Very Difficult
With their current condition, it is clear that this is quite a difficult thing to do, especially since their current condition clearly makes them even more difficult for them.
This is another not-so-good result for Chelsea.
They can still compete for the top 4 but to fight for the title it's definitely a tough thing for them to do.

well, in these games today we had very surprising results, as is the case of chelsea who lost, honestly chelsea is not doing well this season, they need to sign good players, last season they were already sick to the point of being at risk of not being in the first 4 places, and even seeing that they weren't doing well last season, they didn't make big changes in the team this season, I don't understand what they're thinking

Fulham 2 - 1 Brighton

 

Fulham got a victory thanks to luck, this is a case to say that sometimes you need to be lucky to win the game, Brighton had no luck in this game, they had more ball power but Lewis Dunk was the hundred of the defeat , but Brighton is still in 4th position, something temporary because I doubt that until the end of the season they will remain in that position

Crystal Palace 1 - 1 Brentford

honestly, this was a very unpredictable game and I'm glad I didn't bet on this game, the two teams only have one win in 5 games, they're bad, so I'm starting to think that we will still see cristal palace fighting to not be relegated

Leeds 1 - 1 Everton

everton is not doing well, they still haven't managed to win at least 1 game and everything will only get worse because the next everton games are against liverpool and arsenal, they are in a situation where they will only lose points and be at the bottom of the table, maybe it is this time they will be relegated, i commented on it 3 months ago when i said everton need to make big changes or this time they will be relegated

Southampton 2 - 1 Chelsea

does anyone here believe chelsea has any chance of winning the premier league this season?

In this period of the season when you play every three days you have to rotate players, you can't say because he didn't play kovacic that's the reason they loss or because he didn't have kante in bench also, the defence is good you can't have azpilicueta, thiago Silva and koulibaily and still complain about bad defence, just that the saith were good in attack today and Adams didn't give the defence breathing space.what Chelsea really needs is a striker.

I'm one of those who didn't expect an impressive start from this team. I understand that the club is still recovering from the shake up brought by the "expulsion" of the previous owner. 2-1-2 is actually not that bad given the situation they are in and I think we'll see better results after a few more games.

As if they don't know this already....everybody who watches the premier league is aware of this fact and I'm pretty sure those players and managers knew this as well even before the season started.

Finally someone that talks about Fulham. If I need a word to describe Fulham, that would be stunning and they are stunning indeed. Most of the times, the newly promoted teams in EPL ended up having pretty much lame result but Fulham has been smashing the league so far. Aside from losing to Arsenal, they are totally much better than some teams in EPL

It's always been preeminent from the transfer seasons that Chelsea was going to have a hard time this season after they were unable to make signings to fill the crucial positions in there team. The result of there failure in the transfer market is what we are witnessing now. It's a good thing they've got just few days to make any urgent and necessary conclusions on deals and improve there team because,the team looks so weak for an EPL competitive team. Even Leeds and Fulham played more better.

I watched the match. Southampton's two goals were impressive. Chelsea's defenders could not put up any resistance. Chelsea was not prepared for conceding two goals. In the second half, Southampton focused on keeping their defense tight. As Chelsea could not attack much in the second half, Southampton easily won 2-1.
This match proved once again that the performance of the Chelsea team is very poor this season. Chelsea players were not able to attack much despite having the ball in their possession more. At the moment, Chelsea is in eighth place in the points table.

I don't know why when you see the promotion team at the start of the season, they always look very good and it's not impossible that they can survive in a tough league at this time.
We can see now that Fulham at the start of this season are still playing quite well even if we look at their 5 games, 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss obviously this is something quite good in my opinion.
But indeed this is just the beginning, they must continue to be consistent in this matter in order to at least be in the middle of the board.

Southampton had a better defense. I was expecting a strong comeback in the second half but the best part of the match was held by Southampton. Most of Chelsea attempts were stopped by Southampton defense. It was a deserve win for Southampton.  

Today's match will be an eye opener to Tuchel and the new Chelsea owner. England football has changed. No team is guaranteed any position again. You shouldn't be surprised to hear that Newcastle has beaten Manchester City. Manchester United won Southampton weekend and today Southampton defeated Chelsea. This is why every game matters. Any club that does not pick up now might not pick up again.

