Nice observation, but on the other hand if Arsenal were scoring against the big teams then they would be among them now (in fact they are not that far even from third place now). And Manchester United is not far behind to completely write them off.

In fact these two teams are in dire need of a win as they look to salvage some hope of staying in the English top flight. But I think Burnley are in desperate need a win tonight. Everton and Burnley are both very weak teams. So you can't predict surely which team will win. Burnley may be a weaker team, and they are in the relegation zone. I'd bet on them both to lose if it was somehow possible. Honestly I have no idea what will happen here, could be a dull 0-0, or one team could score early and then get a load of confidence and runaway with a huge win.
I do think confidence is hugely important for teams at the bottom of the table at this time of the season. If Everton win, they'll have a decent cushion to the relegation places, if Burnley win they'll be only 1 point behind Everton but with renewed confidence and some upwards momentum. It could be that whoever loses this one goes down.
