Actually it is a natural thing in my opinion, especially when managing a club there must be an adjustment in it and actually he didn't need long there because he entered the 2016/2017 season and one season after that in 2017/2018 and won again in the 2018/2019.
It only took him one season to improve City and this is certainly a good achievement in my opinion.

I think Ronaldo speaking out about his plan to leave Manchester United could only mean a push for the club to make signings to improve the squad. I also believe Ronaldo has the club at heart and if they make signings this summer he will be willing to stay at the club and help improve the team and fight for trophies. Ronaldo is an ambitious player and he is not ready to sit around and relax till whenever you are ready to make signings at your own time, he wants to play and win titles so if you want him to stay you have to make significant signings that will support him.

I have been a fan of his coaching style and strategy since he was at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and now Manchester City. I believe with his ability to bring a lot of success to the team he coached even though the last 2 teams he has not been able to prove the Champions League title.

Almost every season his participation in the Champions League makes me think that they are the favorites to reach the final and win the title, but that has not been proven. But I still won't be pessimistic about the possibility of him winning the Champions League title at Manchester City. Now, the number of players he has in the squad is much more likely to put him in the favourites again. Haaland, Foden, De Bruyne, Silva, Gundogan and a number of other important players will be very supportive. So I really hope that title will be won as soon as possible.

Much improvement since Conte took over, now with new players and names brought in I expect a tight a great squad looking to win a trophy after a long time now. Clement Lenglet from Barcelona just joined in recently.

This will be a more important year for Tottenham. They did not start the league well last season, but we can say that the team came to life with Conte. With new signings, they will continue to be a dangerous team in the Premier League. Even if there is no Premier League this year, I am sure that they will want to win one of the European cups. They will probably form a strong team.

Tottenham are a team that has good finances to keep fighting in the Premier League. I haven't seen them win the Premier League in the last 30 years, but they have had as many chances as a team to finish in the top 6 in the last 10 years. They are a competitive team, but have not managed to win a title so far. Even Pochettino, Mourinho and a number of their previous coaches haven't been able to prove much other than keeping this team fighting for the top 4 positions.

Conte is expected to bolster Tottenham's hopes for the title especially as he is the only Italian coach to coach Tottenham since 1898. If this is the time, then Tottenham's management should trust him more as their long-term coach.

No wonder he has no plans to extend with Man City. Because the achievements that have been presented so far are clearly enough to bring Guardiola as a coach who has big ambitions. Just wanted to see how far Man City could be more productive when they were left out. Presenting 11 trophies means Man City will have no choice but to find a suitable coach, but honestly I would say no one can beat Guardiola.

It is true that united has many good players, but most of them have inconsistent performance. Maguire was a very great defender, Pogba too, but their performance was up and down, it's mostly down for Maguire, lol.even their key player Bruno Fernandes was not very consistent either. Looking at how Pogba behave in the field, I think their might be some internal issues in the team.

What I am trying to say is that even if they can make Ronaldo stay, or they sign a new stars it will not instantly make them in the top 4 next season.

Both teams are battling with getting new signings this transfer window, since the sanctions of the UK government on the former owner of the club, a lot has changed. By this time in previous seasons we would have seen quite a number of big names already joined Chelsea but things are different now with Chelsea they are yet to get a deal done. At this point I can’t predict the outcome for Chelsea next season but something could happen before the transfer ends.

The delay of contract renew might come from two sides. Pep does not want to expand it as he might want to find another challenge if he can win Champions League with Manchester City; and Manchester City is still considering to find another coach if Pep fails with Champions League task.

I think if in the end of this contract, Manchester City can not win Champions League, they will stop this collaboration one way or another.

Conte is a very ambitious coach but he has lot of things to improve Spurs if he want to bring the club to success, with titles, not only top 4 in Premier League. Harry Kane and Son Heung Min are in best time of their career and Conte can take advantage of it. If he can improve Spurs' defense as well as find good alternatives for Son and Kane, who will bring the club to win in matches Kane-Son can not join or can not play well, Spurs can win Premier League.

Son and Kane can destroy any club in Premier League in their best days but they can not maintain it in a whole long season. So the challenge with Spurs and Conte is how to help the club winning in bad days of Son and Kane.
