I would say Manchester United management should have looked for a new experienced coach earlier in the season. We saw poor performances from Barcelona and Bayern Munich last season. But both these clubs have changed their coaches. And both teams are in great form this season. La Liga and Bundesliga are now dominated by Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

We have seen this poor performance from Manchester United in the last few seasons. It was only last season that we realized that this team was impossible to improve with Ten Hag. However, Manchester United management once again offered Ten Hag a chance. And Manchester United's performance in this season is also very bad. Unless the coach changes, it is foolish to expect anything better from this team.

Yeah, more than 30 matches left which means anything is possible just look at the top 5 teams each team is only 1-3 points behind it's not something that is difficult to pursue. I personally believe that the team that loses the least will be closer to the title well, here Manchester City and Arsenal still hold the record then they deserve to be winners at least based on statistics from the last 6 matches. To see the overall chances of each team, we have to wait until the middle of the season usually the team with the best statistics can be the winner of the title.

By the way I just checked the top scorers list and right now I see 2 Aston Villa players taking their places there Ollie Watkins and Jhon Durán is this a sign that they are one of the candidates? Chelsea also placed 2 players there Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson also some players on the top assist list. If the new coach can optimise this potential then Chelsea could really be a threat, the big names in their squad can destroy any team as long as it is controlled by the right manager.

man, there are no two ways about this -- if he continues to perform like this, he'll be sacked in less than no time and that's no one's fault. I learnt he came up with a statement that he can't be sacked, and that he's come to stay... Meanwhile, he doesn't have the attributes that the club needs to keep him.

What is he still waiting for? I made a remark about how weak his defense strategy was in this match... How does he even begin a match without pairing defenders to atleast, have a backup that falls in if one is on a quest for a counter attack? It's not everyone that knows how to run fast to their position to avoid creating a scoring opportunity for the opponents.
Jordan Sancho has nothing to do with this... We all know he's definitely gonna perform with the right instructions.

I understand that The Blues has been able to perform really well in the last match. Of course, they deserve to be praised. But I just want to remind people that this performance was given against Brighton and the match was played at Stamford Bridge, okay? I also want to praise Chelsea because the recent performance from them has been pretty good. Far better compared to what it was in the last season if I recall correctly. Now it does seem like Enzo Maresca has found what is going to work the best for them. But the bigger question is are they going to be able to hold that consistency?

In the last season, we have seen The Blues be very inconsistent from time to time. if a club is not consistent enough, especially in the English Premier League, it is definitely very hard for Enzo Maresca to actually achieve the top four positions. I would assume that Chelsea is at least going for the top four this season. So obviously they will have to show the same kind of performance against weaker opponents that they have shown against Brighton.

I remember the times when coaches themselves resigned after unsuccessful results. But firstly, they are long gone, and secondly, Ten Hag lives in his own world where almost everything is good, only a few little things remain to be corrected. I believe the club is already looking for a replacement, but I don't understand why they can't fire him right now and give someone temporary management? It can't get any worse.

It is a pity that United management is watching the club turning into a mediocre club and they cannot do anything about it. They so much believe in Ten Hag to the point that they don't see anything wrong with it. I don't think that Ten Hag will improve the performance of the team because he does not know how to go about it, if not he would have done that instead of all these disgrace.

One big problem that Ten Hag has is that he always put the blame of failure on his players instead of accepting that it was his own fault, so that he can look for a way to improve himself. Sooner or later, he will get fired because has nothing to offer and when Manchester united did not qualify for any European competition next season is when the management understand.

That is so true, normally I would understand some things taking time, because a manager can't just take over a team and win all the games, and if this was the first season ever for him then I would say that's normal and the team is just getting adjusted to how he plays, but right now it's his third season and it's clear that we are not going to see them get any better. If they started terrible but became better, then I would say it was a good decision to keep him, this dude was third place, on his first season, won fa cup on his second season, these are all good, and he ended with a cup every season he has been there.

I think it is clear that ETH is only given a courtesy extended time because they thought he would make the team better but it's clear that he is not getting better at all, he is getting worse and worse. This is why I think he should be fired right away.

