I'm a little disappointed with Thomas Tuchel's strategy in this match. The position occupied by Ruben Loftus-Cheek should have been filled by Reece James and Tuchel should have played C. Azpilicueta from the start of the match.

Regarding the red card received by Kalidou Koulibaly, I don't think Koulibaly needs to do that when Chelsea are already 2 goals behind. But what can be done, the decision has been made and he did not expect it to be like that.

Just after the whistle at the start of the first half Man City had taken the points unexpectedly so quickly. No, it's not only Mendy's fault but the defenders weren't great today either. They left enough space in defense which the Leeds United players then took advantage of to send in a pass. Obviously it was a bad day for Chelsea, things didn't improve until they lost Koulibaly to a red card which would cost them their next match. But it's a great day for Leeds United, they secured maximum points at home.

For the next game: Newcastle United vs Manchester City.
I think the away team will win this game without much problem. I'm looking forward to Haaland's performance today.

They started with a stupid mistake from Mendy. The goalkeeper repeated a stupid mistake that is similar to De Gea in the past.

After the first conceded goal, they can not come back and got two more conceded goals. This terrible defeat is completed by a second yellow card and a red card for their main central defender, Koulibaly. It is worse than a defeat because they will not have Koulibaly in next few matches. That will likely affect their performance in next matches too.

Leeds United with this shocked win just jumps to the second position after Arsenal. It is temporarily and can be changed if Manchester City win their match.

Chelsea are just terrible at the moment. Right after losing two points against Tottenham, they were demolished by Leeds 3-0. Something is not right. Because Chelsea would have beaten Leeds easily normally. Leeds didn't start the season badly maybe but I didn't see them better than Chelsea of course. Tuchel must find the root of this problem quickly. Otherwise Chelsea could be among the teams struggling to enter top 4.

I don't know if Chelsea had a poor performance or if Leeds played really well as the victory is well deserved. For me , Chelsea , is not the team it used to be last year and Cucurella reminds me of David Luiz from Chelsea or Fellaini of Man.United and none of them did a good job when they played in EPL.

The bookies also placed Chelsea on number 3 of winning the EPL but after first 3 games , I think Arsenal has better chances than Chelsea so they should be promoted to 3rd place , followed by Spurs and then Chelsea.

Not only was Leeds able to maintain a clean sheet despite beating Chelsea to a 3 goals victory, they also aged to commit Koulibaly to getting a red card. I just didn't understand what I was watching from Chelsea and Tuchel was stunned in this game. He just didn't know what to do to change the teams performance rather than to seat and watch. Leeds exposed Chelsea to how vulnerable they could be under pressure and they were able to maintain there pressure over Chelsea right from the first seconds of the first half down to the final whistle. A well deserved 3 points for Leeds, now Chelsea gets to go back and look at its team.
I wonder what would be a Harry Maguire to the Chelsea squad after watching this game.

Leeds players don't look scared against Chelsea. They are comfortable playing from foot to foot, the players are constantly looking for space. Young players also dare to duel. Three outstanding leed players aaronson-harrison-rodrygo, the three of them seem to have really got chemistry.
Chelsea actually looked nervous and seemed to be running out of ideas when they entered the final third of the Leeds defense.

Yeah, the first goal was out of Mendy's carelessness but, what about th second or the third. They all came off a properly crossed and contested ball. Chelsea would be recording there first lose this season and chances are that, they won't get to score a goal even.

Chelsea played ball and you can't say that leeds Play more than Chelsea, because only thing that brought the success the mistake of mendy first goal and the players have to lose control from the initial. Concerning offsides, some of the offsides are not genius because looking at the ball you will notice that the third goal mendy kept the leeds players offside

Leeds United had a good start to the league. They continued their good game against Chelsea this week as well. They finished this match ahead and increased their league points to 7. Chelsea did not show any presence in the match. Mason Mount and Raheem Sterling were left alone on the offensive line. Mendy made a very big mistake. Fans reacted strongly against him. Chelsea's performance today was a mess from the start of the match. In the first 30 minutes of the first half, both teams tried to score several times. But after Leeds United scored in the 33rd minute, Chelsea's dominance in the match began to wane. And finally Leeds managed to win the match by 3-0. Every Leeds United player performed well today.

3:0 now and nothing has changed in the game for Chelsea, I don't think Mendy should be blame in this poor performance of Chelsea today because he was frustrated and tired because of the poor performance of the players, especially the defenders. The game is in the final minute of stoppage time and the best advice that I can give to the Chelsea coach is that he should go back and watch this game after the match so that he will know how to correct the errors of today. They have lost the game and they just need to return to winning ways in their next match.

There are no words to explain what he is going through right now. Having his team not score one goal this game and then to top it all off picking up a red card near the 80th minute did not help his cause.

In my opinion Chelsea entered this game with a dose of overconfidence and even after the first goal, they still looked unbothered as though nothing had happened and continued their style of play. Leeds on the other hand have been very technical taking full advantage of any opportunity they can create and not giving Chelsea a chance to hold the ball when they lose it. Rodrigo and Harrison did well pressing that Chelsea defense. Leeds were very aggressive, compact, consistent and composed in defence and attack, great attitude from the team, they totally deserve the win. They have had a great start to this season, they can really do well this season if they can keep up the pressure.

I don't know if this Chelsea poor performance is as a result of Kante's absence due to injury, but they have to readjust because koulibaly seem to have picked up a suspension from that Red.
