Lol, they lost. And obviously they came out to win, it is not like they lost on purpose, of course that doesn't happen at this level of football; Chelsea can't wait for this season to end i am sure, they are not competing for anything in the league, they will finish third, so every EPL game will feel more or less like a burden. Chelsea will be looking at that FA cup final with so much purpose, it is their only chance of a silverware this season, i think they would just edge Liverpool in that one, Liverpool will have one eye on the Premier League title race and the CL final (if they eliminate Villarreal on Tuesday), so they might rest quite a few players, but whichever players play, i think Chelsea will win.

I am pretty sure Franky knew the task ahead of him was an uphill one, Everton were already floating around the relegation zone before they hired Franky, he believed he could lead them to safety, hence he took the job; so let us watch and see, i actually think they would stay up. It would also be interesting to see what Lampard would do if Everton actually do get relegated, would he leave, or stay and try to bring them back to the EPL after just one season away.

As predicted, Tottenham and Arsenal could win the game. They can utilize every chance to make score, but each coukd reaoly have good defense. You can assume anything, but not always assumptions can coincide with what will happen later. With all due respect to Everton, I still did not expect that Chelsea would not be able to make at least a draw. Tottenham and Arsenal continue to keep their pace and continue to fight hard for a place in the Champions League. I watched some of the second half and I was impressed by Everton's solid work against Chelsea especially defensively. It was the most important thing to do for them in the end as getting a win here was like a must for them. This huge victory can improve their morale incredibly much to fight very hard to stay in this league. Everton have a quality squad and we shouldn't see them in the second league for sure. It would be great if they can stay and start over.

No one can answer your question for sure so far we can only guess and do not rule out what you say could be true who knows right?
Currently ball possession is no longer the right reference because Chelsea controlled the game almost 80% still lose Cheesy

We know Chelsea are still safe in the top 3 so losing a few games doesn't affect them ,not too surprised.

A lotta people played that game draw but they showed they are ready to win huh!
And that's how a team should be, Newcastle leveled up and I loved too see that also.

Everton were very good at defending Chelsea well home. And this solid effort helped them win the game by 1-0. Actually they could have made it 2-0 as they found a few more chances after that. But they wasted absolute chances. At least, Chelsea failed in scoring a goal and Everton won the game. They are in a better position in terms of not relegating from the league now. But they are still in danger of course. Some very difficult games are still yet to come and Everton will need to keep this level of effort there also.

Chelsea had one of the worst performance today against Everton. Although, I understand that Everton hosted the match, but it was a winning match for the Blues. Despite dominating the game, they still found it extremely difficult to net in any goal. However, a big Congratulations to Everton, the results came as a surprise. We all underestimated their ability to win against Chelsea. While, with the recent form of Chelsea, I don't think they will be able to win in their next match.

slowly but surely, arsenal is starting to get closer to chelsea points, because of the bad results that chelsea got against everton yesterday. With bad results that Chelsea continues to get in the Premier League, I doubt they can win against Liverpool in the FA Cup later.

It's really gonna take something just short of a miracle for everton to stay in the premier league this season..they have the most difficult run in of fixtures of all the teams fighting for survival.but I think if they can keep up the fighting spirit they showed against Chelsea today they might just give themselves a chance to stay in the premier league.. Burnley also have suddenly found there form at a very crucial stage of the season..picking up back to back wins in there last two matches..leeds united also have a tricky next two fixtures in the form of arsenal and Chelsea which if they loose will be a huge blow to there fight against relegation..

I am worried too about Chelsea performance. Their results lately aren't promising at all and I wouldn't be surprised if they get kicked from top 4 in the remaining 4 rounds.
The remaining games are vs Wolves, Leeds, Leicester and Watford. Normally, these games aren't that hard but after seeing them losing vs Everton, which barely win a game, I wonder if they will stay in top 4 or it will depends from Arsenal and Spurs results..

If you ask me I will say making a mistake to drip in point may not likely happen but there is every possibility that a smaller clubs will defeat one among Liverpool or Manchester City giving their other some points ahead since both are strong and competing at the moment let see how the remaining leg will go for both.

I am having the serious feelings that Manchester city will make a mistake and Liverpool will take the day. I pray let's not wait in vain because Guardiola and his men are not smiling, they want to win both Epl and CL if possible. But I trust Jurgen Klopp, if he misses Epl, he cannot miss CL.