Manchester United performance under Ten Hag has been very poor and even when he managed to win two minor trophies for the Red Devils it is clear that it is still not worth the amount of money they has spent at the moment, last season Manchester United won the FA Cup but behind all that they actually recorded the worst defeat record in the club history, I think indeed Ten Hag dismissal may not guarantee Manchester United to be better later, especially after Ferguson retirement there is no coach who has been able to help them win the Premier League trophy so far, but I think sometimes it's better to try it than nothing and does not  wrong to take the risk of changing the coach if the reality is that now Ten Hag is not able to bring Manchester United better,I think Manchester United today actually has great ambition and support after Sir Jim Ratcliffe became the owner with the second largest club share after the Glazer Family, although Glazer is still the majority owner but Jim Ratcliffe is the one who makes decisions about every operation of Manchester today because of his current status as Co-Owner, So for now we can't completely blame the Glazerr family anymore, especially in the last 3 seasons the club owners has spent more than 600 million euros to build the squad.

Exactly my point,  I’m not gonna say Ten Hag is a bad Coach, every coach has their lapses, as well as their own technique, and I think how good the team performs is fully dependent on the team’s relationship with the coach. Cristiano Ronaldo is an experienced player with high profile and loves to do things his own way without being bossed around by anyone, and this enables him to utilize his full potential, while Eric Ten Hag is a great Coach who loves to lead and always want the team to follow his instructions, and this also keeps him top in his game. Having these two personalities on the same team would be pretty difficult and almost impossible for them to work together, and that’s why he had to let Ronaldo go, even with all his potentials. When Ten Hag first arrived at Old Trafford, he blended well with the team and that’s why their performance was at its peak.

I don’t think Erik Ten Hag feels any pressure to get results. You can tell from his demeanor and his comments in post match interviews that this man is unbothered by the poor results he’s getting. His job is secured so why would he be bothered. Even if Manchester United lose to Aston Villa by a humiliating scoreline this weekend, Erik Ten Hag will still keep his job. The Glaziers mistake is sticking with a manager that obviously has no clear plan for the team.

Not dangerous due to their own fault and carelessness, if they keep playing with strength and speed, they definitely don't lose their footing.  They may not be interested in the match or they were under pressure or they will lose the match due to the mistake of considering the opposing team to be weak.  So it's MU's fault they could have played well and played smart which would not have cost them but I think MU are still clueless.  They should improve so that they can save themselves, if they can't do that then they should buy new players or change the coach.  These will create some changes in them to help them and be able to play the match.  If MU manage to improve themselves, they can put Ten Hag out of their way.  If they work hard, it will happen.  Otherwise, the Ten hag, who are somewhat strong team, cannot easily beat MU.

 Erik ten Hag is really under pressure right now because he hasn't performed satisfactorily and although there's been previous calls for his sack nothing has changed yet but from the way things are right now, if he can't deliver in his next two games against Porto in the Europa league competition and Aston Villa in the Premier league, his sorry ass may well be shown the door.
 Personally, I feel he's being given this long rope because sacking him would mean they'd have to pay him for the remainder of his contract and that's not funds they are willing to spare now and doing it will also mean accepting defeat by Sir Jim Radcliff who felt that the Dutchman could do better after he was given a reprieve and an extension to his contract.
 The problem with United is their structure and this is not limited to their stadium alone but the whole body of Man UTD because even though Erik is sacked right now, whats the assurance that the next coach won't experience the same setbacks he's facing right now? I don't feel Erik ten Hag is the only person that needs to go, but the Glazers need to sell the club off to someone else because they're not just cutting it. We're blaming ten Hag right now cause he's at the forefront when we should be pointing our attention to the owners.

Erik Ten Hag should have been sacked four months ago. Winning the FA Cup was the only thing that saved his job last season. I think Manchester United are tired of sacking managers and do not want to make it a club culture. The 500million pounds question is if United sacks Erik Ten Hag, will the new manager be able to work with the expensive players Ten Hag bought or will Manchester United have a overhaul of these players and spend another money in the transfer market.

