't managed to score a single goal this season. Maybe one way the management should do is find a new coach and fire Rodgers because a new coach can bring changes to Leicester City. The dressing room situation is rumored to be a little disharmonious between Rodgers and the players. I think the management of leicester city has been able to draw the right conclusion to save Leicester City from the bottom of the standings.

Everton did not perform so well against Tottenham. I obviously did not expect them to win but at least I expected them to do better by getting a goal. 2-1 would have been a nice score instead of 2-0. The Everton guys like Grey made good runs into the Tottenham defence in the first half but they were selfish with the ball that is why they failed, coupled with the blunder of the goal keeper.

What I'm focusing on is here (in the screenshot) how can Everton do nothing in Tottenham defensive area even though we know they have some great striker
Or can we think Tottenham's defense is too strong? so hard to penetrate, after all this was one of Everton's worst performances coaches need to pay attention and apply other strategies so as not to fall into the relegation zone.

Everton focus on defending and only occasionally counter-attack and even then can be said to be not dangerous at all.
In the end Tottenham were superior in everything like the players, strategy and possession it was clear they were dominating and the score was 2-0.
What I highlight is Richalrison because this is the first time he has played against his former club, even though he did not create goals or assists but he played quite well in this match.
