A simple change of coach will not be enough, I think a serious need for a significant change in the composition of the team is already overdue. Yes, this season there is no striking difference between the two teams. But I agree with what you said, that this season Leicester have struggled a bit from the last few seasons. However, Leicester also made it difficult for teams that were above them in performance.

Leicester have just got ahead by 1-0 in their Brentford match. They are already the favoured team for a win in this one but there is not a big difference between these teams too. They have similar statistics this season. But normally, Leicester are a much better team than them. And they can show this to us by defeating Brentford here. They really need to pull themselves together as quick as possible. Leicester are not a bad team actually but this season is just problematic for them.

Manchester City have lost a lot of points lately. The funny thing is that they sometimes win very easily against strong teams; Just think of that 4-1 victory over city rivals Manchester United. They were played from pillar to post. If they then play against lesser teams like Crystal Palace, they don't get further than 0-0. Those are the games that Liverpool usually manage to win easily, that could well be the difference in the title race between these 2.

West ham are on high confidence after beating sevilla at europa league.

Beating tottenham is not something hard though .. if you look at how they played it really well against sevilla.
The low odds for tottenham to win could also a trap odds , it happened often.
I personally think that west ham gonna get something , a draw at least.