Ipswich Town hosted Aston Villa at home. The match ended in a 2-2 draw, making it 4 draws after losing the first 2 weeks against the league's fixtures. After leading 2-1 at half time, Aston Villa couldn't show much in the second half. Ipswich town stepped up the pressure and scored the equalizer to take 1 point from this tough encounter.
Tottenham, on the other hand, managed to beat Manchester United away. With Fernandes' red card towards the end of the first half, Manchester United, whose chances of winning were diminishing, were defeated by 3 goals from their opponent.

Chelsea are way clear of Manchester United right now. Enzo Maresca took up this team as a challenge, got a lot of changes made in terms of the squad, and now has started winning games very effectively. I mean even if you hate Chelsea, or don't support them, you gotta love this Cole Palmer guy. His name is often Cold Palmer for a reason, what a humble guy, and what a great goalscorer he has turned out to be. His 4 first half goals were the first time this happened in the Premier League, and that is something huge for sure.

Manchester United have been shambolic this season, to say the least. They got thrashed against bigger teams like Spurs and Liverpool, drew against mid-table clubs, played horrible in most games. And you can't just blame Erik Ten Hag for it. One of their most vocal fans, Mark Goldbridge has discussed this, and the problem is also the players. Their integrity, passion are not at the level you expect them to see in. I think they have to do a lot better than they are currently doing to get back on track because this is nowhere near the Manchester United level.

When there is no correlation between the players and the coach, the whole team will always suffer the resultant of the disunity between them. Manchester United are not playing a good football now but all blame is on the coach while the players also have their own role to showcase in order to be victorious. Some blame the lose to the red card, but in football today, even with red card, your team can still prevails against all odds and win the match, so that’s not an excuse. They were technically poor and they faced that awful defeat because of that.

Chelsea football team have technically improve their performance in the league and they’re now standing in the top four of the table. I don’t know how well they can go with this performance but most people are already praising them and envisioning them amongst the top teams for the league title. I only see that will be possible if they are able to continue with this performance till the end of the season. They can win the league title with consistent results like this.

This is a proof that the management of Manchester United are totally aware of Erik ten Hag's poor coaching but are reluctant in making any big decisions concerning the future of the Dutch manager. Manchester United this season have scored just 1 goal in their home ground the Old Trafford this season and have also been able to gather just 7 points in 6 league games, yet, the club management doesn't see any need to sack their manager. The players of the club doesn't seem to understand the tactics of the manager and that's why they've not been convincing with their performances. Maybe the club management will sack him when the club is finally relegated.

Ten Hag outspent every other manager that came before him. At this point, even Manchester United fans find it difficult to defend Erik Ten Hag and want him gone. Ten Hag has turned Manchester United to a banter club that everyone - even fans of small teams in the Premier League can take shots at. Manchester United should have let Ten Hag go after the FA Cup. Ten Hag would have left with his pride intact, and United would have a new manager.

Erik ten Hag would, at any rate, be given plenty of opportunities at Manchester United with the full backing and the belief he could have turned things around. A reputation for being a very strict coach, the ability to build strong teams— this is what he proved at Ajax. His idea about team-building on paper seemed quite promising, especially regarding the acquisition of players by whom the quality of the team could have been uplifted.

Regrettably, the results up to now have not matched the level of the fans or the club. Manchester United still show this inconsistency on the field—though there are bouts of good moments, this is encapsulated by the team’s performances on the whole. The question then arises as to whether there is implementation from the players in reality as well as at the ground level of the strategy that Ten Hag wants to see, or deeper trust issues in the dressing room with the manager.

Manchester United have not given up on Erik Ten Hag. They believe in his ability to turn things around in the club, could it be that the bosses at Manchester United are seeing something that we can’t? Ten Hag’s building plan may look good on paper but the poor results are telling on the mentality of the players. I suspect the players are beginning to doubt the strategy of the manager and are not following his instructions. Manchester United should sack Erik Ten Hag and bring in a manager that will instill confidence in the players.
