He did great things in friendly matches but when official matches come, the performance of Manchester United is bad. However, don't blame all on Ten Hag. He has his responsibility but not only him, players are responsible too.

I don’t think that Erik can walk away from the blame, because he got a clear advice from the previous coach to change the squad he chose to ignore it and made sure he was forced to leave.

New coach will never solve the problem. How many times this club was always changing its coach but always get the same result anytime. Sometime management needs to be restructured and owner must also understand if a good team can't be created easily.
Since era of alex ferguson has gone and manchester united has become worst and worst. There's no doubt being in top 4 is very difficult for this club for now.