Southampton has always been a threat to Chelsea in the premier league. They either win Chelsea or draw with them.
It is very appalling that Chelsea has lost 2 of their match in their 5 opening games. If Chelsea continues to play like this, they won't be able to get close to the 4th position of the premier league this season.
It's bad that Chelsea players no longer score as they suppose to or dominating their opponents on possession again.

Chelsea losing to Southampton really a bad results for both the club and the manager. Thomas Tuchel needs more centre back in the team and also creative Midfielders in the team. Infact all their players need needs backup especially the Midfield and Frontline. Kai havertz needs a good and sharp replacement, the same thing goes to Kante. Talking about Fulham, their form this season is massive and they are always ready to put any stunt on any club that opposes them. As a matter of fact, Fulham might finish top 6 this season only if they are consistent in winning games.

Fulham comes to Premier league to stay, they are here to compete for Champions league spot, because the way they are playing really showed that they came well prepared, they only lose to Arsenal this season and their striker Mitrovich has continued his form by scoring in almost all their match.
Chelsea on the other hand has lose again for the second time this season, I think right now, Tuchel tactics need to questioned because we can all see that the team lack attacking ability, they really need to improve if not, the season will not go well for them.

Chelsea are not doing well this season. Made a lot of purchases lately, but what is the end result? Played 5 games and only 7 points. Very unworthy of Chelsea. It could be that they now win 10 times in a row, but playing football so close to the transfer deadline is never fun I think. And they don't know yet what will happen to Ziyech. I have the feeling that Chelsea lacks a real goal-gatter up front, like Barcelona has now with Lewandovsky. That young German has too little experience in my view. This could be a very difficult season for Chelsea.

Come to think of it, what is wrong with Tuchel? Why does he have Armando Broja on the bench with the performance K  Hervats have been giving in the past games? Does he have to try so much before realising that K. Harvetz and M. Mount aren't doing anything in that attack? I think Tuchel is the constituting his own problems by not making proper and timely substitution. Christian Pulisic on the other hand was unable to stand and play. His ball controls where totally out of place and he was easily muscled away from the ball.
The Southampton team surely deserved this win and it was a very good one from them.

It must be frustrating for this Chelsea new owner, the more he invest the more the team is sinking. Despite investing heavily in the defence line, that department still look like that of  millwall Fc......or is it that Tuchel tactics are becoming stale, maybe he needs to reinvent himself or elso he joins Scot Parker as Co-admin of " sacked manager's. This is all on Tuchel! Why keep kovacic? When got so lucky against leceister City but tonight they are like a team in disarray. No time to experiment in Premier league, u need play your best all time, like someone said, Tuchel is feeling so relaxed compared to Abramovich era, when every losses is like a wasted life line.

What a win by Fulham and they continue their amazing form this league in the premier league. Also Aleksandar Mitrovic continues to dominate on the field and if he didnt miss that penalty against Wolves he would have scored in every single match in the premier league. I think we can expect a lot more from him this season

Fulham somehow became a very strong team to beat Brighton in today's match. This season's promoted team cannot be underestimated by any team as they don't seem to be wasting any chance to get points. They get maximum points against Brentford and Brighton, while 1 point against Wolves. Even Arsenal had been thrown into chaos when Fulham took the lead in the 56th minute of the previous match, but Arsenal were lucky to take advantage a few minutes before the match ended.

Chelsea lose this midweek due to difficulty scoring against Southampton. This is an unpleasant situation for Chelsea considering they do not appear consistent in every match. 2 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw is a disappointing result, so don't know if they can be relied on as title challengers this season.

I can say Tuchel has more problems in the attack than he has in the defence. Koulibaly and Silva are doing well as the duo can be said to be bullies to the strikers. Even the Chelsea midfield needs attention, in the absence of Kante, Galagher got red carded. He got red card as his team mate Koulibaly came back from red card suspension. It seems that the overall Chelsea team is not balanced yet.

Right now, four matches are in progress with three home teams are leading and one team Leeds United is trailing against Everton which is having no win from their first four matches of this season even we have 35 minutes left in this match, and it's right now in complete control of Leeds United but still good defense from Everton side is enough for them to stay in good position after taking early lead through Gordon goal.

In another good match between Southampton vs Chelsea after 70 minutes home team leading by 2 - 1 with Tuchel done few changes and Pullsic is on ground for having some better effort for equalizer in another match Crystal Palace were doing good but 88th minute goal from Brentford steal their game and now at level with 1 - 1.

Edit: Leeds United done equalizer through Sinisterra in 55th minute.
