I don’t think Aston Villa or Chelsea can win the Premier League this season though Chelsea might be looking like they are resurrected and scoring goals, Enzo Maresca still have so much to prove before I can believe that Chelsea is back to their glory days.
Why will you even think these two clubs will be able to win the Premier League this season when we have clubs like Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool currently dragging for the first position? Chelsea performance has been kind of good this season, and they have been surprising people with their incredible performance. Enzo Maresca strategy is really impressive, but he has to work on his defense.
Chelsea defense is still kind of weak, which is making them concede goals easily, and if Enzo Maresca keeps on making use of Jackson, then Chelsea will always find it difficult to score goals because they are always creating chances, but Jackson is not really experienced enough to convert those chances to goals. Jackson is not really consistent.
To win the Premier League this season is indeed very unlikely if you see the current ability, their competitors are too strong for Aston Villa and Chelsea, of course things that are beyond reason, but if they can grow faster and there are miracles that hit one of them possibly possible At the end of the Premier League they were at the top.
But my mind is still unreasonable.
It's true that Chelsea and Aston Villa aren't without a chance of winning the Premier League trophy, but their odds are lower compared to Liverpool, Man City, and Arsenal. This is regardless of any luck they might get in the upcoming matches. In the history of the Premier League, miracles have happened. Less than a decade ago, we saw Leicester City defy public expectations in the 2015-2016 season. In this regard, fans of both clubs can be a little optimistic. However, being realistic, they're more likely to aim for a top-four finish to secure Champions League ticket.
Meanwhile, following the current Premier League developments, the intensity of the title race seems to be increasing. Liverpool, Man City, and Arsenal are likely to compete fiercely until the end of the season, provided they avoid the storm of player injuries. On the other hand, if these top three teams falter, Chelsea and Aston Villa could seize the opportunity, provided they maintain their consistency. We'll see how the top five of the table looks after the international break.
