I think that it's not true at all. If manchester city make two goals and MU has a chance to make more goals than manchester city but it's also having the same chance to create less goals than MU. In my opinion if this derby between MU and city is very hard to predict caused by both are best team in EPL. You will be surprised if MU will able to beat city with huge score. I will never underestimate another team even when MU already still at the bottom of EPL

I just realized Manchester City home matches records that this season they had 4 matches in all competitions at their home ground and they can able to win all of it so this seems very hard match for Manchester United because most of teams who playing at Etihad stadium will ended with lose results even some of them has been lose with big scores and Manchester City also very sharp at there because from total 23 goals until week 8 approximately they can score 17 goals from home matches so the mission it's almost be impossible to Manchester United to stole at least 1 point from them

Arsenal vs Tottenham Hotspur, statistics has shown that for the past 11( eleven ) years Arsenal are unbeaten in Emirates stadium after they lost 3:2 in November 2010. Tottenham Hotspur find it difficult to win Arsenal at Home, hence I'll give straight winning to Arsenal. Their current EPL leader and they have performed well this season.

The odds of Manchester United to win may appear too big but there is a possibility for United to win because Manchester United is a team that usually gets motivated when they play against big teams and most times they end up winning the games even in poor form, the game against Arsenal is an example of this everyone expected Arsenal to win the game but the matche endded 3:1 in favor of Manchester United and against city at away I think the chances of United winning may appear slim but their  away record against City is one thing bettors shouldn't forget in a hurry.

The Manchester derby is definitely a goal-goal game, that's facts. I personally am not so sure of a draw but indeed, a draw is very likely considering that previously Manchester City were held to draws at Aston Villa 1-1 and Newcastle 3-3, both of which Manchester City played away. But for the match against Manchester United, at least Manchester City will play at home, which so far Manchester City has not lost when playing at the Etihad Stadium. But yes, by the way Manchester United also has a good record for away matches so far too, from three matches Manchester United can win two and lose one. Therefore, Manchester United does have a chance to end the match with a draw but after all, I think the chance for Manchester City to win is higher.

What makes me a little bit sure that the game will probably end in a draw is because I saw the performance of Manchester United. But on the other hand I became doubtful when I saw Manchester City which was so impressive in appearance. I have high hopes for Manchester United's back line to look stunning again in this match. If they succeed in playing like the previous match, a draw is a big opportunity for Ten Hag's squad.

Even though Haaland is still relatively young, Haaland's experience is enough to make him a very productive striker. Actually Haaland had started
to show his quality as a striker before joining Dortmund, when strengthening Salzburg Haaland has shown a very good performance. Therefore
