My guess is they will form a second-tier team in the starting XI. And if they can't play well, then maybe in the second half they will bring down their main players as substitutes.

With couple of injuries from key players their momentum dropped and were out of the title race but they seem to be doing well in other competition even with the current ban and drama surrounding the club, they seems to be holding up well. I can't stop commending how formidable this Chelsea side is even in all of this absolute mess of a situation, I think they will be able to do it against Real Madrid.

Honestly speaking, every Liverpool fan will be optimistic at the moment of their chances to be crown champion over City but again, even if they lose to Manchester City it will be difficult and pretty disappointing but won't be a thing of shame because literally gave one of the best in the world a run for their money and can consolidate on that moving on. Their first job is to beat City in the league so they can get the chance to be on top, from there they might as well as have ran away with the league title.

Two matches that have almost the same statistics, Manchester City and Liverpool with their impressive performances, Burnley and Watford with the same position, namely residents of the relegation zone. But I understand in a match anything can happen even things that don't make sense, after all Watford and Burnley are not saved they should be relegated.
My prediction will be no changes to the standings this week especially for the top 2 and the 3 bottom .

Burnley and Watford have their own serious reasons to put up serious resistance to the leaders, because both clubs are fighting their battle to maintain their presence in the Premier League next season. Another question is that it will really be very difficult for these clubs to do this, because Liverpool and Manchester City have much stronger squads. However, underestimating the opponent on the one hand and an exorbitant attitude towards the leaders on the other hand can also play an unplanned role.

What concerns me is that the two top teams will play teams that are in the relegation zone so for these 2 matches you have to be more careful
Based on the performance Man City and Liverpool can win easily but it's not impossible there will be surprises in their efforts to get out of the relegation zone
I would suggest just watching instead of betting we don't know what will happen.
